I stayed at Comfort Inn to see my (very handicapped) brother for Thanksgiving. Check in staff was wonderful. Confirmed late check out as requested by reservation. Nice pool and hot tub. Awesome Thanksgiving breakfast! Before normal check, housekeeping stopped by and I let her know I was checking out late. Not 5 minutes later, the front desk calls and […] asks if I was leaving today (again BEFORE 11am which is normal check out). Confused I said no, I have late check out... Is that still ok? And desk clerk, obviously annoyed, says "well Noone told me. What time are you leaving?" ... No apology or anything. Rude. Keep in mind that check-in clerk confirmed it was in computer (w/o me prompting). So I helped my brother get his things together and we left earlier than we planned. The Hard-boiled eggs and the danish were not good at all but the do it yourself waffles were very good.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Forsyth, IL for 5 days. Room was comfortable and clean, Continental Breakfast was decent. I would stay there again.

The air conditioning was good. The towels were a bit thin. The blanket on the bed needed replaced. But, overall, it was good.

The room was clean and comfy. We were only there for an overnight stay but was pleased with the hotel.

This Hotel is ideally located within walking distant to attractions such as Indoor Mall, as well as strip Malls and many restaurants. When I travel to this area again, this will be my choice of Hotels. Very convenient location

I think that it would have been better had they at least checked the room and emptied the trash, added soap and made the bed.
