Close to convention centre and easy access to sightseeing. Top class hotel.

Our room had an amazing view of the hong kong harbour. The hotel breakfast was phenomenal and staff were really friendly and courteous. The exhibition center is right behind and so you can walk through the walkway and get to Harbour Center where there are some nice restaurants.

Great hotel! Especially liked the space for meetings, the gym and the swimming pool. Some rooms could use updating but all in all a pleasant stay. MInus would be the internet wifi as it had a tendency to turn off and make you log in over and over.

Excellent hotel, made better thanks to complimentary room upgrade. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Only down side is the building development going on around the hotel.

The Grand Hyatt is a very well appointed and stylish hotel with attentive and efficient staff. Some times hotels get it right and The Grand Hyatt ticks all the boxes. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and this hotel stands out from all. The service is 2nd to none. Whilst there are newer hotels that are possibly a little better appointed none can beat The Grand Hyatt, Hong Kong for the overall experience. The staff are beyond superb, the […] rooms great and especially the ones with what can only be described as having one of the best views of the harbour and Kowloon in Hong Kong. The restaurants are all wonderful serving spectacular food. I can not say one bad thing about this hotel which is probably why I keep going there after 15 + years. Lovely Hotel but a bit dated in the rooms. Charging extra for wifi when this hotel is not particularly cheap was a bit strong. Hotel caters a lot for the conference centre and, consequently, it doesn't have much charm--in contrast to some of the other hotels in Centre. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable with an awesome view. It was worth it to pay extra to stay on the executive level, which included a full breakfast, and drinks and appetizers in the evening. We would choose this hotel if we return to Hong Kong!

This is my home away from home. The beds , the staff , the service , the food all exceeds my expectations and I would not stay at another hotel in Hong Kong. Pay the additional and stay in the Club - awesome !

Great hotel, staff friendly etc. Disappointed however that there is construction going on around the hotel and we were not notified of this prior to our arrival. We were initially put on 18th floor and after 9 hour flight expecting to have a great sleep in however were disturbed by the construction noise early on the saturday morning. This hotel was very impressive ... lots of options for dining and lovely pool area on the 11th floor. Nice view from our room over Victoria Harbour. Staff were excellent ... nothing too much effort for them.

The Grand Hyatt is a great HK hotel if you are attending a Trade Show or Convention at the HK Convention Centre in Wanchai. There is not a lot around the Hotel othe than bars and clubs. MTR is 7 minutes walk as is the ferry to Tsim Tsa Tsui. Awesome hotel. Service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The ppol on the 11th floor was amazing too. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be going back as soon as I can. Rooms are amazing - go for the harbour view side of the hotel. Good size and great lay out

First of all we choose the Grand Hyatt because it is next to the convention centerwhere we had 4 days of work, and we did not want to spend time waiting for a taxi and all of this. 全般的に予想以上に豪華だが落ち着いた大人のホテルという感じがしました。部屋はガーデンビューで眺めは今ひとつでしたが、あまり気になりませんでした。朝食付きのプランでしたが、ビュッフェは選び応えがあって最高においしかったです。洋食・中華・和食等なんでもあって4泊しましたが、飽きずにすべて朝食はホテルですませました。また、香港島のちょっと突き出ている立地なので、中華のワンハーバーロードで食事をしましたが、香港島の夜景と九龍側の夜景が同時に見られます。ここもおすすめです。

狭い香港を縦横無尽に歩き回るにはMTRやトラム、スターフェリーなどの、公共交通機関にスグに乗れることがとても重要になるが、そうゆう意味では少し不便かな。このクラスのホテルに泊まれる人にとって移動手段は全てタクシーだというなら別だが… 改装工事の音が少し気になった。

30数年ぶりの香港でした。中国と思い敬遠していましたが、人、買い物、発展振りには目を見張りました。これからは近い、楽しみが一杯な所としてまた行きたいです。年末年始をこのホテルで過ごしましたが寝るだけになりホテル内の事が良く分からず残念でした。部屋は十分広さもありとても居心地良かったです。出来たら花火見える部屋が取れたら良かったです。

在湾仔，地段没话讲，为了办签证过去的，离办理的地方很近！ 很久以前就住过，想当年还没有w ritz 这些新酒店！房间翻新过，但厕所没动，总体来说比Jw 万豪房间大！ 但不满意的是发现枕头有一块类似血迹的污点，酒店虽然及时更换，但从来没在5星酒店遇到这种事，有点失望！ 综体来讲就是老牌商务酒店，工工整整的！价钱嘛，香港来说这个地段肯定贵的！

Service ise top leveled brand hotel, but all facilities are kinds of old compared with new built hotels in HK, However, fitness facility and its atmosphere is top of the hotels in HK. とても快適に過ごせました。コンシェルジェの対応がイマイチでした。 子供がプールを気にいって、毎日入りました。温水と聞いてましたが、そんなに暖かくは無かったですが、暑いところなので気持ち良かったです。

前台办理入住时间太长，且出错不会道歉，没有笑容，早餐后居然还收了两位餐费，其理由为两位应在其商务餐厅用早餐，我说入住时为什么不告诉我，找你经理来说说看，太戏弄人了，这样将钱才又退回，太差了。今后不会入住这间酒店了。

香港島サイドのハーバービューホテルでは最高ランクではないでしょうか？ フェリーピアが近くて便利でした。各ステーションからはタクシーでの移動になります。 日本人は少なく感じました。逆に欧米人セレブが多く、本格的な高級ホテルの雰囲気を感じました。 また、ワンハーバーロードの広東料理や1階での朝食ビュッフェが味、雰囲気ともに最でした。
