To be fair this hotel is in the process of being modernised and this was very reflected in the price we paid, but the bedrooms were still very dated and the aircon didnt work very well. A lot of the information in the room about the indoor pool next door at the thermal baths seemed to not to known to the reception staff. The main problem was that there […] was no coffee making facilities in the room, room service never answered the phone and the bar wasnt manned a lot of the time, so getting simple things like a coffee meant having to leave the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was located close to the venue we attended and not too far from the train station. The lack of internet connect was a real problem for me as I needed to keep in touch with my business. While the hotel is good for tourists, it is not suitable for business travellers because of lack of internet […] facilities. This hotel had a weird feeling to it. Also, because there were no restaurants open in the neighborhood, we ate our dinner at this hotel. It was horrible.

personnel très à l'écoute des besoins du client. ils nous ont trouvé tout de suite un lit bébé et tout le monde a été très gentils. Au resto de l'hotel sur lequel on a du replier le soir (vendredi) super accueil sans réservation nous avons tout de suite obtenu une table avec possibilité de "garer" une poussette (attention si vous allez à Vichy avec […] des bébés, les poussettes ne sont pas bien accueillies dans les nombreux restos gastronomiques de la ville). Cet hotel est central, ce qui est appréciable et apprécié. Lors de la réservation, j'ai bien précisé que ns voulions une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Or cela n'existe pas ds cet hôtel !!... Ma copine a dormi ds un petit lit, et moi, ds le grand !!! Sympa, non ? Question d'arrangement.
