Mixed feelings on this hotel. Arrived very late at night & found the only room left for me was a smoking room & being a non smoker this is one of my most hated things. I went back downstairs to try & change my room but they said there was nothing left. They told me they would attempt to make my room better by using some special cleaning machine, I was […] skeptical but was keen for them to at least try. 20 minutes later a guy arrived with what looked like a non-descript aftershave & did 3-4 squirts in the room. I was too tired to even bother to complain further & just tried to sleep. Unfortunately having everything in the room stink including my pillow, i barely slept. Luckily I had another booking for the next 3 days & they provided an upgrade to a bigger non-smoking room & then I paid extra for the view. So night 1 was horrible in the cheap room but the rest of the stay was much better. By comparison the hotel is good value even when you pay extra for the room, so worth looking for a good deal & then looking at an upgrade when you check in. I'd stay there again. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Great Location just above the ferry terminal and easy acess to the satr ferry. Room in the towers was excellent,large size for Hong Kong and good quality finish. Will deffinatley stay again.

I am very satisfied with the room n location. Too busy to use hotel amenities and have not patronised hotel's restaurant n café. Very convenient that the free shuttle bus to Hong Kong Station to board the Airport Express train, picked up passengers at the basement of the hotel. Efficient check-in and check-out. Fabulous location. Easy access to airport, subway, cultural arts park, and ferries to China. Rooms are comfortable. Only downside was no desk. Made it difficult to do work at night. Coffee maker in room and free wifi were nice amenities.

Bathroom are very Dirty and towel has dirty spot but housekeep did change for me. I can find better hotel. Will not return this Hotel

We chose the hotel because of location and was better than expected. The layout of the hotel is confusing although staff do a good job of assisting and we did get to understand it. The room was very small but fine for 2 nights and was clean and quiet. Pierside Bar was very nice and with good staff . Breakfst was busy but well laid out. Okay, I can deal with $150US for one night (special rate) in a quality hotel. But $16.75US for a shuttle ride to the airport? And $2US/minute for a phone call to the Philippines in this day and age? The nickel-and-dime charges are a bit excessive. Don't even THINK about the mini-bar! $5US for a single serving pack of M&M's!

The staff were very courteous but the hotel room showed signs of aging and was small. I had stayed in the same hotel 4 years ago and room given then was bigger and had a better view and. The location is central and a big plus. However, I may consider another location during my next trip.

Third time in this hotel and again we chose a towers harbour view suite. Large suite and fantastic views from all rooms including the nice corner room with floor to ceiling windows all round. Great location with easy access to star ferry terminal, mtr station and Nathan road. Very safe neighbourhood to walk around on an evening. Overall a fantastic stay at Chinese New Year. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Royal Pacific is very close to the cruise terminal, at least for the smaller cruise ships like the Azamara. It has access to the MRT and to the shopping mall literally below the building. Very convenient!

Stay was fine. Suggestion;- proper coffee (machines) in the rooms would be a great asset. rather than packets of instant, but perhaps in Hong Kong miost people are tea, rather than coffee drinkers!!!.

The hotel was very nice. It was in a great location that had a five minute walk to the metro. Victoria Harbour was close and you could even see it from the hotel! The rooms were small but it was enough for a stay in Hong Kong! The staff was friendly.

Everything was great. Cheap rooms are SMALL!!! 2 people with all their bags could barely fit in the regular rooms.

Hotel gets 5 stars, 'nuff said. But this idiot left a wallet full of cash in the hotel safe when I left. Called them from the airport, my friend picked it up the next day, cash and all. Way to go housekeeping staff! I'm making a donation to the local children's charity because I really don't deserve any of the cash back.

Rooms are very small, but clean and comfortable. This was my second stay at the Royal Pacific and I will stay there again. They do have larger rooms if needed. For single business traveller, very good

Hotel staff was well trained and very helpful. The view from the room was other hotel so it was not exciting but you can easily access to pier. You can also take ferry to Macautat the same building so it is good for the people who will visit Macau.

We stayed on the Towers wing and we really enjoyed the big room and the lovely big bathroom. We had a 5 yr old and her nanny, it was Winter very cold, so having the hotel attached to a mall with McDonalds and everything was very very convenieny. Next door is Harbour City for the best stores in the world. Loved our stay, will return!

Overall, a present stay, hotel room with some problem with the toilet bowl flushing system but was fixed. Toilet not really that clean, room very small and no sitting area. Only 1 chair available especially twice room should at least have 2 chairs. I previously stay there before in May and the room is much better. I was upgraded to a corner suite with an excellent view of the harbor and city. Perhaps it was when I mentioned staying at a nearby competing hotel in the past that gave them the idea?

I always love the location of this hotel! Right near hige shopping complex, ferry, train to airport! Nicely surprised this stay when I was uparded to one of their suites! Wow..water views all around the room!

The Room was so small, it is the worst one that I have seen in Asia even compare to Japan. Wake up, Hong Kong.

This hotel is completely out of date and my room was filthy. They "upgraded" me to a room and it has not been updated since the 80's. It was dingy and very worn. The beds are very stiff and the room smelled of smoke in the non smoking room.

This must be the right hotel for tourist travelling to HK from Macau on Ferry. As the Hotel is located on the ferry terminal, you can check in immediately when you pass through the custom. This really cut all the hassle to travel around especially you have a huge luggage with you. The room is small but clean and comfortable. We always choose to stay at this hotel when on business in Hong Kong as it is very conveniently situated. Although we arrived at 15h00, our room was not ready and eventually they gave us a room with two single beds, smoking, although I booked a non-smoking, double bed room. Generally the hotel service is good.

after remodifications, the hotel looks a lot more pleasant and appealing. staff in front desk are efficiency, managed to complete the check-in with less than 3 mintues.
