Wonderful! Easy on and off the freeway and very convenient to the baseball complex where we were from early morning till late afternoon. Will stay here again!

3161 is the worst room in the hotel, especially when Charlie's Produce backs up at 5 a:m and starts the engines and keeps them cranking all morning. That was NOt a pleasant experience.

Staff was exceptionall friendly, however, service was slow, took a long time to get my breakfast serviced. Menu not the greatest unless you wanted to order everything as a "side". Room was nice, large, and comfortable, best of all it was fairly quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed here a night, very clean, has everything you need within a mile. Grocery store down the road, food and booze within the hotel.If I find myself in the Tri-Cities area for business again I will stay here.

The place is beautiful and luxurious. But if your hungry, you better have a car. My flight was postponed till next day and took shuttle to hotel. Needed dinner and had to walk one mile in the freezing cold to find places to eat. Also, the pillows are those really soft ones....I'm not a fan. Large room, double bathroom sinks, view of pool. Good TV, weak cable channels. Good airport shuttle. Cottage cheese ceiling, icemaker down the hall did not work, room not cleaned one out of 4 days, breakfast not included and very expensive. We probably will not return.

It was not good at all. I checked in and went to the room and there was a terrible noise coming from what sounded like the pipes. I called the front desk and they said they woudl check it out. An hour later the noise was just as bad and I called the front desk again and was told they had recieved dn ce2htey eh eocE

The ventilation in the room didn't work very well and it challenging to regulate the temperature. The food was fair at best. But we were there with the XC state meet and the hotel was full with student athletes and they had to crank out the food.

Again the only thing I dislike about this hotel is the fact the rooms (at least the ones I have stayed in now (3)) are a miles walk away. Really inconvenient when your loaded down with bags and traveling by yourself. Only reason I have stayed here is due to my company booking me there. Last trip there I called for the shuttle service from the airport […] and the gal on the phone told me it would be 10 minute wait which I was ok with, but twenty minutes later a Red Lion van showed up and I hopped on board and it was the shuttle for the Red Lion in Kennewick! It was a convient location. They appear to be remodeing. Some of the long term tenents are too loud.

Staff very friendly and prompt. Bed was very comfortable and nice shower. The wi-fi fast and the desk space very convenient. Nice, nice large screen TV. Pretty quiet the night I was there but when my neighbors opened and closed their door the aircurrents caused my door to rattle loud enought I thought someone was trying to come in. A little disconcerting […] until I realized what was happening. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again anytime I need a hotel in the area! We stay here every three weeks while passing through as our half way point. Staff is very polite and breakfasts are delicious and reasonable.

Two things that bothered us. Why would a hotel not have automatic doors? We struggled with our heavy luggage and opening not one door but two to get into the hotel. The second thing was, we stayed in at least 8 different hotels this trip and yours was the nicest place but the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. The bottles were so small […] only one person could use it and they were the worst quality. Would have thought a place as nice as yours could have provided a little better quality. We liked our stay very much. The only disappointing thing was the slow service from the kitchen. We were not there during a busy time. Staff was friendly and the food delicious.

Rooms are outdated and walls are very thin. You can hear surrounding rooms conversatoins.

Non smoking room stank of stale cigarette smoke. Shower was nearly unusable, took superhuman strength to turn on / off. Besides that things were fine.

Didn't know anything about the town - went for the Hydro races. Races were great but no restaraunts nearby (as a matter of fact - nothing near by#. Hotel restaraunt with larger menu was closed #6 am - 4pm) but never opened afterwards either. Smaller, more trendy restaraunt had very little menu items and quite pricey. Also would have been nice to have […] known at booking that the hotel was sponsoring a "Boat Race Bash" which included 4 rap bands. Nothing against rap music, just not in my quick pics of music. However, the 9pm to 1:40 am thumping and miscellaneous noise was difficult, at best, to try sleeping thru. Hotel was good enough to let us know that our original room was overlooking the stage, can't imagine how loud that would have been, but luckily they moved us across the hall. Hotel complex is very large and well taken care of. College right across the street and airstrip just down the road. Great coffee stand in parking lot!!!! The hotel was extremely close and convenient to the airport and main highways. It was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. The only drawback was no breakfast other than in the restaurant that was a little pricey.

Carpets were dirty, and as a result the hotel smelled bad, especially the elevators. The lack of attention to cleanliness overwhelmed everything else.

I am 100% impressed with the problem solving approach of Zac at the desk who took care of a significant problem we had when a foreign guest missed her flight. When I come to the Pasco airport I intend to always use the Red Lion Motel and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

My overall experience of the stay was not great. First my room key did not work. Then my room did not have a desk chair and then I tried calling the frontdesk and no one answered the phone for hours. Our room was bottom level facing the pool. We enjoyed the pool area. Room was clean. Closet and bathroom could use some updating. The staff was nice. Left a ring and called next day they had ring. Mailed it that day.

Had to ask for the rollaway bed and then when we got it, it was awful-Springs sticking out. Front desk people seemed put out when you asked for something. The room was clean but the halls were hot and stuffy. Stayed at the Hilton garden Inn on way back-MUCH BETTER CHOICE and cheaper!

Although the hotel was beautiful, our first rooms TV didn't work, once they were unable to fix it, they moved our room without any problems. However, our next rooms air conditioning didn't work and when it's 105' outside, you really need air conditioning. We called to have it looked at and it seemed to be fixed and working but when we came back 3 hours […] later it had stopped working all together, and our room was horribly hot! We were also under the assumption that our stay included the breakfast option, which appearently it didn't so when I received my bill at the end of our stay, it was surprising to see 2 charges for $40.00 breakfasts that weren't all that great to begin with. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Very enjoyable stay, close to everything, easy access to room, it was a first floor room so parking was outside the door. very nice coffee , microwave and frig in a stand.

Older hotel. Rooms have been updated and aren't too bad. The location is extremely convenient. It's a long distance from the front desk to the room. The staff was short handed when I checked in so the process of checking in wasn't the best. Overall it was a lackluster experience.

The Red Lion Hotel in El Paso was an hotel that met the basic requirements for an overnight stay. The room overlooked the parking lot.
