Noice and hot rooms; I tried two different room and it was impossible to stay there.

"Great Hotel"
Great Hotel only problem is that the bed is very hard so it was hard on my back. I sleep on my side so it is a personal thing. the rest was very good but for the music coming from the bar until 11 pm so if you do not like the music and wish to sleep as to be put in the other tower .

"No Air conditionig"
Everithing was very good, except that the room don't have ait conditioning, this is incredible.

THis is the second time I stayed at this Hotel while visiting Bogota. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the variety was also. The staff was helpful with all your needs.
"No air conditioning in rooms"
I could not believe that there was no airconditioning in my room. No temperature control at all! The room was fairly new, but poorly designed. The shower had a partial wall and no curtain, which means that after showering there is water everywhere. The bathroom size was small, and you have to practically dance the tango with the door to get around in […] it. The room was spacious so a little more space could have been allocated to the bathroom. The hotel had leaky roof problems during the rainstorm many of the common areas had buckets to catch the water. The breakfast buffet was included and pretty good. The service in general was average. The business center was helpful and reasonably priced, but they had technology problems with their computers they couldn't resolve. The in-room internet acess was wireless and no-charge. Reasonably good connections and speed. I stayed in this hotel mostly because of the location and price. My preferred chain has a hotel in Bogota but it is on the other side of town by the airport and was priced very high for this trip. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Muy buen hotel y excelente servicio. Deberian informar que no posee aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Gimnasio muy deficiente!!!
"Muy bueno en la relacion costo / beneficio"
La atencion es excelente empezando por los botones, recepcion, restaurante. El desayuno es un buffet muy completo, muy variado. La unica sugerencia es: van a tener que invertir en aislamiento acustico, el ruido de la calle 100 y la obra atras se filtra a las habitaciones y es molesto.

Los cuartos estupendos, solo que son muy frios y sería bueno poner calefación... la atención de los bells boys maravillosa y la de la recepción no tan cordial.

Reserve este hotel por que en su pagina mencionan que esta a 3.5 km de aeropuerto y esta como a 15 km. me senti engañado.

Las habitaciones estándar no tienen aire acondicionado, por un precoi de up grade se puede OPTAR a una de mejor nivel con aire. La atención es buena, el buffet de almuerzo y cena un poco costoso pero bueno.

Das Cosmos 100 besteht aus den 3 Türmen A, B und C. A und B sind ältere Bauabschnitt, die Zimmer dort haben KEINE Klimaanlage. Deshalb bei der Buchung immer schon ein Zimmer im Turm (=Torre) C verlangen.

Excelente desde todo punto de vista, se nota la experiencia y dedicacion de su gerente que esta personalmente pendiente de todo.

Excelente atención, cuartos muy limpios, atención de su personal inigualable. Quizá el único lunar es un poco de ruido en las habitaciones desde la calle...y eso que yo estaba en el piso 9!
