Overall this was a fine hotel stay - quality service as can be expected from Ritz Carlton. The amenities were standard - turndown service in the evening. The gym was of good size. They charge for bottled water in the gym, which was different than other hotels I've stayed in.

Great service as expected. Room was small but comfortable. The location was perfect. Only thing was the carpet in the room was dirty. Eventhough house keeping came in and vacuumed, still hair on the carpet remained. I think they need new vacuum cleaner.

I stayed here when last day of 2012 with my friend. The hotel is located near the subway and Gangnam so it's easy to go by walk there. However that's all and nothing special. There is no reason to pay more than $200 for this.

The pictures do not do justice to the unsanitary conditions at this hotel. The veneers were bloated from a leak, the bathroom had what appeared to be blood stains on the walls and the ceiling, the bed had dustballs under it, the kitchen had grease stains along with moldy sponge and the loft space had a 1/4 inch dust on the floor. When I spoke with the […] manager about it, she just shrugged her shoulders and said she will look into it. I told her to come to my room to inspect it, she said she doesnt need to. The location was ideal with shops and restaurants nearby. The subway and major points of interest were also very nearby. Overall nice. Expensive in some areas that do not add value - laundry is outrageous. I do not think the wash is any different to anywhere else outside Ritz so does not add to satisfaction to pay 30 dollars for washing a pair of jeans - no added value at all. I do not think people lack sense and so cannot justify this in any way. The answer is just do […] not use the service but it really does no credit to the group to nickel and dime in this manner. Lounge was good but I stayed 4 days and got charged for six on the upgrade. Not sure why and really wonder if this is something that a guest should have to check before leaving. Computers should make these sorts of elementary errors obsolete. My fault, I should have checked before leaving as well I know, but gave more credit to the hotel systems. Overall a delight. The commercial district is convenient to those with business here- but a tad dreary. Aesthetic perfection is unfortunately not combined with much soundproofing. Still, well above average in all areas.

Hotel is a great choice in Seoul. Newly renovated main building is much better than the annex building. Pool is small but quite acceptable if local families aren't using it. Room service prices are acceptable for western selections, but way overpriced for Asian dishes - deduce from that what you will. Staff are very friendly and kind. But don't expect […] the, to know everything about everything. Think of this hotel more of an excellent business hotel but not an average vacation hotel. Lobby is beautiful rooms are great, hallways and service areas are only above average. This is not the place for a honeymoon but great if you know Korea well. Very nice hotel, as you would expect. Situated on hill surrounded by nearby shopping and eating establishments. Went to a wonderful live theatre recommended by hotel staff, was a highlight of the stay.

When I checked in, there was a maintainance work happening upstairs of my room, and they didn't even told me about this. Then at night it stopped but at around 7am or 8am they started again and terribly noisy. Told this to the manager and they didn't care. I love visiting Seoul, and glad that business takes me there from time-to-time. Due to limitation in hotel space, I was forced to book at this over-priced and over-rated hotel. Location: It isn't near anything, and the grounds are under construction. If you want to take a walk, the best opportunity is to walk down the back streets to Gangnam Station. […] However, the hotel is perched on a hill and you will have to climb to get back to the lobby. Room: I checked on early, and my room was not ready. They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The balcony was filthy and could not be used. The furnishings, bedspread, and carpet had that dirty feeling that made me want to shower after touching anything. A fire drill in the room across the hall was an added touch I could have done without. Service: Housekeeping was okay, but forget about the call button to have your room made. It is ignored. There is a plethora of overzealous hotel people in lobby. Every time you walk through, they are in your face to see if you need anything. It is annoying at best. ツアーで3人で滞在予定でしたが、私1人別に個人で部屋を予約しました。何度か経験済みであのザ・リッツカールトンですからかなり期待していましたが、部屋は狭くバスタブが無かったのでバスタブ有る部屋に取り替えて貰いました。広さは殆ど変わらず、ツアーで１人でいらした方と変わらない様でした。今迄のホテルでは、ツアーで入る部屋よりも個人で取る部屋の方が値段が高い分広くて良い所ばかりだったので残念です。対応は日本語も出来る方がいらして良かったです。

古いホテルですが中は問題なく、ホテルスタッフの接客態度は抜群。隣の部屋の声がうるさくて困ったときもすぐに対応してくれました。（隣の声が聞こえるというのは問題かな）。エリアが江南なのでカロスキルやアックジョンにゆくには良いですが、ソウル中心からはやや遠く不便。

外はマイナス20度くらいの気温だったのですが、ホテルの部屋は非常に快適で、Tシャツと短パンで過ごせるくらい暖かいです。シャンプーとコンディショナーはASPREYの商品が備え付けられており、非常にいい匂いです。英国王室御用達だけあって、髪の毛もサラサラになります。かなりゆったり過ごせました。

