We booked this room to crash New Years Eve night. It was a bit run down/old but good enough to crash. All we needed was a bed and a shower.

book online with hotels.com. Was a learning experience; did not realize i had to watch for rewards available notification. After staying 2 nites i realized i was not getting the nightly stay credits. Moved to another hotel where I did get credit.

For the price I got what I paid for. I was hoping to get lucky and find a great deal but was quickly reminded of the old "caveat emptor" buyer beware rule. The room was filthy and smelled like cigarrettes and syrup of all things. This was a non smoking room... The carpet was disgusting and there was actually an old sock hanging off the bathroom wall […] when I got there. There were also makeup stains on the sheets. I bought a bunch of candles and air fresheners and never walked on the carpet with my bare feet. The bed was comfortable though. In hind sight I should have complained but during check in it was obvious that my business didn't make a bit of difference to the staff. If you prefer cheap to clean it's a convenient location. If you know what you are getting into, you wont be as disappointed. It is a 1.5 star hotel. Do not expect much for what you are paying for. If you just need a bed I would recommend. It's not a family hotel, or much of a romantic get-away. The rooms were quiet and the bed was average. I stay here when I have an over night layover for business.

This hotel is quite sketchy. The building is very old and friends mentioned there are typically prostitutes hanging around. The room was clean but the clientele was definitely not the friendliest folks. The location of the hotel was nice and housekeeping was friendly. The halls were quite dirty though and could use a bit of cleaning.

You get what you pay for but for the price this hotel is convenient, clean enough, some amenities are there. Front desk, staff are all nice and provide prompt service. Location is great for West El, Paso area, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

price is not as expensive as the local hotel but the quality of the hotel is of greater value than its price. i do recommend staying here

This hotel has had more names that I've had wives, but continues to be neat, clean and in a very good location (and at the right price). Far enough from I10 not to hear it.

Thin walls, could be upgraded a bit. Good location.

Good service for price even though we arrived around midnight.

Hotel was dingy,very ourdated. Had an awful smell, mattress were very uncomfortable and unsanitary.(found hairs on it)we were too tired to find another hotel and it was an overnight stay. The breakfast was just as bad.

Excelente precio, servicios y ubicacion. Muy recomendable.
