BEST WESTERN HOTEL NEUE POST - อินส์บรุค

A 'Worry free' stay, no issues, efficient check in and out, very clean and well-kept, good breakfast choice. Restaurant was good for dinner - nothing very special, but friendly and quick service, so great for a cold night when searching the streets for the perfect venue does not seem so appealing.

good location and central. clerks at hotel desk very helpful. room was not good, small, 2 seperated beds. breakfast mediocrate

Room needed an update. The hotel held a deposit for almost a week on our creditcard. Had to contact them to sort it out.

Nice hotel in the middle of Innsbruck. A little short of staff, made us wait ten minutes before we could check in.

We stayed for a night after a ski trip, for which this place was fine. Comfortable and clean room, good location - and they let me park at the front because it was quiet. Any more than one night and we'd have been disappointed - the decor is very dark, there was a spare bed left in the corridor and the place lacked the atmosphere of those right in […] the old town. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see. Close to shopping as well.

This was a pleasant hotel located within about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The staff was courteous and helpful, and speak English well. There seems to be some direction for them to push the breakfast offered by the hotel for €15 (about $20) per person. They were insistent that we try it; however we opted instead for a bake shop down the […] street. Additionally, there is an "MPreis" grocery store within five minutes walk on Maximilianstr. which has a nice bakery, fresh fruits and yogurt, etc for about one quarter of the price. We brought that back and took advantage of their free coffee brought to the room. Made it a great deal. Check-In verlief ausgezeichnet, das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet - WUNDERBAR. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Personal sehr aufmerksam.

Excelente trato de todo el personal del hotel. Habitaciones aceptables, camas muy cómodas. Los productos del desayuno podrían ser de mas calidad. Decoración horrorosa. La ubicación es buena, a poca distancia del centro histórico. El único canal de TV en español es Tele Madrid.

Wir haben uns durch die Zimmerdefintion "Superior" wohl zuviel versprochen. Das Zimmer war zwar sehr schön, aber für ein 4-Stern-Hotel definitiv zu klein. Daes aber nur Superior und Suiten gibt, handelt es sich bei den Superiorzimmer eben um 08-15-Zimmer.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Ein sauberes und qualitativ hochstehendes Hotel.
