Great staff, very nice and quiet rooms, decent gym and fantastic breakfast. They were very creative in inventing additional taxes and contributions (even on the telephone bill) which I succesfully refused to pay. Be careful with the telephone, it costst a fortune. I tried to get my key from the front desk, and after showing credentials, she gave it to me AFTER telling me that I told her the wrong room (I repeated it at least 5 times). She continued to argue with me about it, telling me how and why I was wrong until I finally said, "so I was wrong, can I have the key now". -- Bad food, bad service, all for a […] 5-star price... During breakfast, the food was not very good at all. Poorly prepared and tasteless (even the bacon was tasteless and possibly rancid !). - The sliced bread for toast was white, and VERY stale. I asked for wheat bread but they did not have any OR any freash white bread. - Every cup of coffee, was only poured after asking several times...never offered by wait staff. Very nice, clean and modern deco made this hotel a stay great for my business trip in Bogota.

for Bogota, is average, overpriced. older hotel, good service. internet very good, wifi and cable connections. surrounding area ok to walk around. to airport about $15, taxi. nice grocery store behind hotel. did not eat breakfast. beds comfortable. water pressure weak.

Great Hotel for those who want to relax in Bogota

This is a fantastik place to stay if you want to feel like you are really a Guest! They cater to all your needs and have a warm and friendly staff. I can not think of one negative thing to say about this hotel.

I was only there for one night but the service was excellent, the employees friendly and helpful and the bed and pillow was the most comfortable I can ever remember sleeping on. I asked them the next morning if I could buy one and take back to Canada with me :) The buffet breakfast that was included was outstanding as the food and service were excellent. […] I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something close to the airport who expects outstanding service and accomodations. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Un buen hotel con excelente servicio en una localidad muy segura y cerca de restaurantes, centros comerciales, y entretenimiento. Segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. Muy buen hotel.

Um 4 estrelas com um excelente café da manhã e funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e modernos. Bodde på Bogota Plaza Hotel sist gang jeg var i Bogota. Er veldig godt fornøyd med hotelloppholdet og kan absolutt anbefale det til andre. Ingen ting å utsette noe. Topp service, bra beliggenhet og overhode ingen problem. Bare en liten taxitur unna park93.

Alto padrão, não é caro e oferece conveniências disponíveis no próprio quarto que são muito interessantes, especialmente para quem chega desprevenido.

El hotel ofrece excelentes servicios; la cafetería, el room service, la limpieza de las habitaciones y las zonas comunes lo destacan entre los mejores de la capital. Las habitaciones son silenciosas y muy amplias.

Gente muito agradável, boa comida e um café da manhà excelente. O apoio aos visitantes é 100% e dispõe de um SPA de qualidade.
