The Hotel was great but the shuttle service for the U.S. Navy boot camp graduation was terrible, very disorganized.

The Courtyard Marriott, Waukegan, IL should be everyone's choice when visiting the area. The staff is absolutely top-notch, the rooms, restaurant and grounds are 5 stars! I attended my son's graduation from U.S. Navy basic training at Great Lakes so the shuttle service from the Marriott was a huge plus. This is one of the nicest, friendliest, efficient, cleanest.....etc. Courtyards we have stayed in. Everything from the room to the pool to the restaurant was excellent. We found all the staff (in each area) to be excellent and very friendly.

I was expecting a courtyard to have more amenities such as a microwave, in addition to a fridge. I have also been to courtyards that had more of a sitting room area within the rooms. The queen mattress definitely needed to be "turned" or replaced as it sagged significantly on the side closest to the night stand and the hair dryer was not "reliable", […] it had some sort of glitch in the cord that provided intermittent power. The loaction was great with a Denny's and Starbucks next door and a Wal-mart across the street. I think they have slipped in some comfort and service because the location is good and there are families arriving every weekend for boot camp graduation. Which is why I would recommend it, but personally I will try out one of the other two nearby hotels next visit. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Great hotel for the price. Location was pretty good too. Absolutely enjoyed Anastasia's right out our back door, great food & owners!

Clean and up to date.

Very nice and very clean comfortable hotel! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the pool area. We were there to visit Six Flags Fright Fest and we had a blast! Will definately be returning next year.

I was in Waukegan to attend my son's Navy graduation. The hotel was very clean, room was great and had a very comfortable bed. Employees were pleasant and courteous. I would stay there again if I had to visit Chicago.

Very poor customer service couldn't check in at time promised for wedding. Never called to tell us room was ready. Set up shuttle service to wedding and hotel didn't have enough room on shuttle for all hotel guests and was late to pick up everyone and drop off. Hotel room was old and dirty. I wouldn't stay at this hotel.

Everything was new except the pool. The pool could have been cleaner. There were chairs that needed repair also. This part was not Marriott quality. The Starbucks was very good. The employees that work the counter were friendly also. We had a good breakfast there. We enjoyed the TV"S and the booths in the lobby area also.

The hotal was very clean . The breakfast was good.They took good care of us. Good location to everything.

Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as Walmart, which we needed. All staff was very courteous. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Travel to Great Lakes for boot camp graduation. Abby at the front desk was VERY helpful and the rest of the staff was pleasant. Room was very nice, breakfast was good and location easy and convenient. Would highly recommend.

Clean, excellent location and great breakfast. Perfect hotel for Great Lakes Naval Base or the Waukegan area.
