the lobby was decorated very nicely. The room definetly needs updating. Breakfast was just ok...needs reorganization...not until the second morning did I find the micro. The rating of 2 sstars out of 5 is correct...but it could be better.

The hotel was fairly clean. King bed was on the hard hard side. The pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy.

I've stayed quite a few times passing through for business trips to north central Florida. Shawn on the night shift always takes care of you. If you are looking to save a few bucks but still have a solid clean place to stay with free wifi and breakfast this is the place to go around this area.

I like this hotel and have stayed there at least 10 times in the last 5 years. But this time things were different. Two car-carrier tractor trailers were parked in back where the Hotel.com rooms are. At 5:05 AM the drivers started unloading and re-loading cars (apparently swapping cars). I am a sound sleeper, but I could not sleep through this -- it […] was extremely noisy - metal was clanging, the trucks were running with air brakes going on and off. Not happy, room so so, parking was horrible had to walk all the way around hotel as truckers parked longways across spots near my room, breakfast items were missing, seemed under staffed in the morning, close to interstate is the positive.

1 night stay, brief but comfortable. Convenient for cycle path I was to use.

Good place to stay if you will be making a visit to Dade City. Only about 10-12 miles away from town and county fairgrounds.

It was too tiny, there were not enough outlets to plug a computer into, and there was no desk provided to even sit at and use a computer. When a hotel advertises a free Wi-Fi, there should be outlets, and a computer desk. It was also very tiny the room and not at all worth spending ANY money at. I really had a bad experience and requested to cancel […] the room as soon as I got there. If you like tiny rooms that are not as big as the photo displays, it is not even a good place to recommend because it smells like smoke in every room and I requested a NON-SMOKING ROOM, due to my asthma. The only thing nice about this hotel is the front desk clerk was friendly. I read some of the reviews B4 staying there and was afraid that the room would smell but it was very clean and smelled good. I did request a non smoking and no pets room. I definitely will stay there again.

Good, nice, clean. I had only one complaint. They show signs for the vending machines & Ice machine as down the hall but it was really all the way around and in between the two buildings. I guess they only had one area to accommodate the two building hotel. Not a good idea!

This is my second time here. I thought I would give them another shot. However, the only reason is that they are the cheapest place in the area. I guess you get what you pay for.

My stay was for 2 days. The room smelled horrible. The mattress was worn and very old sunk in the middle and you could visually see from the door the bed curl up at each end. I have to say I have stayed in many Days Inn hotels but this experience has caused me to never stay in one again. the management certainly is not showing any pride of ownership […] in this property. It was better than i thought it would be. sometimes your afraid to do booking on line but this hotel was exactly what it said it was. convenient and comfortable and clean.

Our room was clean and staff was courteous. Our room was by the pool and there were kids screaming until one am. Parents were yelling at the kids from the rooms next to ours on the second floor. We did not get a reciept from hotel staff. When asked we were told it would be e-mailed to us. We have not got it yet.

This hotel was located exactly where I needed to be. I booked a smoking room, and it smelled very bad. I went and bought air freshener and then it was ok. I had a problem with the sink and as soon as I called the front desk someone came up and fixed it. I was pleased with that.

The Inn was nice, wasn't dirty and had a nice pool. Overall its a nice place to stay for a night or two.

I booked this hotel for a few of my employees to stay for a few days. One room was great and the other room had bugs. I would not put them there again.

Advertised that microwaves and refrigerators were available upon request, but we're not available when we got there. No first floor rooms available, no elevators, and no help with luggage.

I should have known what was to come when the parking lot smelled like an animal litter box. I checked into the hotel and went to my room which hit you with the smell of pets as soon as you opened the door. I turned around and went back to the front desk and was told that all of their rooms are "pet friendly" and have had animals in them at one time […] or another. Also, we could not be moved because they were sold out. I packed my children back in my vehicle and found another hotel to stay in. It is one thing to be a pet friendly hotel but they need to do a much better job sanitizing the rooms afterwards. The personnel is great and very helpful, the Manager and the Director...I was able to used the computer in the lobby...continental breakfast is OK...the beds are made when we get to the hotel at night, it was a good six nights experienced!!

my exprerience was "Horrible" because it's located in the area where my cell phone NOT WORKING!!! You don't have any warning with that principal information ... i had to leved to nights before my check out... I don't recomend your service and also the hotel. The Days Inn in Brooksville was very clean. The employees were extremely courteous and kept the lobby/breakfast area meticulously clean. The pool has a very nice rock waterfall. My stay there was short but I was very satisfied. The only disappointment was they did not have a jacuzzi.

we stayed here to be close to a race in Dade City. Decent place which was conveniently located to I75 and the race venue . Clean & comfortable and helpful front desk staff
