Hyatt Regency Albuquerque - อัลเบอร์เคอร์กี

Great hotel, lovely city. Service was excellent, rooms spotless and lovely.

The hotel is nice and staff was very friendly. Only a couple of annoying things, Wi-Fi should be free, and parking fee of $13 a day is also excessive.

I reserved a smoking, mountain view room, of which there are none at this property. That was the first problem. The second problem was that on the second night of my stay, I was moved to a smoking room that had no hot water and my luggage was lost for nearly two hours. The hotel comped my bill for incidentals (food, etc) but it was a disappointment […] to be told that Hotels.com is not connected with the hotel and therefore the details of my reservation would not be honored. The restaurant and bars were very nice, excellent service and food/drinks. I would stay here again, but I would call ahead of time to make sure I get the room I paid for. ther than those two small problems, my stay at the Hyatt Regency ABQ was delightful and the hotel is gorgeous. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Getting there is terrible with one way streets and parking that cost $13 a day. Since Starbucks is located on the premises, there is NO "Free" ammenities in the room. After booking my room, I had a case of credit card theft for 2 expenses of over $4000. I told the hotel about this and they basically "blew me off"-"that cannot happen", etc. I was very […] disappointed in the entire stay and was NOT comfortable being there. You staff was amazing.

Was told that my room was not ready but sat and watched as people came in after me and were given rooms while I was made to wait. I heard them give credits to one customer for the motel resturant for having to wait but was not offered the same. Front desk was not friendly at all.

location good for bars etc being down town but down and outs hang about around the hotel making people at the hotel feeling uncomfortable we heard several people taking about this .

All good things to say about front desk service, room and amenities . . . but finding the front of the hotel in downtown Albuquerque with one-way streets was a bit frustrating. I'd go back again, absolutely.

I was travelling LA to Chicago, stopping off en-route at Albuquerque and Kansas because 45 hours oin one go was a bit much. I needed an overnight place near the station and it was fine - no problems, everything I needed and to be honest, more so a bit pricey perhaps. Recommend the hotel, can't say the same for Amtrak...

We stayed here for a friends wedding. Great, friendly staff, paid a few extra bucks to get complimentary breakfast which was VERY tasty. The bar certainly wasnt hoppin on the night we stayed but still very friendly staff. right in the middle of everything, easy walk to the little bars for concerts. Starbucks in the hotel lobby. huge nice comfy king […] size bed with so many pillows. very roomy shower with rainfall shower head. great value for the price. great outdoor pool and small hot tub on the 3rd floor. The only thing that was kind of inconvenient was coming in and out of the parking garage, also could be more parking spaces. but again, paid a few extra bucks when booking the room and received complimentary self parking. Hotel was under renovation when I stayed but it should be much better when it's over. The front desk was very friendly.

Everyone was very accomodating and friendly. It was a wonderful stay.

I would not recommend this hotel. Staff virtually non existent. No courtisey parking on arrival; self parking at an under ground car park involving a circuit around the one way system. Extraordinarily slow service at reception. Hotel is being refurbished; awoke to knocking, hammering sounds. Bar staff extremely unhelpful & lacking customer service. On […] arrival we found an area of our bed to be wet. This was dealt with after two requests to change the bedding. We were given a bowl of fruit & water to compensate for this issue. The two things in the hotels favor are the gym & swimming pool. These facilities were great as the hotel was not busy. I attended the Jerry Seinfeld show and so this hotel's location was perfect. But . . . the room's carpet was quite stained and the entire hotel seemed old and used. Staff was nice, but I expect a whole lot more from a Hyatt. Sorry, folks, location ain't everything!

Great place to stay - great deal - friendly staff!

Good location to airport. They are remodeling the lobby-looks like they need new carpets pretty much everywhere. Room had a musty oder. When I advised the front desk they removed the $12.00 valet parking fee which was nice. Received 2 wake up calls-one at 7 am and one at 7:30 am of which neither was requested. I wound not stay there again.

