I stayed 6 nights in this hotel, they upgrade my room to club type upon arrival. As hotel guest you need to watch pout while you are leaving hotel main door and don’t accept the hotel taxi, it’s overpriced than normal ones.

While I did not get the type of room I paid for they still where very nice about it. WiFi service was not included, but that could have been been an oversight by the Hotel.com Agent. Over all the Hotel is in need of a facelift, as it is very dated and tired looking.

I stayed in this Hotel as i was visiting the MEE exhibition, the reason i chose this hotel was by recomendation and the cost effectiveness compared to other hotels is the same area. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to other business travellers

Two bad experience: 1. when we ordered a limousine, Lexus, to Al Ain, a city near Dubai. The first bell boy claimed D800 and the second one claimed D850 but my friends booked another same model in other hotel which cost D600 only. 2. when i want to go somewhere else in-town. The bell boy at front entrance keeps pushing me to sit in a white car with […] a meter inside and keep saying: same price, same price. But finally, I found it's 50% more than normal taxi. Good location and comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was excellent with nice variety.

Nothing bad really to say about this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean enough. Although everything looks and feels a little aged/dated now - especially compared to some of the competitors on the same Sheik Zayed strip. And I don't particularly like it when any hotel (as was the case here) charge you ridiculous rates just to access wifi internet. […] In 2011 this should already be a standard amenity provided and not considered a 'perk' or a service requiring an additional fee. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel's location is convenient but the service is poor, especially at the reception where staff do not seem up to the job. When I checked in last week at the Priority Desk (I'm a priority gold member) I received non of the benefits associated with this service. First, my check in process took nearly 40 minutes although there was hardly anyone else […] at the check in counter. Second, the reception attendant gave me room at the Club floor, in a location that was next to a kitchen. The smell of food was all over the place and, despite the daily cleaning, the room never seemed fresh. Third, When I tried to use the club lounge, next to my room, staff "reminded" me that I was not entitled to use the facility! When I pointed out that my room was on the Club Floor and that I, as a Gold member of the Priority Club, expected to have access to such facilities -- as I do in many other hotels -- I was again reminded that my Gold membership didn't really matter. I stayed at this hotel on several occasions but this time I made up my mind never to return. I have a feeling that this hotel neither cares much about customer service nor respect loyalty, either. Great hotel with a great club Zinc

Great hotel with good location and easy to find from the metro station. Exceptionally clean with top class facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Since the rating on hotels.com was 5 stars, we were taken aback at the entrance. This is at best a 3.5-star hotel based on Dubai's standards. The Fairmont or Rotana nearby have a much better appearance and cleaner than this hotel. No specific complaints but just not up to standards.

The hotel is old and run down. The bar has a very peculiar and insulting policy: If you are a woman traveling alone, you can NOT have a drink at the bar. It is NOT allowed. Dubai is conservative, but there is no other western hotel in Dubai that denies a hotel guest the option to sit at the bar! This hotel should be boycotted by all business women!

Excellent facilities and one of the cheapest 5* star hotels in Dubai. Why pay more? Choice of restaurants was excellent and we would go back.

Liked the hotel but the room was not as elegant as expected. Location was good for business and shopping. Restaurants were fine.

This is a old hotel by Dubai standards - but is is right near the sky-train , it is not a grand hotel now - but is good for a long weekend-and well priced. I take my wife every year for the shopping in July for her birthday - to all the summer sales. So we are not in the hotel much - but is a good 5 star hotel - not spectacular or disappointing. Food […] is good , staff are fine , internet is not free - but not overpriced , rooms are clean and neat. The best pert is the price and position - there are finer hotels - for more money , but with the sky train so cheap you can go to almost any mall on it - without a taxi. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Hotellet har rökfria våningar men det bör påpekas att röklukt på ett eller annat sätt smyger sig in i rummet. Detta påpekades utan någon åtgärd. I övrigt ett hotel med all den service du kan tänka dig. Fullt tillräcklig frukostbuffe', ingen direkt lobby där du kan sitta och titta på folk.

En perpétuel mouvement car il abrite un club connu, un bar à vin symtpahique et des restaurants, la clientèle est cosmopolite. On y voit aussi bien des touristes que des résidents. Nous y sommes allés avec 5 enfants ce fut parfait.

Excellent hôtel avec une situation idéale pour les déplacements professionnels et touristiques. Le service est à la hauteur de sa réputation.
