We stayed 5 nights,...everything was fine. would have liked HD TV, but had plenty of stations, Water was hot, beds wew comfy.

Our a/c went out in our house. So this was the first hotel on the list. So I booked it. When we got there the young man at the counter was wonderful. He told us the coldest rooms were on the third floor. He was right. My son and I went to the pool and the hot tub, while hubby stayed to cool off in the ICE COLD room. The pool are was great and my son […] loved the pool. He is not a good swimmer so the 4 foot pool was just his size. He went from one end to the other. The room smelled so clean. The bed..... well... the bed!!! If could take the bed home with me I would. We always stay at the Hyatt when we go out of town and I never would think of taking their bed with me. But for Comfort Suites of Longview I would. The sheets and towels were clean. The coffee pot was great. The breakfast was great. I was a nice stay in our home town. First room we were given wasn't even clean. Second room we walked into was ICE COLD (A/C was on HIGH), then the heater wouldn't work. However, the staff worked very hard to make up for those short-comings. The breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Was more than pleased with the accomodations. Laura was more than pleasant,when switching my sister's room. The staff were all very polite and kind.

Our stay was less than 24 hours, but we enjoyed it very much. We were pleasantly surprised by the great, full breakfast offered in the morning. Everyone was helpful and very friendly.

we booked because of the indoor pool and soon after we checked in they closed the pool and did not open again. the breakfast was bad and the customer service was bad

We had a very enjoyable stay! We were very impressed with our room! The price was very affordable and our expectations were not very high. When we entered the hotel we were pleasantly surprised! Would definately stay again!

We stayed here because of the indoor pool. But we will go back because the service was excellent, the room was so comfortable and the continental breakfast in the morning was wonderful. It was a great and unexpected surprise in the heart of Longview...

We usually stay here several times a year. This past visit was the worst but only because two high schools had students staying overnight whom were poorly mannered by being loud and stomping about all night. The management handled the situation to our satisfaction.

Love this hotel! I've stayed here before a few years ago and decided if I traveled overnight to Longview this would be where I stayed. I swam in the pool at the end of a very hectic day and then really enjoyed the whirlpool spa. In the morning, I walked on the treadmill at the end of the 2nd floor and had breakfast before I left for work. I had reserved […] two nights, but my plans changed to only staying one night. Staff was understanding and so was Expedia.com. However, a colleague of mine needed the room after all. I was worried because this was a last minute change and I didn't have time to tidy up after myself. I asked him about the room the next day, and he said that it was clean and neat. We were disappointed in this hotel. The odors in the room was very offensive, as soon as we walked in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a little trouble with the housekeeping department which was short handed and overworked. I got back at 6 PM one day to find them all in the hallway getting ready to clean rooms. I handed them my trash and dirty towels and told them I could do my own bed for that day. I got back at 6 PM the next day and no clean room! Wow, talk about adults not tending to their children and the hotel staff not caring ! Pitiful !!! The elevators got broken , the pool area was a mess, and the hot tub was so dirty and the children were allowed to stay in after the time that the adults were suppose to be able to swim. Basically, it was young children running up and down the halls and […] adults letting them run wild ! It was a ZOO !!! How disappointed I was with the staff and the lack of concern for this nice hotel. Other than the nice housekeeping staff, all else was just a ZOO !!! Me and my fiancee took valentines weekend to get away from the house. this hotel was perfect. the bed was comfortable, walking distance to walmart, right across the street. the mini fridge and microwave was perfect. we went shopping and stayed in all weekend. will go again.
