The hotel & breakfast was slightly better than average. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are pretty small though.

We really like this hotel. It is clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. The eggs at breakfast could be improved on. They seem to be those powdered eggs that they add water too and heat in the microwave. However, you can cover the taste when you add the sausage gravy to it.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was great, convienently located by George Bush Turnpike and 121, theres a walgreens within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet. Rooms were very clean, I will definately stay here again!!!

We have stayed at this same hotel several times because we bought our car right down the street and it is convenient when we need service etc. The hotel is clean and adequate. The breakfast SUCKS though, terrible, cold artificial eggs, etc. Also, this time around, there were shelled peanuts on the floor between the bed and the nightstand -- I guess […] the maids got in a hurry and didn't vacuum!! Excellent! Only complaint is that the description of a "king study" is slightly misleading. It was essentially a slightly larger room with a sofa bed. Would have preferred a room with two doubles.

2-3 years ago stayed here and it was under renovation. Can't really say I can see much difference. Relatively clean but seems run down. Night clerk on duty when I checked in was not very friendly and seemed put out that he had to get me change twice for a vending machine that was out of order!! Didn't go the extra mile!!

on arrival the hotel did not seem to be close to restaurants but thanks to the very helpful young lady on reception we were directed to some very nice places to eat within easy walking distance.Would you please pass on our thanks to this member of staff .

Only stayed one night but the bed was very comfortable. Room smelled good (sometimes smells like the air conditioner leaked). Bathroom was very clean. And the continental breakfast was great!!!

Excellent stay- very clean, worth the price and the surrounding neighborhood has every shop and restaurant you could think of. I will definitely be back!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was located outside which was a bonus during the summertime. While the elevators and hallways were extremely warm due to little air conditioning, the rooms and breakfast area were comfortably cool. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. We had to wait for breakfast items to be replinished […] as did other guests; we were have preferred a well stocked buffet area upon our arrival. A/C fan was allways running and making big noise. The satff could not help fix it or provide me another room which has no A/C fan issue

The staff was awesome here. I was there for my kids basketball tournament and stayed here. The hotel was filled with teams but it stayed clean, quiet,.and relaxing. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Stayed on a weekend when if was booked for a youth sports tournament, (very crazy with the kids). The room seemed small with the king bed and the sleeper sofa, but every thing was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is squeaky clean and located in a neighborhood with lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. We stayed here overnight while picking up our new car at the dealership down the street. Quick turnaround trip, so we didn't spend much time in the room and didn't sample the pool, etc., but the room was great! No bathtub, but loved the oversize shower […] with built in bench! Why do motel room always smell? Always bring air freshener with me. For the most part it was clean, except for some hair and drit in the corners of the bathroom and entry way. It was very nice. We have come to rely on Hampton for consistent cleanliness/comfort and reliabile reservations. We found that in the room and the staff here as well. We were a little disappointed in the breakfast on our first morning there.

Clean room, great staff, nice fluffy towels. Only minor complaint is that our room didn't have a tub like the description said. Our kids are used to showers so it didn't really matter to us. Breakfast was pretty good although the wait for the waffle iron was long. We were planning activities in Frisco, Carrollton, and Addison so this location was pretty […] convenient for us.
