Hampton Inn Greenville Haywood - กรีนวิลล์

Everything about this Hampton is pleasant. The location, the room, and especially the staff. Would definately stay here again when we come back to Greenville.

Prior to selecting this hotel I stopped by and asked to see one of the rooms since I have been disappointed in past hotels. I was denied this opportunity since nobody was available to escort me. I did the same thing at the Drury Hotel which is slightly more upscale and was allowed to visit a room without escort (gave them my drivers license info). I […] eventually decided to stay here anyways. My stay was cut short by one day and I advised the front desk of the early checkout. When notifying Hotels.com of the early departure they could not get ahold of the manager for 2 days trying to get a credit issued for the last day. The first night I noticed the HVAC fan ran continuously. Great breakfast, nice staff, but no microwave or mini-fridge. I rely on those things when I travel.

Room was small, but all other were wonderful!! Great hospitality!!!

Very nice room! Love the beds at Hampton Inn! Breakfast was okay....typical hotel breakfast. We would stay there again!

It was perfect for a one night stay! A little on the small side, but since we only stayed for one night it was fine. I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn to my friends :)

A wonderful stay! From the moment we walked in at check-in with the desk staff on to our clean and comfortable room, it was such a great experience. This hotel was great, especially considering the price. Definitely the easiest check-in process I've been through with a hotel. Hotel was clean and staff was very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

the hotel seemed to be fine nothing fancy. They did let us check in early very helpful, but when we returned that evening the tempature had dropped a little and my wife ask for a extra blanket the maintance man brings out this old mattress cover that was filthy my wife declined the offer and said no problem. Upon entering the room we were getting things […] in order to shower and hit the sack when we saw a huge bug on the coach, again bushed it off and went back to settling in. My wife pulled the covers back to get into the bed and there was hair between the sheet and the covers. Game over I called to the front desk and explained what happened so they moved us next door as soon as I got dressed and traveled four floors to pick up the new room key. We began to move our things next door and what is by the AC unit a dead bug. After I calm my wife down and convince her to just get some sleep we will be gone in the morning I go to put my drink from supper in the fridge so I will have it in the morning and what is in the fridge food from who ever stayed in the room before us. At this point iI have to convince myself to just get some sleep and it will be over in the morning. Did not look like a dirty place at first glance but do not look to close. I was extremely satisfied with this Hampton Inn, but like all other hamptons I have stayed in, the room layout leaves much to be desired. When you are sitting at the work desk you can not watch TV because the wardrobe in next to the desk and the TV on the other side, so you have this big obstruction in the way. For business travelers this leaves much […] to be desired. Move the TV next to the desk and the wardrobe on the other side. Also, Hampton Inn closets are way to small. If you use a hanging garment bag, there is no room. The hospitality was great and the breakfast room attendant was wonderful. It is a beautiful location right off of Haywood Road. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were beautifully decorated. Each room had flat screen televisions and ours had a pull out sofa for no additional charge! The only problems we had were, there was a lot of noise in the room next to us so we had to move floors (that can't be avoided no matter […] the hotel) and in BOTH rooms, the air conditioning appeared to be older and didn't work too well. It did cool but it was slow to do so and they both made an annoying knocking sound. Wasn't so unbearable to sleep through but was still annoying. Great place for the price and the location through. One of the nicest and friendliest staff I have ever encountered. A delightful place at a great price!!

tv out all weekend. I talked to staff several times/ they indicated they were trying to correct the problem, but it never got corrected. I tried to call the hotel manager on Monday after my stay on the weekend... I left message and this is tuesday night at 11pm and I still have not heard from the manager.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and so very convenient to anything you would want to do in the Greenville area. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The bathroom was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very safe in the surrounding area.

STAFF WAS RUDE AND TOTALLY UNHELPFUL UPON CHECK IN - I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL - CLEAN AND IN A GREAT LOCATION :)

I checked in last Saturday, 1/14/12, when there were a lot of people in town for a concert. The hotel was pretty much booked. Usually, I have a kingbed room with a microwave and fridge included. This time, I did not have either and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk. I found that the room was a bit small, coffee maker was broken & I found a bug in the room, other than that it was okay for only one night. The staff was very nice especially Patrica who was the cook @ breakfast, very close to the DR." s office that we went to. God Bless

The hotel staff was great, very accommodating. Breakfast and afternoon appetizers were a nice surprise. Hotel not brand new, but pretty well maintained. Appropriate for the price.

our needs were simple... we just needed a place to sleep. Hotel was fine. The neighborhood was a mall so not too scenic.

Booking through Hotels.com was incredibly simple & all the desk clerk had to do was look up my name in the computer to access my reservation. The room was a tad small for the king-size bed & all the other furniture that was crammed in there, therefore a little cramped, but other than that, very comfortable. The comforter on the bed was very lumpy & […] could stand to be replaced but didn't affect our sleep at all. The only complaint (which I reported upon check-out for maintenance) was that the heater made a horrible grinding sound every time it started up & didn't let up while the heat ran... all night. (The desk clerk was already making a note for maintenance as we were walking out.) The complimentary breakfast was the best continental I've ever enjoyed, including cheese omelets, hash browns, sausage, fresh fruit & a waffle maker, along with the regular assorted breads, pastries, cereals, yogurt & such.
