I have been staying at Novotel Siam Square for almost 10 yrs now on my every visit to BKK. Walking distance to all categories of shopping like MBK & Siam Paragon, HArdRock Cafe and the best Thai Food Restaurant is just across the road. And the Hotel itself offers good comfort, ambiance and service with it's disc in the basement CM2

Good, comfortable stay at Novotel Siam. Location is fantastic; near BTS & Siam Paragon. This hotel is definitely one of my top choices whenever I come to Bangkok. Room was OK but the bathroom facilities were a little dated. One would expect a bit more for the price. Staff were very good and provided service of storing and weighing our suitcases for us before an evening flight. Convenient location for the Siam Square area.

As usual it had been a great stay. We were met by the fabulous concierge team & check in was a breeze. Although the bts was less than a 5 mins walk, we took the cab cos we are a party of 4 & my mum was on a wheelchair. It's pretty cheap to move around Bangkok in a cab if you are not caught in a traffic jam. We paid abt usd 2 to chatucak from hotel. […] In fact it cost between usd 1-2 for us to get to shopping malls like Terminal 21/Central world/platinum fashion mall & Big C. Usually we wud try to get back to the hotel just before 4pm to avoid the jam. For Muslim travellers,there's a few halal food joints in MBK. It's on the 5th floor. Book the superior rooms and waw given the highest floor. Good view and quiet. Beds are comfortable.Location is the asset of the hotel as its just few minutes walk to siam BTS. Siam Square and MBK are just within walking distance.

An adequate hotel, spotty wifi, queues at breakfast but more than made up by the reasonable price and location. Novotel Siam Square is affordable and the perfect place to stay for people who wants to be somewhere accessible and close to town. You can find everything you need within a stone's throw away from the hotel. Room might be a little small but it is clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel Great Location , when we booked phoned Hotels.com twice to see if the room included breakfast which they assures me it did, it did not. Also for a family a regular room only has two single beds or one king. Booking agent again assures me they were doubles. This hotel is very well situated and very convenient. Staff was very good and better than at the other hotels in Thailand. It was best to ask the bell captain to call for metered taxis as cabs are a problem as far as negotiating rates are concerned. As soon as we sat in taxi we requested that the meter was started, most obliged while we had to insist […] with some of the taxis. The room service too was very good and so was the Buffet Breakfast. Housekeeping were efficient and immediately sent us an infant cot and also an infant bath tub. hotel is perfect to start any holiday in thailand. very close to MBK which is one of the biggest malls and best shopping spots. buffet breakfast was great! the doorman were really helpful with regards to places to go and getting taxis for cheap! i would return for sure.

We stayed 4 nights from Dec 21 to 25, 2012. The hotel location is superb, being within walking distance of the major shopping centres, restaurants and the skytrain station. Hotel service ranges from good to excellent but unfortunately, the furnishings and fixtures in the rooms are dated. The room carpet looks tired and the bathroom's bathtub, shower […] fixtures and tiles are downright shabby. The breakfast buffet spread is of limited range, boring and lacks quality.
