We typically stay at higher end hotels when traveling however we needed a place to stay overnight. Hotels.com had a nice deal on this property and it was easy to get to. Room and lobby were both clean. Room was what we expected for the price. I would not have been happy paying the "listed" rate for this room. The hotel is across the street from Wet & Wild. It's also a stop on the complementary shuttle that goes to Universal and 6 other attractions on the flex pass. Great for the price. Close to Universal Studios. Within walking distance to Wet n Wild. The bathroom door and tub/tile needs renovation. The stay was good. The cafe/shop was overpriced so bring your snacks and drinks. Great for a family stay. The only issue was that my car was scratched. It may have been an animal, but I'll never know.

Forget about what you might know or heard of Best Westerns, this hotel was amazing!!!! Close to Universal Studios and City Walk. It is literally walking distance if you choose to use that mode of transportation. The Staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, and house keeping always left new pillows and blankets. Quite for being right next to the I-4 […] and International Drive, very secure at night, and is well equipped with a pool, 24 hour gym, jacuzzi, tennis court and basketball court. I would and will stay there again. The only thing I want to warn guests about is a $50 charge if your using a Debit card, but the company will reimburst that back after your stay! It was o.k. I was with a group and we had 12 rooms total for travel ball. Everyone had different rates ranging from $56/night to $92/night. Even though's who booked through Hotels.com had extremely different rates. AC would not cool down room, but luckily we had an AC man in our group who fixed ours and his own. One in our group got charged a "Smoking […] in Room" fee, when not one person in our entire group smokes. Maids smoked though.... Breakfast was very good and only $9 for adults. Looking at the photos, we had expected a much better room than what we got. The photos are deceptive as they make the room look a lot larger and brighter than what it is. First, this place is close to everywhere you need to be for a family vacation in Orlando. You're right across the street from Wet and Wild, just down the street from Universal, a few min. away from Disney and Sea World, and in the middle of International drive with all the attractions there. stayed only for the weekend to visit universal studios, the location of the hotel was great. when we checked in the staff was very nice. we were told our room wasnt ready but we were given a new room without any issue considering we want a pool side view. the pool & jacuzzi were nice to look and enjoyable. the room was comfortable not as big as we thought. […] the lighting in the room could've been better. i was not pleased with the location of the atm machine, the line to purchase tickets for universal and other places was literally right there and the space was small so no privacy when using the atm unless no one was in that area. we stopped into the deli shop for a soda after checking out but it was overpriced so we went to walgreens down the street instead. The restaurant offered breakfast not much of a selection, the bacon was very grease. Drink choice was limited, the cups were small and there was no ice. Staff was friendly, but horrible rooms. First room we got as we walked in, the door hinge was broken off, bath tub stained.2nd room bath tub stained but after a 3.5 hour drive we just rested kids were tired . Next evening after 11 hours visiting Disney World came in to the room exhausted and the AC not working...3rd room was ok but the bathroom was […] old bath tub was also stained. The hotel is very good located and he shutles towards universal where very good and ontime. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Beds are also very nice. We had a huge discount so my return-for-value was very high, but if you pay more than 150 dollars per night, I would suggest to look at a sheraton e.g.

but most don't cost as much as this. Dated, dirty, smelly and in disrepair. To top it all off there is a new charge to my credit card for $6.28 that went through two days after I checked out. I'm wondering if it is disreputable. The lobby and common areas were not clean. The corridor of our floor had no air conditioning. The room didn't smell good, […] the bathroom wasn't clean, old repairs weren't done well and the entire place looked dated and barely maintained. It was a nuisance that there policy is to charge $50 dollars when you check in, against incidentals, then refund it when you check out. Compared to other BestWestern PLUS Hotels, I must say that this was the first hotel where I wondered how they earned the PLUS Status... Overall still absolutely sufficient for one night. Location very close to all the action in and around Orlando.

I stayed at this hotel because it was conveniently located for several scheduled visits that we had planned. It has free parking, free wifi and the rooms were clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. It's an old hotel but very well kept. Nights were very quiet and peaceful, this was very important for us, since our days were busy. The business center […] is small, with two computers, printer but no scanner. We purchased the hotel breakfast in advanced, which was not very good, some days it was better than others but it didn't have many options for a dairy free diet. Would recommend going to the walgreens one block away or to the whole foods supermarket to buy healthy options. There is a small refrigerator in the room. The Deli at the hotel is okay. It has sandwiches, good ice cream, coffee, drinks, snacks, over the counter medicines, and more. We have gone to Orlando about every other month this past year. We stayed at a couple of different motels, but after staying here, this is our ONLY choice in Orlando. The rooms, beds!, pillows (OMG!!!), the view!, service, staff, it is SUPREME AWESOMENESS!!!! From the front desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant people----EXCELLENCE!!!!

Stayed for one night and did sea world the following day. We tried printing our tickets online an had some trouble in the computer lounge so the general manager let us use his office. Just one great hospitality reason why I would stay there again.

Booked for 3 nights and left after the first one. The room was small with only 4 drawers in the room. The sink outside of the toilet/tub area was good. PROBLEM . The ceiling over the tub started to leak badly about midnight when the people in the room above had a shower. The ceiling drywall was cracked across the entire 5 foot lenght of the tub and […] had bubbled but was dry in the ends. This shows that the tub has leaked for a long time and was never fixed. The water ran steadily that I had to put a towel in the tub to lighten the noise. The came to look at it right a way but siad they would have move us in the morning so they could fix it.
