St. Louis Union Station Marriott - เซนต์หลุยส์

Location was good, the cost is high for the accommodations. Room was small and the bath was not as clean as i would have liked. we had to call for a remote and after an hr i called and told the Fdesk we were going to dinner.. poor services communication over priced for what u get

Hotel was very beautiful, however would like to have had a refrigerator in the room. Didn't like the fact that the drapes could not be closed at night only the sheer curtains. The staff was the best!!

Nice hotel, helpful staff~ the bellman who showed us to our room even gave us a brief history lesson on the place. Other than the valet driver running our car up over the curb and busting the wheel cover, our stay was wonderful. This hotel is fantastic. A very attentive staff with great rooms, close access to the MetroLink and plenty of restaurants, bars and other activities surrounding. Busch Stadium is one stop away on the train or a short cab ride and Scottrade Center is only a couple of blocks away.

The one glitch I encountered in my stay at the Marriott was with the front desk service. I reserved a room with two queen beds (as a college roommate and I were traveling across the country) and got a room with one king bed. When we asked why our reservation wasn't fulfilled as indicated online, I was told that our reservation "only gives a preference, […] not a promise of the beds." Hotel very near all the must do's: City Museum; St Louis Zoo; Science Centerd! My son loved feeding the coy in the Union Station pond. FRIENDLY staff and valet. I would reccomend this hotel and will be going beck soon!

For the cost of the hotel I was expecting MUCH better!! Parking was high, breakfast was high, and no internet connection!! THe rooms & hallways were much outdated and worn. This hotel was very nice great location room was very clean bed and pillow were soft. The hotel was located in a mall so shopping was in reach. Only thing didn't like was the fact internet had to pay to use my own computer in my room. It was like I paid for room an everything else the use of equipment at hotel had to pay to use

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to places we could walk to.

This was a terrific location, close enough to get to the ballpark easily. The staff was friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again.

Overpriced room: they charged for WiFi (tried to overcharge an extra day, but were perfectly polite about it when I brought it to their attention), an uncomfortable bed and limited TV channels; the hotel's conference center had no wifi at all. To be sure, a beautiful building and excellent location, but in many other ways disappointing.

Extremely convenient to downtown area, extremely outdated rooms and hallways - overall very disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel to go to the World Series game and we really enjoyed it. Judt didnt get to stay long enough. The room was big and very comfortable setting. The hotel is huge and close to so many things. Just 5 blocks away from the Busch Stadium. I am sure we will stay here again when we return for a visit to St. Louis. Convenient to MetroLink. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Spacious room, comfy bed. Wish I could have stayed another night.

This property worked out great as a conference hotel. It is part of the historic St. Louis Union Station. The bar is in the center and the overall layout is pleasing. But definitely expected more from the "Union Station" Mariott. Bathroom smelled moldy and there were hairs everywhere. My view was of the patio from the abadoned Hooter's restaurant. But I should probably be grateful the restaurant is closed otherwise it might have been hard to go to sleep at night??? Had supper in hotel and my wife had chicken that was raw and she told them and was offered another order but we didn't have time and there was no credit issued and the bill was very high, I had same thing as my wife and bill was 80,00 before tax. I would stay at hotel again but not eat ther again.

The old union station is beautifully restored. But there are a lack of tenents in the attached mall- Nothing the hotel can control. Lots of nearby restaurants, museums and the ball park is near by. The hotel rooms are showing their age but over all is pretty nice. the service was VERY good.

Went for the April half marathon - great location just a block from the start/finish. Quiet and comfortable hotel. No place to park to check in unless you're using the valet parking and the self park is not convenient. Had lived near St Louis 20 yrs ago and was sad to see how pitiful Union Station was - it used to have great shopping, but now it's nothing […] but tourist shops and a few fast food vendors plus Hard Rock Cafe. The convenience of being in a hotel in a mall was nice, parking was right across the street for 14 a night which was not that bad considering how busy it was. The walls were very thin and you could hear the neighbors. We called earlier and said early check in wouldn't be a problem but on arrival they informed us we couldn't check in until 4pm. There […] was a random black sock in the room so it made me consider the overall cleanliness. Bed was very very soft, windows were able to open to a nice court yard. hotel is fine...but checked in at 4, bed was unmade, called the desk, left to go to the game...got back 1030, still not made...unacceptable....asked for free parking or discount but was refused

The historic lobby is lovely. The hallways and room are in need of updating, however the bed was comfortable, the room clean and quiet. The highlight of the hotel was the great restaurant. Main complaint is with the Station Restaurant....slow service....lousy breakfast buffet. The room was clean, quiet and nice.

Good Qualties * Nice spacious rooms *In Union Station, restaurants,shopping a plus! Bad Qualities * Your only options to get to the lobby when checking or checking out, are to (A) Walk your luggage through a mall(long walk! or (B) go to Valet and Walk up a huge staircase with luggage( no elevator) And no one at the hotel even offered to help us carry […] suitcases down stairs! * Unless you get Valet Parking, the parking lots are extremely far away, it is unbelieveable. * The hallways and layout for this hotel are insane. Every thing is so chopped up and you have to walk through hallway after hallway to get anywhere. It took us 10 minutes after leaving our 2nd floor room to get to the floor where you can leave the hotel. Due to multiple activities downtown, we decided to stay downtown despite living only minutes away. Wondeful treat, great hotel (beautiful lobby). Nice to see how well St. Louis treats its visitors!

This is a great hotel that is convenient to a lot of great St. Louis activities. The only problem we had were the rooms not being ready when we arrived late in the afternoon, but they got them done quickly and gave us a call immediatly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to St. Louis

The lobby of this hotel is very lovely! Check in staff was polite. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. We were attending a concert at Scottrade Center, so this was the perfect location for us, it was a very short walk to the concert. Hotel price on their website was pricey, but hotels.com offered a much better deal. We enjoyed a little […] shopping at Union Station (although many of the stores there have closed down). We always love dining at Hard Rock Cafe, and there is a nice Hard Rock in the parking lot at Union Station. No complimentary breakfast at this hotel, no free wireless, and self parking is $14. Additionally, you do have to walk quite a ways to the parking lot. I believe they offer valet parking for an extra charge. Our son was with us, and the hotel did provide a rollaway bed at no additional charge. Overall, we will consider staying here again next time we attend a concert at Scottrade Center. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Randy and other staff at this hotel are consistently outstanding.

Hotel is in a great location, very pleased with service, comfort, ease of check in/out, would recomend to anyone. Only issue I had was the price I got online was apparently including a Visa rebate that no one explained till i checked out and was handed 4 cards that i need to scratch a secret code off of, go to a website and input the code, then Visa […] will eventually mail me the amount Im owed so for now the $100 is still on my credit card, dont like this system of rebates at all, especially when it wasnt explained better up front. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
