I was extreamley upset that the front desk would not do anything about the very loud music that was playing above my room. I had to call the front desk 5 times, and finally at 2:00am after threatning to call the cops the music stopped. I spoke with the front desk lady that next day. She said that she had already spoke with mang regaurding this issue […] and would be glad to give me my money back and I have heard nothing from them. I had a very BAD experience and I would not recommend Residence Inn to anyone at this point. They did not seem to be concernd about the fact that the loud music kept me up til 2:00am. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
"Very disappointing"
Surprised for a Marriott that it was as poorly rundown and dirty and very disappointed since we had stayed at many others Marriott Residence Inn.
"Service is not good"
I rented 6 rooms for my staff for recent expo in downtown. our rooms were poorly prepared, my room had no toilet paper, used soap in the shower, no cups. two of our staff did not receive wake up calls, and one received one 15 minutes late...not good if you need to catch a plane or are late for a meeting. I politely requested that my first night be refunded […] as the room was obviously not ready...not such luck. I am a Marriot rewards member and this location does not live up to the standards of the various Marriott's I have visited.. "Very nice and helpful staff - but a couple of problems w/hotel"
1. When we checked in for our weeklong pre-paid stay, they hadn't reserved a nice room for us, we just got the last room, an old room that was dumpy and depressing because it hadn't been renovated. *After we compalined, they gave us another room the next day but we think since we were staying for a week they should have saved us a nice room up front. 2. "Very nice Very nice for the price"
The room was very nice and way more than i could have imagined. Just like staying in a one bedroom home, very quiet in room and had no problems....will come back to it because of the location very close to mall and all eaterys and i mean all types.
