Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster - แลงแคสเตอร์

Functional & clinical. Clean, well presented, good facilities. All the basics I need, but completely cold, corporate, faceless, no warmth or friendliness except for one more lowly member of staff. Frankly I could have died in the place and expected nothing more than to be shoveled up with the rest of the dirt. Not somewhere to go to relax.

The staff lost his patience in a minute!

The hotel building looks new and inviting. Check-in was a breeze and literally took less than 60 seconds because I had booked on-line. The room was exceptionally clean -- that's why I can depend in any Hilton hotel. The pillows was soft and comfy and the bathroom had aromatic lotions and shampoos - always a nice touch! We were in control of the temperature, […] so my cousin and I slept like hibernating bears! The hotel amenities were attractive, so I worked out in the gym and then went for a morning swim. I had a hot cup of coffee waiting for me in my room when I returned. Nice! Check-out was painless. I just left my room keys on the dresser and headed for my car. Will I come back again? You betcha. We were very happy with the room and with the in-house restaurant (Clyde's Restaurant) The room was clean and comfortable. The meal we had in the restaurant was very delicious and reasonably priced. This was our second stay at this hotel.

Very very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean with a big tv and a beautiful shower. The only draw back to the room was the air conditioning unit was very loud and would kick on at random times during the night. Overall it was a very good place to stay though.

We have stayed here several times, and my wife loves the patio, pool and exercise areas- very nice environment and a beautiful room in great condition.

A good stay. Room was big and comfortable (had deluxe). Pool was clean and a good tempature. Location was a bit away from main attractions (about 10 minutes drive) but that cut down on the traffic right around the hotel. Overall a nice place to stay. We left some items in the room and they were willing to ship them to us which was nice.

We chose the Hilton Gardens in Lancaster because I had traveled so much with my job prior to retirement and always tried to stay at a Hilton Gardens when they were available. This stay was just as I expected from a Hilton, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with towels and washcloths. The only thing I missed […] in this hotel that others have had was a flat screen TV, but that is just me being spoiled. The hotel is in a great location. It is right off of the highway and there are many great restaraunts nearby and there is a Wal-Mart nearby also. I would stay there again if I am ever in the area again.

I stay at this hotel twice a month and I'm treated like familty. Needs some updating, but you cant beat the price, location and great service.

I paid for a "scenic view." Apparently there are very different definitions of "scenic." Also, loud groundskeeping work was being done up to 8pm

The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay.

The Hilton in Lancaster delivered exactly what you would expect from the garden in plus a bonus. the included breakfast was made to order and served in front of a cozy fireplace. We selected the hotel for girls weekend getaway because it was convenient to the outlets and Sight and Sound, but not right on the main drag. Close to the outlets, Close to The Renaissance Faire and other sites. Your rooms are large and comfortable with excellent in room ammenities, such as mini-frig and microwave. The pool is great, room-service is a plus and the service was fantastic. I have stayed in numerous other area hotels/motels over the last 10 years and this is now my favorite! The […] only "concern" i had was the shower curtain in the bath/shower was too short and water got all over the floor. Hotel was conveniently located from the highway and an easy drive to the downtown section of Lancaster. Rooms are comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom is very small.
