great service people were super pick me up at train brought me to airport..

When I booked the room I asked if the hotel was pet friendly and was told YES. However, the day of check out I was informed by hotel staff that the hotel did not accept pets. Keep in mind, when I checked in, my dog was right there with me and no one said anything about dogs not being able to stay there.

Extremely disappointed. Old and run down through out. The food associated with the hotel was less than adequate. powdered scrambled eggs fro breakfast and the rest was all sugary options. My bed pillows on a queen size bed were 4 16" square pillows. very strange. BUT most disappointing, I picked this Hotel because we were in town for a trade show which […] means being on your feet all day and the hotel had a Hot Tub for us to soak our aching bodies in. A lovely location and convenient services.

The hotel was clean, and good enough for a bed for the night, but the staff was unfriendly (down-right rude at points). It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

At approx. 4:30 pm, I had to wait almost an hour until a room was ready. Then, the air conditioning didn't work!

We stayed here the night before our Carnival cruise and it was more than adequate. Great price on Hotels.com, Great service, especially with the shuttle to the pier (only $30 for all 6 of us), and breakfast included. We also parked our car here for a week and didn't have any problems.

I have visited this hotel twice - once with my US History classes (11th graders) and once with my family. Hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Free buffet breakfast is terrific. I would stay here again.

The Rose room hot breakfast was very good and the rooms were comfortable. very close to Baltimore downtown.locations...

We used this hotel for a night before an early flight. It was fine -- checkin standard. The room is a little shoddier than another airport hotel I stayed in previously, but it cost less. Fine if looking to save money is a major goal and if you are not going to be in the room awake much. Internet worked. The room was a bit worn, but clean.

I have been to many hotels through the years and this one was the worst I have ever stayed. It was dirty, it stunk, house keeping never came by for the two days I was there to make the beds. I don't even think the sheets were ever changed from last person that stayed cause I woke up with someone else's hair on my face. Very poor!

The condition of the room was less than stellar. The bathroom had mold and the room itself had an overall mold smell. This hotel would not be my first choice in any situation.

I found this hotel to be a little rundown and dingy. The carets were frayed and threads got caught on my luggage. The TV was outdated and a poor picture. The staff was friendly and very nice. The outside of the hotel did not match the interior condition. The breakfast food provided was decent.

I have stayed at the Sleep Inn next door several times but this time they had no rooms available so I got a room at the Comfort Inn....this property needs a good bit of sprucing up....

Hotel has seen better days. Door lock was not very secure and the room was pretty well worn. Would not recommend this hotel. Man at check out was not at all friendly or prompt.

A one-night stay on business, and this location had everything I needed. It isn't gold-plated, but it also isn't gold-priced. Close to BWI and handy to DC with all the amenities I wanted and needed, this is somewhere I would definitely - will definitely - return to. Just very good. Check in was extremely pain-less, they had everything ready to go, despite a very last minute reservation, and late check in (10pm). Took less than 5 minutes from the time i walked in until i was on the elevator heading to my room. After getting to my room, i dropped my bags of and I left again, and did not return to my room until after midnight, at […] which point, i just went to bed. When I woke up in the morning, is when I realized that there was only a small wash-cloth hanging on the rack in the bathroom, to find out that the rest of the towels were dirty, and left in the sink by someone. The rest of the room was clean, and so was the bed (i hope) but the towels were gross, since I didn't report it when I checked in, I thought it would be useless to really "complain" but I did mention it at check out. I say that the room served its purpose, because it was meant as a place to rest for a few hours, before heading back on the road. It was not meant as a luxury vacation, so for that, i would recommend the hotel- future lesson for me, and I should have known better, is to check the room out as soon as you get there, and let them fix it right away. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

ice machine did not work, soda machine did not work, and they are not even on every floor. condition of the hotel looks like all is not well with the books. the breakfast was very nice and well run. for lunch or dinner, go to BWB(Batter Wings & Beer) wing place up the street, I promise you, best you ever had! The bed was clean, the bath room was clean, close to BWI, that it! they cut the water of at 10:00pm,we had to call for a light out in the bath room, just did get to airport on time after waiting for 25min ,had to ask for coffiee to made,

This hotel was comfortable enough for a one-night stay, friendly helpful staff, and restaurant on site. The bathroom was small, but clean. It was a bit hard to find from the airport, but all in all, I would recommend it.

The Comfort Inn near BWI has a friendly staff, but the rooms are in need of upgrade. Tired might be a word to descritbe them. They could at least put in some TV's that are from the last 10 years.

I have no complaints about my stay. The room was nicer than I thought it would be, and breakfast was pretty good too. I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel was very convenient (walking distance/less than a block) to the light rail that dropped us off at Camden Yards. Easy walk to the inner harbor and did not have to worry about traffic or parking, plus it was much cheaper than parking by the harbor. Did not eat the continental breakfast so cannot comment on that. The air conditioner in my room was so loud it was like sleeping next to a VW bug with the engine running. There are soda and ice machines on each floor, but only one in the hotel that worked, and it was out of most stuff. There seemed to be a lot of foot traffic in the parking lot at night, but concerned me.

Staff friendly, room clean,and breakfast terrific! But room smells smoke when enter.

This hotel would have been fine if it had cost much less. The carpet in the hallway was badly stained, and the first floor button was completely missing from one of the elevators. The breakfast area was very hard to find, and when we got there the selection left a lot to be desired if you didn't want to load up on carbs. Nice hotel. The elevators are a bit slow and wonky - one of them was taken out of service during my visit. Also, the air in this hotel is VERY VERY DRY which made sleeping difficult for me. Overall though, a good experience.

Cons: Sleeping area and entry door conflict due to poor door clearance which allowed hallway light to illuminate the bed. Air conditioning unit sounded like a tug boat engine room. Woke me at 4 AM from a sound sleep. One more dated hotel that has undergone minimal cosmetic work without attention to the basics. Even with the on line discount it was certainly […] over priced. Quiet, clean, front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Hot breadfast makes it worth it.

I stayed at this hotel because I made an unexpected trip to Baltimore. The hotel while not brand new was comfortable and an easy drive to the beltway and downtown. The rate included a free breakfast buffet which was nice. However, the bathtub would back up while showering and ended up ankle deep in water. When I complained to the front desk, I was told […] they would send someone that afternoon. This was pointless since I was checking out that morning. Because of the great price I paid, I can overlook the poor customer service.
