"Convenient Location -- But Lack of Maintenance"
My wife and I checked in late from her flight from Korea. She just wanted to clean up and get some rest. However, the shower diverter valve on our tub would not work. A call to the front desk brought a request that we "hang on" for 30 minutes while they called their maint man back in from home. 40 minutes later the maint man showed up and confirmed […] what I had told them about the diverter valve. Then they offerred a new room. The plumbing worked well in the new room, but it meant almost an hour delay before my wife could take a shower and go to sleep. Hotel is older, but very clean, and the help are very courteous and helpful. The evening cocktail time was very well managed, and lots of nice treats. "Drury Hotels"
I love Drury Hotels. They are dog friendly which is great for me because I travel with my yorkie. I love the kick back evening appitisers and drinks. They are usually in convenient areas of town. I would recommend this hotel chain.

"very comfy"
My stay here was very comfortable. The buffets were great. The accomodations were clean. The staff was friendly.

"DON'T STAY HERE"
This place was the worse hotel ive ever stayed at. the rooms were dirty, the sheets has not been changed and there were also bed bugs. dont be fooled by the free breakfast its old food that they re use each day which was a proven fact. do your self a favor and dont waste your money
I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel, except as I mentioned the Location is too close to the Exits which makes it difficult to enter thru the Entrance of the Hotel.

"skip this one if you can"
First, the location is terrible, it is right on the corner of a very busy intersection and you can only enter from one side of the highway. If you're on the other side, you have to make a uturn to get in. When we got to the room, the A/C was pathetic and it took hours for it to cool the room enough to sleep without sweating. The only negative or difficulty was the main parking lot entrance. It's positioned where it was dangerous to enter because the exit from the highway merges into the same location. Everything else was great.

"Norcross GA - Drury Inn"
Bugs in the bed. We requested to change rooms at 1:15 a.m. Bugs were biting me in the bed.
"very friendly staff"
the hotel is very clean, the employee is very friendly, the food is good, both the breakfast and 5 30 kickback is very good, lot to eat and drink, I am surprise they even give 3 alcohol beverage per person for each day of stay
Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is great!!! Keep up the good work..We travel in from West Coast and will always stay at this Hotel. Priced right! Job well done!

I was very pleased by the cleanliness of the hotel and by the friendliness of the staff. My family and I wanted to eat at a particular restaurant but weren't sure where it was located. The young lady behind the front desk not only explained how to get there, but printed off the directions and gave them to us. The breakfast is excellant and the 5:30 […] kickback is wonderful. "Free Meals and very helpful staff!"
I was really impressed with this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and actually seemed to care about having you as a guest. Rooms were clean and comfortable and met all my expectations. What went above and beyond my expectations however were the free meals included with the stay! Hot breakfast is served every morning; a welcome change from the banal […] cold cereal and fruit served at some other chains. They also serve a free dinner time meal/snack every evening along with free popcorn and sodas as well. The most surprising yet delightful aspect was the free beer, wine, and liquor drinks they serve during a happy hour period every evening. Yes, I said FREE!!!! I now understand why they have a row of awards lined across the front desk from JD Power & Associates. The only downside I found was the distance it was from central Atlanta and the airport. So if you are planning on doing any sightseeing around the city, it's something to consider. Also, pay attention to the no U-turn signs when trying to get back onto I-85. "Not What We Needed"
Before booking a room, I noted the high customer rating for this hotel and read a few favorable reviews, expecting to be pleased. Oops! Granted, the worst part of our stay was less controllable by the hotel, since it involved three 10-13 year-old girls with their dog in the room next door coming in at 4:00AM each of 3 consecutive nights and screaming […] and laughing as if it was Noon in NYC. But even with this issue, the response to our complaints from the night manager was delayed and relatively ineffective. Addtionally, the tub drainage was about 30% of the faucet outflow, there was neither a door between the sink and the bedroom nor a bathroom fan, drawer/storage space was limited, and the pool did not appear very clean. When I was ready to check out, even after I had gotten her attention, I had to wait for the front desk clerk to stop mingling with the breakfast guests before she could attend to my needs. On the positive side, the front desk clerk at check-in was quick and helpful, most of the other guests were pleasant and down-to-earth, the room TV was large with a good quality picture, and parking was plentiful. "Drury at Jimmy Carter Blvd"
Hotel was nice and staff tried to be accomodating but there was a LARGE reunion going on and bus loads of people and their outside family and friends come. Couldn't eat at the evening or breakfast because you couldn't get to it past the mass of people. Couldn't use amenities like pool and our room was next to all the teenagers they put together with […] no adult who were rude, loud, publically affectionate and stayed up all night. Stayed here for all the extras but cost us more in the end. Wish staff would have done more than ask them to stop behavior. We stayed on a Saturday evening. Very clean comfortable room. Staff was very frindly. Would recommend to anyone. Large bus load of young children staying there. Halls were like a race track. Still will stay there again.

Night clerk barges into the room after midnight, doen't call or wait at the door after knocking. Knocks once, 10 seconds later opens the door. My girlfriend jumps up startled and we could not go back to sleep after the surprise visit. Antonio, the clerk is the rudest human being I have ever encountered as a human being, not even a simple sorry. We got to the hotel late in the evening after watching the laser show at Stone Mountain outside of Atlanta. It is a mid size hotel that looks great. The front desk was very helpful. The hotel parking lot was hard to get in and out of and it had small rooms in need of updating but very clean. The breakfast was awesome and plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism displayed by every staff member with which we interacted. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their job and were really interested in making our stay a pleasant experience. The Breakfast and 5:30 Kickback were both very good and the facility overall was well maintained. The only thing I could say […] that is not 100% positive is that since this motel is located in the heart of the South, there should be grits on the breakfast buffet (real grits not instant). This was my first experience with a Drury Inn, but I will definitely be staying there again on subsequent trips to the Atlanta area. The price, location and staff of this hotel were unbeatable! The free hot breakfast and kick back meal were an awesome added bonus! I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family!

This Drury Inn was a find and maybe the best value in lodging we've had in years. We saw that this chain has had five consecutive J.D. powers awards for customer satisfaction and having stayed at this one in Northeast Atlanta, we can see why. Right outside of Atlanta, great price, and very good amenities. They offer a free evening meal and excellent hot breakfast. You can also stay with pets for no additional charge. I would definitely stay again.
