Good customer service, the hot welcome cookies was a nice surprise. The overall quality of the room was good. I will recommend this hotel to others

The hotel is great...room was really clean and well appointed. The warm cookies were deeeelicious - especially after a long drive. One quibble is that the hotel is hard to find on US Route 1 - look for the intersection of Ridge Road and it will be easier to drive to.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. I was nervous about traveling and not knowing what exactly I was staying in, or the neighborhood. But the Princeton DoubleTree was outstanding. I felt so at home. And the warm cookie was THE BEST. Ordering some for Christmas for my family! The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. We are very pleased with the location of the hotel because we were visiting our daughter for "family weekend" at Rider University. This was our 2nd time at Double Tree and we find the service to be excellent. We had a nail in our tire and the gentleman at the front desk called a service station for us. Can't ask for more than that!

Our stay at the DoubleTree Princeton was a pleasant one. If we're ever in the Princeton area again, I would definitely stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was new and clean and the room was very comfortable. We got a great night's sleep here. And, of course, who doesn't love a warm chocolate chip cookie when they check in?! The […] price was also good compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The only complaint that I had is that, despite the fact that the do not disturb sign was on the door, the cleaning crew tried to come in our room. Room was very nicely decorated and c lean. Staff was not helpful with directions. No local information in the room. WIFI in room is $10.00 extra. Way to nickle and dime customers.Skip the cookies and provide wifi as one would expect at a deluxe hotel. Even Red Roof has free WIFI.

The room with two queens was spacious. The bathroom clean and attractive. We were pleased!

The Employee and Restaurant Staff were great! As we came to the location of the hotel, we were Glad we chose Doubletree. The area does seem to Have older hotels. This hotel seemed to be better Then many in the area. Also there were not a lot of Places to eat so it was nice to have the attached Restaurant. The Staff was wonderful, very pleasant and Helpful. […] The hotel restaurant had excellent food, exceptional Coffee and the wait staff were great. Coffee was available free at the restaurant in the morning but they didn’t verbally Inform you of that. We found out by chance. Only thing negative to Report was the hallway floors. We stayed on the third floor. The hallway floors were not vacuumed. You just Wanted to bend down and pick up the little pieces of debris On the rug. The beds are comfortable, the pillows and comforter are down/feathers. Very comfortable. Very clean, quiet.

Hotel is in an ideal location-easy to navigate south or north on Rte 1. There must have been glass broken in the bathroom, which resulted in a sliver of glass in my foot. We accidentally turned on the heat, (in an attempt to turn down the AC) which produced a rather foul odor, but the odor eventually dissipated. From start to finish, the staff seem to derive sadistic pleasure out of saying no to guests. It's embarrassing and just plain weird!

When I checked in they could not verify my reservation because their systems were down. I needed to use my pc for work and could not because the internet was not working because the systems were down. I ordered room service and about a quarter of the way through my meal the phone rand. Someone on the other line asked me how my meal was and if I was […] enjoying. Although I was a little annoyed that they would call in the middle of my meal, I thought it was nice that they were checking in. Then they proceeded to ask me for my credit card information because again their systems were down. So overall I was unhappy and the stay was not relaxing or convienent. Checked in late after Six Flags...GPS did not lead us to correct location so took a while to get there. All was ok, except that we were given a smoking room and after carrying 2 sleeping kids into the room, I didn't have it in me to go back down to change rooms, especially since I knew the hotel was fully booked. I did not request a smoking room and […] wish it would have been advised that it was...the smell was terrible, especially after a while being in the room. We stayed there for a night and we've been impressed by the services that the hotel has. A good Restaurent and very good cookies for welcome during your check-in and check-out. The Internet isn't free but the speed is not too bad. The service of frontDesk is good but not service at the door for your luggage. But they provide karts. The beds are very very comfortable. Being a 4+ star I would expect refrigerator and a wi-fi in everyroom. Had to go to ice machine (reminds me motels) for ice for cold water. I stayed in a room with two queen beds and we were 4 people but the bathroom had only one vanity. Otherwise the coffee in a room is splended. Warm cookie at chcek-in was a nice touch. The shuttle availability to/from Palmer Square was also convenient but note that you need to pre-arrange this in advance. While I do think that internet access should be included in all hotel rates these days, since this hotel doesn't, if you do have a choice to upgrade to the executive package, do so- the 6th […] floor avoid noise from above, continental breakfast is included as is a newspaper (and other papers are available in the lounge) and internet access is provided. What a lovely hotel this is! We've stayed here before, under several previous chain ownerships, and the facility was only marginally acceptable. Doubletree did a first-class renovation and hired a responsive staff. The location isn't picturesque, but it is convenient. And the hotel is quiet and well-decorated.

