Everything was great. The young fellow at check in couldn't have been nicer. He might have been the best person that has ever been at a motel desk for me.

The entire staff was friendly. Maintenance man, breakfast person and desk clerks. They were all quite proud of their facility and acted glad that they were working there.

This is a high quality hotel with excellent service. The breakfast is the best "free" breakfast of any hotel I have ever been to. My only issues: the shower head had a divergent stream which sprayed me in the face and it couldn't be re-directed, and the tv was not working on several channels. Staff was extremely friendly! Rooms were clean and the beds was very comfortable! Only negative was when we checked in there was a note at the desk saying the police were warning about several break-ins into cars parked in the hotel lot. Just do not leave valuables in your car! Breakfast was good - eggs, waffles, yogurt, etc.

re room - carpet had visible stain, I was there during a couple of days of high wind and one night rain - significant leaks either side of window unit with loud dripping sounds until I stuffed bath towels each side - one was significantly soaked next morning. Decent place, right for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but bed seemed well used with a very lumpy comforter and a sagging mattress. The Hotel was great, very friendly service and staff. the parking lot at the hotel was well lite for security sake. the breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. I will stay there again.

Sometimes saying that this was the same as the other Hamptons would be a "down vote" but for a business trip - knowing exactly what amenities will be there takes all the guessing about what you need to bring along. Was a great stay. The staff was very friendly. My only issue was the "seasonal" pool was already closed, and it was only September 28th. The weather was still warm in the 80's, but other than that this was a great place. I plan on staying here again when I travel.

only two items were slightly less than expected. Bed - standard double instead of queen. Coming to the Hotel from the I-235 or W Kellogg is confusing and required us to pass it up - turn around and come back to figure it out and then get back on Kellogg going East to come back and cruise right in.

Ja'Ree, the breakfast hostess is phenomenal! She made our morning both days we stayed. We will be back. This hotel is difficult to access from the west, but super easy, right off of the Highway 54 frontage road, from the East. Very clean, accomodating, and great exercise room. The bed was a bit springy, but we slept.

After staying at several different hotels in Wichita, we've decided this is our favorite. We love the employees and the efforts they make to ensure we have everything we need. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and the breakfast is good.

Overall very good experience! Breakfast was good, large coffee selection. A bit difficult to get to at first with no direct route from the main road, GPS got a little confused. Surrounding neighborhood has many fast food restaurants, but that's about it.

My only complaint was when watching tv, the sound would intermittently stop for a couple of seconds (as if profane language was being obscurred, which wasnt the case). Other than that i would definitely stay again.
