Hampton Inn Syracuse-Carrier Circle I-90 - อีสต์ซีราคิวส์

As fara s hotels go it was adequate. They messed up the billing then held $50 for a couple of days for incidentals - which there were none - then they relaease it. The fron desk was aloof. If I should need one again in that aea, I will be looking elsewhere.

Nice place to stay. Hotel is under contstruction and elevators are a bit noisy, but rooms are very clean with a nice breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable. I would add that additional counter space in the washroom would have been more convenient, and the front desk gentleman gave us quite a scare when he was unable to find our reservation; last name and first name were reversed.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find, and convenient to interstates and the thruway. The room was clean, although a little smaller than I had expected. The only noise overnight was the heater coming on and off, which was expected. Otherwise it was about as quiet as any hotel. Breakfast was good, with enough room to sit 4 at a table if necessary. I love this hotel, the rooms are very nice, the beds are amazing and the staff is outstanding. Especially Kelly on weekends. Please make sure you say hi to her, she goes beyond her job to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is amazing also. My stay when I am there.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The hotel was very quiet...no street noise. The breakfast had a great variety of items to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

carpets are missing in lower hallway,wall paper half gone should have been told there had been a flood before booking room

Perhaps it was not the fault of the hotel but they had a big flood on the first and second floor so we were placed on the 3rd floor, put in a very damp room with soaking carpets, we asked for a different room and were put on the 4th floor and told it was the last available room and it was SUPPOSED to be a non-smoking room but clearly was not(the walls […] were yellow and it absolutely reeked) Breakfast was pretty decent with a very friendly morning crew. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

This hotel is more than adequate for an overnight stay. The room was generally clean but the walls are thin so if your neighbors are noisy it's hard to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast bar suits it's purpose; quick, hot and convenient.

very difficult to find there are 3 streets with the same name in that area. Breakfast was not great>

Always find that the Hampton Inns are comfortable and convenient. Well run chain and this was no exception.

We stay at this hotel on a regular basis and generally have a good experience. I have to say that we were a little disappointed this time. We stayed for two nights and the first morning no hot items were available for breakfast. This is one of the perks that makes the hotel reasonable. When we returned that night we stopped at several soda machines […] to grab a drink to take back to the room and it took us several attempts to find a machine that was not sold out and when we finally found one it only had one selection. This hotel is a fine value with well appointed room and a nice breakfast. Wifi is slow and some very large parties filled up the common space - again, the place is a good deal so I suppose it attracts big groups. But no real complaints. I'd stay here again.

If your looking for a nice place to stay while visiting a college or a student at college, I highly recommend this hotel. The employees were all very nice, the breakfast was good and convenient. The price was reasonable. We have already booked another stay for parents weekend and I will continue using this hotel for the next 4 years.

Just have to say that some of the guest were not considerate at all of anyone else staying there. Lots of door banging at 2 am and again at 8 am. VERY loud in the hallways outside the door. Luckily once inside it was a lot quieter. Should have a security guard walking the halls periodically - especially when large groups are staying in there.

Our stay was only for one night to drop off my son to school. The hotel was clean, functional, inviting and the hospitality bar and breakfast buffet was better than most! We would stay again.

Tis hotel is clean, quiet and convenient to shopping sna to Syracuse University, which was the reason we stayed there. When we had a problem with the tv remote, someone came up to the room very quickly to make sure things were working. The room had two full beds and was very comfortable. The coffeemaker in the room did not work and at first we were told the person at the desk didn't know where there were any others and the maintenance person wasn't there. Then about an hour later the desk person called and said she would bring us a new coffeemaker in 5 minutes. She never came. The Hampton Inn - Carrier Circle in Syracuse is very easy to get to, and provides all the standard amenities one can expect from a Hampton. Very clean, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast...the only drawback - no pool - but we were so busy on our trip to Syracuse that ended up not mattering.

Great location off NY Thruway, Easy on easy off. Exceptional staff service. Included breakast and included beverages and food from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Highly recommended hotel.

We were pleased with the overall quality of this hotel, but impressed with the genuine friendliness and competence of the hotel staff. For being a Hampton Inn was surprized to find no pool or hot tub. This is a good hotel if stopping for night to get so z's

I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Syracuse. The people running the hotel were very nice. It was a plus when pizza and sandwiches were brought in for a snack at dinner time. Of course the cookies are always very good. The area is very nice.

My Mother and I decided to take a trip together so we looked online and booked this hotel never being to the hotel or city before( we are canadian). Your price seemed wonderful but the lady at the hotel let us know right away that she didn"t like the fact that we booked online. We went up to our room and it was nice except for the rotten peach on the […] floor ! We decided we wanted to go out for dinner so we went to the lobby and told the girl about the fruit and she did nothing, we asked her were red loster was located and she mumbled i think was english but not 100% sure , a gent behind her heard us and he pulled out a map to help us . So my Mother and I decided we didn't want to stay the remaining time at that hotel so I went to the lobby to tell them. They told me since i booked with you that there was nothing they could do for me...so i went online to cancel but your sight was down , needless to say we were stuck there for the rest of out stay! Great location for us just stopping for the night. It is close to I90, but far enough away for quiet and good open space all around.The room, breakfast and service were great, a good value for the price.

i recently stayed in the Hampton Inn in syracutse. i was very impressed with the overall cleanliness and room upkeep. The breakfast which was included was fantastic! I would highly recommend this hotel. Although it does not have a pool, it is great for travelling families.

I had to switch from the Quality Inn at Carrier Circle in Syracuse, NY to the Hampton Inn. First, the quality of service from Hotels.com in this change was absolutely great. Second, the Quality Inn was horrible. I switched rooms twice there, and each room had wet carpeting with damp mold in the air, and in neither room did the air conditioning keep […] up with the weather. Decent hotel for business travel. Don't consider their business center a business center which is always high on my list. It's a single cpu in the corner where b-fast is served-come on! Isn't the best b'fast served @hamptons either, spread all over the dining area. Seemed like.fewer choices than usual. Rooms nice & clean. Great hotel-- excellent service, decent food, and large, comfortable rooms.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Free Internet. Free breakfast in the morning was decent. Room was quite comfortable. There were a lot of children at the hotel the weekend I stayed, however I was unable to hear any of them once I shut my door, which was really nice. I'd recommend the hotel and will stay again if I'm in the area.

I was very impressed with this hotel and will definately use it again when I'm in CNY. Many of the other reviewers stated that it was an older hotel but very clean so I was on the lookout for cleanliness and I found it. I couldn't find anything to complain about from the lobby with hot coffee and tea, fresh cookies, fresh fruit and a very friendly front […] staff to my extremely clean room and bathroom. we were visiting family in syracuse, so location was very convenient. Hotel had great staff, friendly and efficient. Property was very well maintained. We did not have to think about restaurants since we spent the entire weekend with family, but if you needed to find a selection of restaurants, you would have had to drive some distances. The Carrier Corcle Hampton is beginning to show a little age, in terms of the condition of the facility (elevator indicator lights not working; toilet required holdingnthe handle down for 5-10 seconds to get a full flush). The desk clerk also seemed a little irked when I pointed out the toilet problem, though with a high school lacrosse tournament taking […] up a bunch of the rooms (and hyper teen boys roaming the halls Friday night), the front staff seemed a little stressed out.
