Comfortable hotel (and quiet in the rooms), free wifi (you can pay for faster speed/downloads, but it was fine for me), close to metro. One slight negative was the construction going on around it. Located right next to the Commission, 15-20 minutes to city center. Very convenient.

The hotel was great and well located. It's outside the main city centre but there were plenty of local restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. The Metro system is great value and easy to use and just a few minutes walk from the hotel. A great base from which to explore!

Only first day we have sachet coffee. And sugar. Following another 4 days our 3 rooms never refill sachet of coffee or sugar. When we ask for day tour to Amsterdam but next days after we all ready suddenly been told the one we booked is city tour. Not the tour to Amsterdam , all plan cancel so disappointed. Very modern hotel, with not a lot of character. Breakfast was excellent. drinks and breakfast was a little expensive. a half hour walk to the centre or a 10 minute Metro ride for 2 euro. Room was very warm although it was December and the controls would not reduce the temperature.

Two nights in the hotel, which included a slightly late check-in and a late check-out. The staff were helpful from the word go, friendly, efficient and courteous too. Room was spacious and clean. Round the corner from two excellent little restaraunts, and two nice bars as well as a quick stroll to the Metro station. Highly recommend.

verylong walk from reception to room. staff not very helpful furniture very sombre. lighting not very good. no radio that I could find. if I'd been able to stay longer might have enjoyed breakfast tho' at 22 euros very expensive, you can buy a whole meal for that. Nice to be able to open windows.

Gorgeous hotel; we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly polite and infinitely helpful, and the hotel was clean, welcoming, warm, and overall very impressive!

Very nice hotel, got a very good deal. Beware that the parking is under the hotel through a very narrow section that a large saloon car would have trouble to pass. Had to park out front on the very quiet street and reasonably safe from damage/ theft on the street

We stayed here as an overnight stop. The surrounding area has many good restaurants. The rooms could do with a bit of an uplift.

i was standing in from of the reception. there were two female receptonists. one was talking to someone but the other receptionist was just looking at the PC. I flew to Brussels late evening after finishing my work and I expected nice treatment but she was ignoring me though I am sure she noticed that I was standing there. Was there for a weekend-stay. Location in the Europe-City was ok. To get there with the car was a little difficult (one-ways, no left-turns allowed etc.) but also ok. Parking-fee for 24h was 24 € in the hotel garage, therefore I parked on the street. No problem at saturday nights but I think it will be a problem during the week and then not much cheaper. This hotel was average for a business hotel in Europe, and had great access to EU government locations. For that it was perfect. Staff were also kind and spoke English well. Where it needs work: * No wireless Internet in the hotel rooms - it's 2011 time to upgrade. No excuses. * No loaner power-plug converter; yes, I should have my own, but everywhere […] else I stay has one you can borrow. This place has them for sale, for seven euros. Now I own a plug, thanks to these guys. * Bathroom had some random hairs not properly cleaned, minor but noticeable. * Hotel rooms are located in a different tower from thh lobby which requires lugging suitcase down stairs. * The lobby and guest rooms are separated by a space used for cocktail receptions, ackward when returning from a run a sweaty mess, negotiating through well-heeled guests. The hotel location is very convenient. it was just 3minutes walk to near the metro station and go to grand place(central station) was 4-5minutes on the subway. hotel stuff was friendly. i would recommend this hotel.

Excellent standard of maintenance and facilities, pleasant and helpful staff. We only stayed one night, and I think the weakest point was the comfort of the bed- it was ok, but not brilliant. This hotel is close to the European Commission and therefore caters for the business traveller very well. It is very clean and functional if lacking in character. The bar is pleasant enough with a few cocktails, plenty of whiskey and choice of wines. The area is quiet, especially when the heads of state gather nearby and then it is ghostly quiet. […] There is a small selection of fairly decent places to eat and drink close by. There is also a small supermarket and good parks/green spaces within just a short walk. Two minutes away is a Schumann metro station which whizzes you into the centre of Belgium. This my hotel of choice when in Brussels - which is usually for work reasons, partly due to its location and partly its level of comfort. Overall a very well appointed and well run hotel. Excellent clean and comfortable hotel near to the Euro zone. Breakfast prices expensive but the little cafe at reception does a good light breakfast for 1/3 of the price and you can charge to your room.

