The whole transaction from the beginning to the end was sort of unpleasant! The people there didn't make feel welcome. Last year I stayed in Belagio hotel and I can say the standard of service is way higher than New York New York!

Understand that you will pay a $20 resort fee in addition to your room fee. The rooms are adequate, but I have been in much nicer rooms at 3 star hotels.

The hotel was convenient and clean.However, I booked a room at New York, New York, but it seems my room was in Brooklyn. A very long distance from the elevators. Not a big deal unless you were at trade shows all day like I was.

Very happy, friendly staff, comfortable & quiet. No free wifi the only drawback.

Booked the cheapest room at this hotel - Park Avenue and had a room on 25th floor (had 45 floors altogether) and we had a fab view of the MGM and strip. Hotel is located towards 1 end of the strip so can be a lengthy walk to the middle of the strip. Room was lovely and beds very comfy. Only 1 negative in that the bath had hair in it from I assume previous […] occupant or the cleaner which I did not like. Spent a lot of time around the pool area during the day. Nice pool area but sun does not get out until midday (end of April time). Lovely chinese restaurant in hotel called Chin Chin. Gym was OK but Luxor has a much better one although I suppose not many people are bothered about a gym on holiday. We had a great time at the New York, New York. It was well situated, plenty of eating places and a great atmosphere. The strip was ideally situated and we could walk over the bridges and miss crossing the streets.

This hotel is one of our favorites! It has great places to eat, nice gambling tables, comfortable rooms, and easy check-in and out. It does have the extra fees assessed for each night for internet, etc, that always is annoying but seems most hotels have them. First off, it was obvious that the comforter had not been changed. The remote control had some kind of oily mess on it, so I have to clean it before using it. At about 11PM the night before we left, the light fixture in the ceiling above the shower began to leak a steady stream from the person showering in the room above us. When we called to alert […] maintenance, we were sent to a different room on the other side of the hotel. After completely packing up and moving to our new room, the room keys did not work. My wife called from the house phone in the hallway. We were told "at your convenience" we could go to the front desk to get new keys. When I got to the front desk, the line was extremely long. My husband and I were in a spa suite. All we could smell was a marijuana smell coming from our Bathroom vent. I called the front desk and they apologized and said they would send security. I had to call back again after it was worse and they told me there weren't any rooms comparable to the room we were staying in. Finally the worker said his manager […] had found a room. We also had a couples massage in the spa. They service was just ok. We both got the same massage yet we had totally different experiences. Mine was rough and my husband didn't even have his feet rub. it was great but hotels.com should really clue ppl in on the 20 dollar resort fee per day and the 50 dollar food voucher. If you take the voucher they put 50 dollar hold on your cc per day depending on how many nights you stay. What garbage.

As my partner and I went to check in, we were told about the upgrade option and being just the two of us we thought why not treat ourselves. So we went up to our room to find the carpet hadn't been vacuumed nor had any of the bins been emptied. We then lugged all of our baggage back down to reception and asked to change rooms. They put us in a room […] on the 6th floor with a view of the car park which we weren't very happy about after paying for the upgrade and originally being on the 24th floor. We spent a night in that room which was fine however when I went into the bathroom the next morning there was a layer of water covering the floor... There was a leak coming from the room above us. When I called reception that morning they said they would send someone to have a look and would sort it out, however after paying the extra money to be upgraded on top of what we were paying already we didnt think this was acceptable and my partner being a plumber knew it wasn't a quick job to fix, we asked to switch rooms again. They said they wouldn't have one available until 3pm and that they would call us as soon as one came free. We wondered around all day waiting for the call until 7pm when we still hadnt heard anything. The staff were not very helpful at all and I would not ever come back and stay at New York New York. I really liked the room, the bed was super comfy and that helps for intense trips since one doesn't get to sleep much time, getting a great sleep really helps to keep up on the trip schedule. The lobby/casino area reeks of cigarrette smoke, I didn't like that. We also got charged twenty bucks extra PER NIGHT for guest services such as "complimentary […] Wi-Fi" haha, printing boarding tickets and the such, and it is not optional. I think that was a scam. Overall it is a great place to stay, great ambiance and young people, but consider the extra fee in your budget, and take advantage of the "complimentary" stuff they give you for the fee. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

So we booked and paid for our hotel in full. Big surprise during checkout when we were told we had to pay a daily resort fee which cost almost 50% of the price of the booking.

Loved the hotel, however the distance to walk to our rooms, 1978 & 1982' was really way to much walking for us being 77 & 85 we felt challenged every time we had to make the trip.

Although the bedding Carpeting and furniture was clean, The walls and ceiling were in dire need of repainting and scrubbing.

We stayed here for 4 nights from April 18th. A huge hotel, has everything you could need, great food and shops, huge modern casino, excellent location. Only complaints, the room we had was a little outdated (although very spacious) and the fact that you can smoke in the casino means that you can smell it everywhere throughout the bottom floor, although […] you so have to expect this at any hotel in Vegas! Loved New York New York! They upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite upon check-in. They even honored our $50 food credit when I went to the wrong restaurant. Would absolutely go there again!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is good, the self parking is convenient and the restaurant options are very good. The only downside is that the walk from the elevator to the rooms can be very lengthy.

I was there for 3 nights and every night/early morning I was woken by the surrounding hotel room doors slamming shut. I understand the security behind a slamming door but there has to be a fix to stop the noise.

I enjoy this hotel very much, the only issue I really had is that the toliet was dirty when we checked in. Everything else was great.

Great costumer service! They had all the answers to my questions. Our keys didn't work and they didn't even make us walk down they came to us and even upgraded our room!

They have a mandatory fee of 20$ not included in the reservation. It should be advised in advance.

Slots Machine needs to pay off a little more for real fun , but over all the hotel was nice . let the people have a little more fun by winning a little hope that help .