Doubletree Hotel Princeton...great location, easy access to highways...friendly staff, room comfort...would hightly recommend this hotel...we are coming back in November 2011 and will probably stay again...overall...wonderful experience.

The hotel staff was wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable. It was a hectic graduation week, and they had pre-scheduled shuttle buses to campus and a daily agenda of graduation activities posted. I was very impressed.

We had a great time at the Doubletree in Princeton. It was really easy to get to the campus from the hotel. Everyone was really great and I loved the nice, warm cookies upon arrival. The bedding was really comfy. I would definitely stay there again.

Our first room had no hot water. The next (2) rooms the sink stoppers didn;t work for chsnging contact lenses. It was too far away from convientent eating places and downtown Washington, D.C., but the price was lower because of that.

Hotel was convenient to Rte 1. Staff was very gracious and helpful, room very comfortable. Given the price of hotels in the Princeton area, this was a good value. Wish US hotels like this would offer free wireless, though.

My daughter and I stayed here because it was convenient to the CHOP Medical Center and we had to arise very early for testing. We had a quiet, comfortable room. Nicely decorated, able to adjust the temp. to our liking, very clean. Next time we would choose a floor higher than the second floor as our view was the roof.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for business and every time it has been great. I even got stuck at the hotel for a few days in January during a snow storm and they were great. They brought me hot chocolate to my room and extra cookies (they always give one upon check-in). They scraped the snow off my car and even let me hang out in the bar/restaurant […] area and work on my laptop during the times when it was closed....and they brought me hot tea and snacks too. The rooms are nice sized with a desk to work on. They are extremely clean and the beds are always very, very comfortable and fresh looking. The bathrooms and common areas of the hotel are also very clean and newer looking. There is no cracked paint, frayed carpet or scuff marks on the walls or anything like that. All very clean. Love it! 1. Internet is not free. 2. No complimentary breakfast. 3. Food at On the Bone is not fresh. 4. Found a dirty sock of another guest under the desk. 5. Wi-Fi is super slow. 6. Transparent curtains only. Light coming through the windows.

The description said that the rooms have complimentary WiFi but they charged me $10 per day for it.

All the staff at the front desk, in housekeeping and at On the Bone Bar and Restaurant are exceptional. Impressive accommodations and quality of service when I stay at this location. I have stayed at several hotels in the area and continue to frequent this hotel.

We stayed here two nights recently for a trip to Princeton. We got a special reduced rate for a room with a two queen beds so we decided to stay here over other hotels on Route 1. The hotel appears much nicer online than it is in person. In person ,it looks out dated so to speak. The rooms were clean and relatively comfortable, but were nothing special […] by any means...especially compared to other Double Tree hotels I have stayed at. At night, the filterd air in the rooms was extremely dry and neither my wife or I slept well. They also charge $10/night for internet which is lame. They claim this is to reduce rates for non-internet users. But lets be honest, who doesn't use internet these days, especially when you are traveling? I'd rather have free internet than the crappy hotel TV. All in all, it's not bad but nothing special. I would only go back again if I got a signicat reduced rate but otherwise I'd chck out one of the other hotels on Route 1 first. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