For the expense involved it is not at the level that would be expected. The breakfast menu is limited even though the cost is most extravagant. There is a very small cafe which closes at 4pm which is early as dinner is much later in Brussels.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour 2 nuits et entre les 2 nuits, le ménage n'a pas été fait dans la chambre... Nous en avons touché un mot au personnel qui était désolé mais n'a rien fait pour nous dédommager du désagrément. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très copieux. de même, le restaurant est trés bien.

Es war ein schöner Citytrip nach brüssel der nur durch den neuerlichen Wintereinfall getrübt wurde. Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral, direkt neben dem EU Parlament und ist Verkehrsgünstig gelegen und umgeben von hervorragenden Pubs (Hairy Canary *****) und auch einigen Restaurants (überwiegend italienisch) die wir aber nicht besucht haben. Der Bahnhof […] Schumann mit Nah- und Fernzügen sowie der Metro ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Das Hotel ist schön und auch relativ nobel, wird seinen hohen Ansprüchen aber nicht immer gerecht. So wurde unser Wunsch nach einem 2. Kissen schlichtweg vergessen und der Abfluss lief nicht ab. Die Freundlichkeit des Empfangs war allerdings grandios und recht herzlich. Von eine Anreise mit dem PKW von Mo 9:oo - Fr 18:oo ist abzuraten bei Parkgebühren von 25 € jeweils am Vormittag und am Nachmitag, Dafür kann man von Fr. 18:oo Uhr bis Montags 8 oder 9:oo dort überall umsonst parken, was für Brüsseler Verhältnisse extrem selten ist und dies mitten im Stadtkern !!! Erinomainen hotelli Berlaymontin vieressä. Ainoa suurempi miinus oli, että inttivät aamupalaa maksettavaksi toiseen kertaan (27,- €), mutta sekin järjestyi, kun oli näyttää varauspaperit.

Hôtel de très bon standing situé dans le quartier de la commission européenne. L'avantage c'est que les prix très attractif pendant le week-end. L'inconvénient c'est que le quartier est désertique et un peu éloigné du centre (30 minutes à pied, 10 minutes en métro/tram). L’accès internet est coûteux dans les chambres mais aussi à l'espace situé à l'accueil. […] La chambre est propre, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Réceptioniste à mon arrivée pas sypathique du tout...chambre trop éloignée de l' entrée de l' hotel j' avais demandé un grand lit et j' avais 2 lits jumeaux suite réclamation de ma part j" ai pû changer de chambre même couloir mais grand lit.Merci au receptioniste d' origine espagnole :-)

Hotellet är OK men rummet jag bodde var mycket litet. Letar man efter en övernattning på en affärsresa står man ut men för privat bruk är det absolut inget alternativ. Det samma gäller området. No thrills mao!

L'hotel è molto comodo da raggiungere, a soli 100 metri circa dalla fermata schuman della metropolitana (e a 4 fermate dal centro). Avendo solo pernottato non posso esprimere giudizio sulla qualità dei cibi. Ottima la pulizia delle camere e il personale gentile e disponibile.

Pompöses hotel, zumindest von außen, drinnen ein wenig ernüchternder aber immernoch recht ansehnlich. zimmer und service sind gut und mit 4 sternen bestens bedient, richtig gut ist das frühstück, unbedingt jedoch im voraus mitbuchen, vorort werden dafür nämlich 27€ (!) pro nase fällig. Sonst alles top, super flughafenanbindung mit dem BUS NR 21 in nur […] 20 min und für 6€ one way zum flughafen, haltestelle direkt vor der tür. genauso die U-Bahn die einen vom hotel mit nur zwei stopps in 5-7 min direkt ins waffel und pommes mekka bringt. enjoy อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Un peu long néanmoins du centre-ville (4 stations de métro). Les chambres sont bien équipées et la salle de bain est grande. Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix tout comme les chambres la semaine. Profitez de votre séjour pour visiter le Parlementarium et la Maison Antoine (meilleures frites de Bruxelles).
