Americas Best Value Inn Hot Springs - ฮอตสปริงส์

some of the rooms are very odd.... masive furniture makes it hard to move around in there and yet no place to put your stuff, especially in the bathrooms. But it is clean, staff is friendly & helpful and it is convienent.

The price was right, the location was great, the room was comfortable but so so loud from outside noise.

I did not stay at the hotel. I checked in and went to the room which was as small as a closet with two beds. Location was what I was looking for so I checked the room by pulling back the sheets to find burn and cut wholes in the mattress. I then went back to office to complain with no offer of another room. I will not go back to that no tell motel.

This was our 1st trip to Hot Springs, so we did not know where was good to stay...we just took a guess. The hotel looked a little ragged on the outside, but our room was ok. We did not spend much time in the room, if we had, it would not have been too good. The tv was OLD and had a yellow picture..it was a box tv that had another motel's name engraved […] (really big) on the side. the shower was really low and my hubby had to bend down to use it. the daily room service was excellent. always had clean linens and towels. the front desk was nice and helpful. the breakfast was NOT a continental...just a few prepackaged items and no where to sit and eat. they did have coffee available all day though. for the money, we were fine...better breakfast would have made it much more worth the money! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

room was clean sheets comforters and ovr all room very clean air conditioner wasnt cooling very well wifi didnt work and the cover was busted on th air conditioner

Rooms were nice and clean, rather small especially for the size of the furniture they have put in it. Manager can be a little "curt", but overall it was a good place to stay. Very convenient to the race track, walking distance

This hotel is old and shabby. But if you're interested in cheap and clean. This is it. I loved the location, which was next to Oaklawn. Do not expect anything grandiose. This is just a place to lay your head. This hotel would be much improved if it had microwave and frig in the room.

The hotel was clean and neat, the beds were comfortable. My biggest complaint about my stay is the NOISE. We stayed in a room next to the stairs and everytime someone walked up the stairs it sounded like a 900 lb elephant was running up the stairs. You could hear everytime your neighbors flushed their toilet, ran water in the sink or took a shower, […] and I'm not talking could barely hear it, it was LOUD. My other complaint is their so called breakfast. If you like to sit and have a meal for breakfast you might as well plan on going out. This hotel is a great value for the money. Close to race track for easy walk. They do not mandate a minimum nights stay like most other hotels. Free juice and muffin in the morning for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again mainly due to the cleanliness and value.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is SAFE and clean and a good value for the money. Walking distance to Oaklawn Race Track, we have stayed here two weekends in a row. We're not in our room a lot when we are in Hot Springs are were looking for safe, clean and friendly and we got it!

The front desk people were very helpful. Gave us good suggestions on places to go and when. Really appreciated it. It was quiet, easy to sleep.

This hotel is really close to everything. The casino, the historic district, the crystal mines. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is not as upscale as we usually enjoy but the price was fantastic. The hotel was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly. The hotel was okay, except for the bed and pillows were as hard as a rock and the front door had big gaps on the top and bottom. We had to take towels and stuff them in the cracks and the toilet was like a public toilet. The hotel was on the strip, but it was right behind a red light, so it was difficult to get in and out. You could also hear all the […] traffic from the red light, so we had a hard time sleeping. We told the lady behind the counter about out door and she laughed. this hotel is in the heart of hot springs and is great for the cost!!

The hotel was convenient and very nice for the money.The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very nice and clean,but the mattress was very hard.. A suggestion that I would make is to have a list of the channels and it's number for the TV.Also,the continental breakfast,was definately lacking in substance. The hotel staff was very polite. The location was great. The bed was the only downfall. It was a little too soft. The free breakfast could have had a little more but it was free.