Everything was perfect , breakfast included in price as well as parking. The only complain that I had was the service in the restaurant, it was awful.

The wife and I went up to Albuquerque for the weekend just for some fun. Arrived at the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was amazing and located perfectly in the downtown district next to all the sites to see and resturants. Perfect location for dining and nightlife!

Good hotel - although they sure nickel dime you to death.

For the price, we have stayed at much nicer and more comfortable places. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking and that no breakfast was included. It was a nice size room and bath; the beds we pretty comfortable and overall was fine, but we'd choose a different place next time. Our party reserved 3 rooms and there was much confusion regarding room assignments. Quickly resolved by our concierge, Wright, and Mgr. Lisa. The hotel is beautiful, but there is no in room coffee or microwave, etc. Everything is extra. The Starbucks in the lobby closes very early. Parking is an extra fee. The air conditioning failed to keep the room confortable even after lowering thermostat. Did not report to front desk since we only stayed the night.

It was very nice. It was all we expected. Great view of the Sandia Mountains.

Surrounding neighborhood kind of shaky, but I guess that's downtown Albuquerque.. What was most annoying was the extra $10 to use wi fi in the room, as well as the extra $12 per day to park. Otherwise the hotel was gorgeous and the rooms/hotel was beautiful.

Both of the jacuzzis were out of service. Other than that, and the fact that everyone expects a tip, the hotel is very busy, but, clean and comfortable

Easy walk from the train station. Very nice place to stay.

Hyatt excels with their hotels, this was another nights stay where we had an excellent meal, a restful night and a quality experience.

The Hotel it self was nice. Being downtown, you have to pay for parking at the hotel. Me and my two children 14 and 8, had a room on the 6th floor. Very nice room, clean, no view. Around midnight we all heard some noise, I called down to the front desk around 2:30 and they told me they were working on the plumbing. I had been driving for 10 hours, I […] was extremly tired. We had a very long day and we just wanted to check in and relax. The bed was very lump sided and made tons of noise when you moved on it. Horrible! You can also hear right through the wall from others staying there. Very unpleasant stay. Will never stay again. Wasn't worth our money.

I stay here all the time and have not been disappointed.

I stayed here for the NM Bar Exam, and this was the perfect hotel. There was a convention going on in the hotel, with late night drinking by the majority of the guests, but I never once heard a peep from my room. The walls are very thick, and this was the perfect, quiet sanctuary for studying.

This is a very nice hotel with great staff. The room isn't significantly nicer than what you might get at any number of business traveler's hotels, in fact those rooms are a bit nicer because they often are split into two semi-rooms, with a fold out couch. The Hyatt is more than 20 years old, but the details are nice. It had a fresh scent without overpowering […] perfume smell. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional...much more than what I'm used to receiving in New Mexico. The room had tooth paste, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and a nice sink. The water pressure was good even on the 12th floor. The room came with down pillows and comforter, however, when i called and asked for bedding without down, they brought those comforts quickly. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent...it was included in the price as well. I wouldn't stay here in general, but for a nice get away with my wife, it was perfect...for an overnight stay prior to taking the air plane, with the whole family, I'd pick a hotel near the airport with a pullout couch and a roll away bed. The room was kind of out dated for a Hyatt. It was okay but nothing spectacular. Good downtown location.

This hotel was great. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was also perfect and was close by all the locations we wanted to go to for my friends birthday. Getting to the hotel was easy and parking was also easy to find in their parking garage. The beds were very comfortable. This is a Hyatt that may have had a face lift in the late 90's, but hasn't been touched since then. The internet WiFi is through T-Mobile and isn't fast enough to be worth trying to work with, so if you're a business traveler, beware. Room service food wasn't bad, but there just isn't a whole lot to do right near the hotel. That may be a bit unfair […] as I don't think generally there is a whole lot to do in Albuquerque.
