It looks more like a motel, but it's fine for me. Very convenient to Berry college, free internet, free parking, and comfortable bed. Breakfast is very limited.

They were out of the regular non-smoking king rooms so they upgraded me to a jacuzzi room for no charge.

Very inexpensive motel type (park outside your room) rooms. Check in was smooth but not overly friendly. Proprietors kept their car parked outside the lobby the whole time blocking parking near the lobby door. Lobby was cluttered. Sheets and bathroom seemed sterile, but the carpet was filthy and room smelled. Moving a piece of furniture to access an […] electrical outlet was scary due to the amount of filth behind the furniture. Only saw one insect though (and I looked). Very limited TV channels on an old, small TV but it worked well. If low cost is a priority and you don't have a sensitive sense of smell, this is very near Berry Campus and worked well for me (kept shoes on whenever touching the floor). Didnt expect such an old hotel, badly needs renovated. Otherwise it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Upon arrival my wife notice the room had a musty ordor. She has asthma. I notified the manager and he sent someone right then and srayed the room. We went to get something to eat and when we returned everything was alright. I couldn't get my laptop to connect to the internet. I went to the office to see what I could do. The lady there was very helpful. […] She got me on the right track. Our stay was good. The manager and staff where great. If we are in the area again we would stay with them . Frank V. Very close to Berry College, nice staff. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast very poor.

When we visit our daughter @ Berry College, we make it a point to stay at this Ho-Jo. It's super convenient, uncomplicated, and priced right.

Very clean and affordable. Excercise, enjoy the pool, nice breakfast, super clean rooms, and affordable. Great for families or work crews.

Very neat & clean; accomedating in every way. They accept pets, however, little area for dogs to "do their business". But still worth the stay.

When visiting our daughter at Berry College, we stay at hotels in Rome based exclusively on price and location. This time, the HOJO won out. On the location meter, for access to Berry College this property is a "10;" for the price, which was LT $50, it is perfectly fine. The property is not particularly noteworthy. The beds are average/ok, the pillows […] are average/ok, the decor is average/ok, and the bathrooms are average/ok. The rooms are spacious. If you aren't particularly fussy, the Rome HOJO is perfectly ok. The ultimate commentary is that if this property is the low cost motel in August, we'll return.
