location of the place was just outside of NH university which wasn't bad. Its close to the highway and near shopping area. The hotel looked a little old but it was very clean and the bedroom was presentable. Have no complain about the hotel. would stay there again.

we stayed here to be close to canobie lake park. Couldn't have picked a better spot. The rooms were very clean, the mex. rest on site was excellent, kids enjoyed both pools, and room service!! will be going back soon!

Had a GREAT 3 night stay! Rooms were clean and everyone was very helpful and informative!!

Our stay absolutely sucked... the motel was soooo noisy all night.. above us, outside in the hallway.. we did not get any sleep... breakfast$ 10.00.. for the price of our stay it should b free..... wont b staying there again

The hotel was clean. Margaritas, the hotel restaurant was great-especially after a long day at Canobie Lake Park. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. We would stay there again when We go to Canobie Lake Park. My only suggestion is to put a fan in the workout room.

I really can't emphasize how gross this hotel was. We had to stay here for a wedding (buses were going to wedding events to and from here), and we figured there was a certain minimum standard Holiday Inns have to meet. Guess we were wrong. The little breakfast restaurant was the best part of our stay - well, that and the margaritas at the attached restaurant, Margaritas. u need to give a complimentary breakfast and need more clean towels at poolside.

The hotel was really nice, but the customer service in the resterants in the area was not good. My family and I went to 99 Resterant and the poeple not happy iy seem like every store in the area was not happy. Thank you

We found bugs on the beds, and were told they could come in through the screen. We expected a refund, or some other consideration.

It is not a luxury hotel but was decent for a night stay while enjoyin Canobe Lake Park with your kids.

We always stay in Salem on our way to Cape Cod. Arrive on Friday and get up early Saturday so that we can get thru Boston and onto the Sagamore Bridge before the crowd arrives. Makes the perfect stopping spot.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Holiday Inn. The staff were very friendly and our room was great. We booked a King Suite and we were not disappointed with the size of the room. Great hotel, service and facilities was top notch, easy to make reservations.

The Holiday INN in Salem exceeded my expectations. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile snd warm baked cookies at the front desk. The suite was fabulous and very clean.
