This hotel was average for a business hotel in Europe, and had great access to EU government locations. For that it was perfect. Staff were also kind and spoke English well. Where it needs work: * No wireless Internet in the hotel rooms - it's 2011 time to upgrade. No excuses. * No loaner power-plug converter; yes, I should have my own, but everywhere […] else I stay has one you can borrow. This place has them for sale, for seven euros. Now I own a plug, thanks to these guys. * Bathroom had some random hairs not properly cleaned, minor but noticeable. * Hotel rooms are located in a different tower from thh lobby which requires lugging suitcase down stairs. * The lobby and guest rooms are separated by a space used for cocktail receptions, ackward when returning from a run a sweaty mess, negotiating through well-heeled guests. Excellent standard of maintenance and facilities, pleasant and helpful staff. We only stayed one night, and I think the weakest point was the comfort of the bed- it was ok, but not brilliant. This my hotel of choice when in Brussels - which is usually for work reasons, partly due to its location and partly its level of comfort. Overall a very well appointed and well run hotel. Excellent clean and comfortable hotel near to the Euro zone. Breakfast prices expensive but the little cafe at reception does a good light breakfast for 1/3 of the price and you can charge to your room.

For the expense involved it is not at the level that would be expected. The breakfast menu is limited even though the cost is most extravagant. There is a very small cafe which closes at 4pm which is early as dinner is much later in Brussels.

Great hotel, located close to the schuman metro station, 10 mins train ride to main attractions. The bus (21) to the airport is 100 mts away (behind the hotel). We got a queen size bed, very confortable. The bathroom was clean but the shower was a bit unconfortable to get into. Front desk was helpful and overall a good hotel. Cet hotel est situé juste à côté de la Commission Européenne dans le quartier européen donc c'est pratique pour découvrir ce quartier. L'accueil est très sympathique, les locaux sont propres et design. La chambre en elle-même possède tous les équipements, thé/café + bouilloire, sèche cheveux, chaussons, peignoirs ...

Bonne accueil, chambre propre et confortable, situation idéal pour visiter Bruxelles. un peu bruyant si vous êtes côté rue. le moins: le ptit dèj, en promo: 15 euros le week end contre 27! en semaine. Très cher pour ce que c'est, pain rassi, fruit sans goût etc...

Hotellet var rent och fräscht, och personalen vänlig och hjälpsam. Det låg inne i europakvarteren och alltså en bit från city: i och med att vi var i Bryssel i februari då rysskylan tagit över hela Europa tog vi tunnelbanan in nästan varje gång, men hade vädret varit bättre är promenaden till city ganska lagom (15-20 minuter). låg en liten bit utanför centrum. 3 hållplatser med tunnelbanan. Fräscht hotell men dyr frukost. Många smårestauranger i närheten

La réceptioniste ne parlait pas français (et pas néerlandais non plus). Sinon, l'hotel est moderne, propre, les chambres grandes, confortables etc.

goed hotel, wij hadden de goedkoopste kamer en die was goed maar niet overdreven. Wel heel donker door het gebruikte hout. Hotel ligt ongeveer 200 meter van in het weekend gratis parkeerplekken en van de metro. Met de metro ben je in een paar minuten in het Centrum. Wij waren er een weekend en dan is het gewoon goed.

Homepage does not clearly state whether Breakfast is included or not.

Pent hotell, hyggelig resepsjon og dyr og deilig frokost. Ligger rett ved Kommisjonen og EU-parlamentet, og noen metrostopp unna sentrum. Et stykke å gå fra resepsjonen til rommene, helt greit for normalt spreke, men ikke å anbefale for de med skrøpelige ben.

Hvis man vil bo i EU kvarteret er det her et dejligt sted. Roligt kvarter, nogle indkøbsmuligheder lidt restauranter og cafeer. Centrum er inden for rimeligheden afstandsmæssigt, man kan leje cykler lige i nærheden for 1,5o euro i døgnet hvis vel at mærke man finder en station og sætte den i inden en halv time og der er mange af i de stationer. Hotel OK sans charme particulier mais globalement propre et avec un service OK. Personnel relativement agréable.

Helt okey för en natt. Vi fick ett rum där det luktade mycket rök (smygrökning?) men vädrade så det var helt okey vid sängdags. Rummet bekvämt. Resturangen hade god mat och bra och personlig service. I den intilliggande baren rådde trevlig stämning. Provade på Spa-anläggningen men där fungerade inte jacuzzin fullständigt och bastun var inte igång. Hotel med god beliggenhed og nem adgang til offentlig transport. Venlig service. Værelset manglede dog skuffer og hylder til opbevaring af tøj, og antallet af bøjler var også meget beskedent. Natbordene var endvidere meget små sammenlignet med andre hoteller i samme kategori.

Sijainniltaan erinomainen, miellyttävä hotelli. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu.

LE super bon plan pour découvrir ou redécouvrir Bruxelles à moindre coût dans un confort exceptionnel. Meget behageligt hotel at bo på, når man har behov for at bo tæt på EU-institutionerne i Bruxelles. God kvalitetet og fin service.

Ligging dicht bij gebouw Europese Commissie en metro. Hotel met goede kamer en badkamer. Zeer compleet. Ook fijn was de waterkoker.

Sehr gute Lage direkt neben dem Gebäude der Europäischen Kommission, Bahnhof und Metrostation Schuman wenige Meter entfernt. Restaurants, Frühstückmöglichkeit und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Rezeption freundlich. Kleine, angenehme Lobby. Zimmer klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, leider sehr dunkel (kleine Fenster, Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend). The hotel gives a very luxurious feeling, from the lobby to the room and everything in between - Top quality of all of it. The spa is also very nice, highly recommended for morning or evening relaxation. The hotel bar is very welcoming and the drinks are high quality. Very friendly and talkative staff. On the downside - No free internet (and ridicoulosly […] high prices - 6€ per hour!) and quite far away from the city center (about 20-25 minutes walk through an area that is not very welcoming in the evening). Har bodd på Silken Berlaymont to ganger og er veldog fornøyd med hotellet. Det er også perfekt plassert for dem som besøker Brüssel for møter i EU-institusjonene.

Hotellet er klart i den gode ende. Bygning og betjening - fra reception til restaurant - er tiltalende og venlig. Det var ikke første besøg for mig, og det bliver næppe heller sidste. Jeg kan anbefale hotellet, både qua dets basiskvaliteter, men også pga beliggenhed. Lidt malurt skal der også dryppes i bægret. Rygerværelser er ikke blændende gode. […] Og i mine 5 nætters ophold, blev minibaren kun fyldt op de to første dage. Det er for ringe, for priserne i minibaren skriger på genopfyldning!