ロビーフロアのイタリアンレストランや3階ブッフェレストランを何度か利用いたしましたが案内も手際がよく、とてもいいサービスで感激いたしました。スタッフがみんな親切できめ細やかな接客はプロフェショナルで感心致しました。日本のホテルは最近お粗末な接客に落胆させられることが多いので見習ってほしいです。只シーツを毎日変えてくれていいなかったのが残念でした。

私たち夫婦は旅行会社のツアーパックを利用せず、成田空港・仁川空港間で年に３～４回ぐらいソウルを旅行しています。リッツ・カールトン・ホテルは９号線の終点なので金浦空港で隣のホームに乗り換えれさせすれば迷うことなく、寝過ごすことなく座って行き帰りすることができます。しかも、地下鉄の料金はとんでもなく安いので助かります。今回の旅行は久しぶりに贅沢な旅行だったので、交通費ぐらいはケチりました。このホテルのそれ以外の評価ももちろん最高なので申し分ありません。

침대와 배드룸이 정말 새것 같더군요. 기타 서비스도 완벽하고. 와인잔 더 달라, 얼음달라, 접시달라, 포크 더 필요하다 등등 여러가지 주문을 한 번에 하지 않고 여러번에 나눠서 했는데도 귀찮은 기색 한번 내지 않는게 서비스와 친절도는 대 만족입니다.

さすがリッツと呼べるのはその社員です。日本語でもしっかり対応してくれて、バスの手配まで心配してくれます。評価が全て５でないのは、ホテル自体はそこまで新しく無く、落ち着いたものです。Wなどに宿泊されている方などではその設備やデザインには少しがっかりすることになるかも知れません。また歯ブラシなどが有料でした。 気持ちよく泊まれますが、最先端のデザインではありません。

전반적으로 친절하긴 하였으나 아쉬운 점이 많이 남는 곳이다. 클럽라운지 이용시 추가 서비스에 대해 먼저 말해주지 않고 요청하니 그제야 그런게 있다고 알려주었다. 예를 들어 조식에서 '계란요리'라든지 에프터눈티의 '3단트레이'에 나오는 요리는 별도로 요청해야 하는데 미리 알려주지 않았다. 눈치껏 혹시 있냐고 물어보니 그제야 있다고 하여 좀 어이가 없었다. 사람이 많지 않았으니 커피나 차를 가져다 줄때 추가 서비스가 있으니 가져다 드릴까요? 라고 한마디만 더 물어봤으면 좋을텐데.. 그냥 다른 5성급 호텔에 비해 평범한듯!

日本のリッツをイメージして行きましたが、正直がっかりしました。まず室内のポットが壊れている、コードの長さが短すぎてコンセントに差せない、といった考えられないミスがありました。交換してくれと頼んだら、すぐに替えてくれましたが、ホスピタリティが売りのホテルとしてはあり得ないとびっくりしました。あと、スタッフの対応に多少ムラがあるのが気になりました。サービスのよいスタッフとそうでないスタッフが混在していて、これもちょっとどうかなと思いました。相対的に悪いホテルではありませんが、あえてまたここに泊まりたいとは思いません。

静かで落ち着きのある大人のホテルでした。 エグゼフロアでの利用だったのでラウンジ行きましたが、料理ドリンク共によかったです。 マカロンがとっても美味しかった。 スタッフも日本語がとても上手な方も多く、気さくに話しかけてくださいます。 笑顔がよかったです。

朝まで重低音の曲が鳴り響いていて眠れません。 日本やほかの国のリッツと比較すると、同じホテルとは思えないですね。荷物も自分で運んだりと、サービスはそこらのホテル並みです。ウエスティンやロッテでもそうでしたが、リッツは違うと思っていました。ま、日本の半額以下なのでそれなりなんでしょうね。 タクシーで移動すれば問題ありませんが、地下鉄利用ならちょっと不便な場所です。 目的地まで何度か乗り換えが必要になります。また、駅からホテルまでの坂がキツイ。

バリアフリーに対応した部屋にて、他もそうかもしれないが、浴槽がないのが残念。また、排水のしくみが洗面台までシャワーの水が流れるため、足元のマットを一旦避難させておかないと、びしょぬれに。韓国は全般的にそういう構造とは聞いていたが、残念な点です。また、朝食を１Fのレストランでとったのですが、席までに数段の段差があり、バリアフリーへの配慮が不足。他に部屋のキーが読み取れず、おかしくないと何度も言われ、何度もクレームをいうことになったり。結局はキーがおかしい状態だったようです。でも、部屋は清潔でベッドのねごごちもよかったです。場所は付近に何かあるわけでもなく、車で移動する分には困らないですが、坂も急で、電車で徒歩はつらいかも。全般的には、よいホテルでした。
