Value for money stay. Staff were efficient and helpful. Rooms were rather small but for this price in HKG. it's acceptable.Would recommend to others.

the only issue was that the room was very small for 2 people who are not a couple. The only other issue was that we were visible to people in the outside bar area from the room as there were not curtains or a blind which would allow us to see out and others not to see in. Apart from that it was excellent and free wifi was a great bonus.

Hotel was well located near Jordan subway and within 3 minute walk to Temple street. Also easy 15-20 minutes walk to Harbour. Hotel room was really clean and newly furnished. Numerous restaurants, shopping options near the hotel.

i think eaton is saving cost, because the bathroom without teethbrush ,spring water for customer(i had the water 2 day later), no room shoes and very dusty on bench of my bad.

Don't expect 5 star but given the price we were very satisfied. Courteous staff, great location for transport, shopping and restaurants. However, rooms are TINY even by HK standards.

Good position, just a short walk from the MTR, right on bustling Nathan Road. very close to the night market. Smallish rooms, in common with most Hong Kong city hotels. Helpful, professional staff.

Eeverything was good. Although the staff at the reception at LG level needs some more training for customer service skills. Most of them were almost rude and not professional. They need some human touch and not act like robots.

Location on Nathan Rd very convenient for sights in this part of town - a bit of a hike however to HK Island side, but close enough to transit and buses to not be an issue. Food options in hotel good and reasonably priced.

Good location, but near a busy road so good to get a room at a higher floor level. We got the rate that included Club access which is fabulous (includes breakfast, wifi, drinks in the afternoon, access to printer etc). We were on the 17th floor and the only complaint was that it was near two double doors (which I assume are there to stop the noise from […] the lifts reaching your room) except all night you can hear them opening and closing from other guests coming and going. I do have to say you do get used to the noise, but it does take a bit of time. I like the hotel. The staff is friendsy and helpful, and it is conveniently located. My only issue is with how small the rooms can be, which can make it difficult to get true comfort.

Good hotel. Room small but adequate. Only major problem is lack of adequate storage space. Hanging space for clothes is OK, but there is only one shelf for everything else. Suitcases have to be kept on the side of the room further reducing the already skimpy floor space. But, for the price, it is a good value for HK. Will use again in future trips.

Great hotel for the price right in the middle of what I like to do in Hong Kong. Easy access to moderately priced restaurants and the crazy Temple Street night market.

It's the second time we have stayed at the Eaton Smart and we found the staff even more eager to please this time - unfortunately we had a couple of minor issues with our room this time, but this was rectified immediately and we had the offer of changing room and when we got back to the room there was a bottle of wine and a big bowl of fruit waiting […] for us. They advertise that they have a 'Can do' centre now to deal with any issues their Guests may have and the staff lived up to that promise. This hotel is in an excellent location, Temple Street market is across the road, Jordan Metro tube station 7-8 minutes away. You can walk straight down Nathan Road to downtown Kowloon, a 25 minute walk max. There are always taxis pulling up outside the hotel, and the 7/11 shop literally across the road is so useful for picking up extra water, soft drinks etc. There is a Starbucks on the corner, fresh pastries, coffees and yoghurts if you don't have breakfast included in the room rate. The Eaton has a pleasant bar which does Happy Hour from 1730-2100, it's a 2 for 1 offer. We will definitely stay again! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Great central location in Kowloon, close to most markets and sights to see. Very helpful concierge staff, always willing to help with directions and suggestions. Overpriced for such a small room. Rooms do not match the pictures on the website in terms of size and design. They look large enough and spacious but in reality are very small and noisy. You can hear the occupants from the room next to you constantly. Food was overpriced and unremarkable, as well.

Of all the hotels I have stayed in the Eaton Smart would be the best so far. From check-in to check-out the staff were friendly and very attentive to all their guests. We made this trip to see Disneyland HKG and the Concierge made sure that we get there with ease. This is my normal hotel of choice for Hong Kong. Location is good close to Jordon MTR. Just the job for a business traveller spending a couple of nights a month. Some rooms can be small if your planning to spend more than a couple of nights.

My advice to those choosing to stay in this hotel - ask for a room as far away from the lifts as possible. After a late-check in (delayed flight), I was checked into a room directly opposite the lifts, providing me with probably the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Ignoring the constant, loud "bing" whenever the lift arrived, it sounded […] as if the lifts were instead concrete blocks being pulled along a corrugated roof. I complained, but was told the hotel was full and I couldn't be moved until the next day. The next day, the hotel provided me with a different room. After waiting in reception for this to take place, I offered to move my bags to the new room myself to save time. However, the hotel advised I wait in the old room for the bell boy. After waiting nearly half an hour, a very friendly but older gentleman arrived without any kind of luggage carrier. There was no way I was going to allow this man to struggle with our four bags on his own, so I ended up carrying most of them to the room myself. Something I offered to do 30 minutes earlier. At no point did the hotel staff attempt to make this up to me, with little more than an obsequious "I apologise for your inconvience". A lost night's sleep; a wasted morning changing rooms and a lost opportunity for this hotel to live up to its four-star billing. I will not be returning. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Nice hotel. The only hiccup we had was we were not allocated a room when we checked in until nine pm. We booked two rooms, so this allowed us to temporarily stored luggages in one room until the other room became available. Check out for the patrons for the room was way too late.

Very convenient location. The airport express bus stop is right outside and the Jordan station is just a few minutes by walk. Hotel is contemporary. I would definitely stay here again.

It took too long for my family to get the key for the room as the room was not available during the check in. The room is a bit too small. Overall, the hotel is good with good location and friendly staffs.

The room was big enough and most importantly, the toilet was clean and sufficiently well-maintained. The hotel staff was also very friendly with excellent service! 2 thumbs up to the staff of Eaton Hotel. The only thing I disliked was the pillows. It was too soft that it gave me a neck ache every night. Other then that, I'm very satisfied with the hotel […] considering that it is within walking distance to 2 MTR stations and lots of good food even stalls recommended by bloggers are all around the corner.
