DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa - Warren Place - ทูลซา

Loved the indoor pool, but room service took 90 minutes. Obvious that economy has caused them to cut staff; hard to find bellman at checkin.

Overal - good experience and a nice hotel. Parking Garage is not convenient. Evelators do not go directly to rooms from garage, so one must go down to the Lobby floor, walk all around the other side of hotel to get to elevators for access to the rooms. A problem if one has a hand full of baggage or bags from shopping. Highly recommend using valet parking; […] only $10.00 for over night and it's right in front of the hotel. Security could be better. 2nd night we were there, getting on the elevator to go out, teenage kids were playing on elevators, purposely pressing the up buttons when the arrows showed going down. Not a big issue - just a nuisance. Reported them to front desk but don't know if any action was taken. When we turned on the water in the lavatory it ran brown water and when we turned on the water in the tub it ran brown water. I asked for bottled water to brush our teeth and they sent it right up. This hotel was perfect for us and was beautifully decorated for Christmas! We didn't ask for much, but our requests were promptly and politely met. We most likely would stay at the Double Tree on a return trip to Tulsa.

If less expensive hotels can offer it for free, so should DoubleTree. Otherwise, it was a beautiful place.

Room was not ready on time, then was told didn't have the same room I reserved. Was given an alternate room, that had an "extra" mattress leaned up against the wall. They changed my room again, and about 730pm someone tried to enter our room, because they had booked him in the same room. AC didn not work properly, mildew around tub. Everything about the hotel is wonderful except that there is no free WiFi in the rooms. That is almost unheard of these days.

Everyone is very nice and the food was great, plus it is close to other eating places. The only draw back is Cleaning crew is extremely noisy. Doors slamming so if you want to sleep in a bit there is no way.

First they booked us in the wrong room. Then to make up for it, they moved us a floor down, but HAD to take our included breakfast away since we moved down a floor. Internet did not work initially. Took them about 4 hours to get it fixed. Worked great once fixed... No smoking even on the balcony (OUTSIDE!), although there were cig butts all over the […] balcony - this was not clearly defined during check-in... Staff was rude and to be honest, we could have stayed in a motel 6 and got a room in the same condition. At least the room was clean. Will not stay again, nor will I recommend this to ANYONE!!! Asked to check out only after being there an hour, since we did not even have a chance to sit down due to going up and down to the lobby to get things straightened out - was told no... Really decent hotel. Couldn't ask for more when you've got business at Warren Place.

Beautiful setting but very hard to find hotel. Sign not very visiable from street. Hotel looks old on interior of rooms and AC not working well.

This was a great place to stay with my family. We felt very comfortabale and safe. Very convenient to shopping areas on 71st St. I would highly reccommend.

The layout of this place is so bad that you have to walk several hundred yards from parking garage to get into hotel. They almost force you to valet. Room was awesome, as was pool and dining. Centrallly located.

The hotel was nice and clean. I didnt like that the parking garage was beside the and quite a ways distance from the elevators to the rooms. Otherwise very nice stay and the parking was free.

Hotel very nice and staff very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I was at this hotel in the early 1990s and was really impressed. Too bad it is really showing its age. Several problems - 1. For two nights, the smoke from neighboring rooms drafted into my bathroom air vent horribly. ...would think that the ventilation system would have kept that from occurring....ended up sticking a washcloth over it 2. The toilet […] in my room was dirty! Not that I usually check out toilet rims... I wouldn't have noticed had I not reached down to pick up something from the floor and looked...yikes!.. 3. One of the elevators is so clunky that guests were all joking about not taking it. It seemed to have long delays where the others were OK. 4. Communications from various staff left an inconsistent customer service impression.. a. .Professional front desk clerks b.The two women running the breakfast/happy hour on the concierge floor were great. c. The bellmen were very efficient and friendly. d. However, some of the staff seemed to be hating thier jobs, and didn't really make an effort to even be curteous. I'd suggst some inservicing like Hyatt Regency does with all of their hotels. (It does make a real difference to us road warriers when they make an effort.) 5. Small things like hands free phone was dead, the buttons on the other phone preprogrammed for room service, etc. were not functioning, and one of the lamp switchs didn't work so I was left with unplugging and plugging it to use it อ่านเพิ่มเติม

This was my fourth stay over the past 20 years, and the Hotel never disappoints. I was in Tulsa for all-day meetings in the Board Room of the Hotel, and breakfast was set up for us each morning. Very good! I will attend a national conference at The DoubleTree in the fall, and look forward to an extended stay.

Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Pillows were great. Loved the hot tea that they were serving later in the day in the lobby. It was wonderful to have the free breakfast coupon as this is the only drawback to this hotel; no breakfast included.

You can tell the hotel is older. The front desk service was very nice, however the service in the restaurant and cleaning services left a LOT to be desired. Maybe I am picky, but I expect my used glasses to be replaced with clean ones when the room is cleaned. The comfortor on the bed, while a very lovely comfortor, was WAY too heavy. I specifically use hotels.com for this hotel each time I am in Tulsa because it is a great, inexpensive, centrally located place.

Very warm and comforting. Very secure. Staff wonderful.

We love to stay at the Doubletree in Tulsa. The rooms are always comfortable. We enjoy the sauna and steam room. The location is great for dining out and shopping. We have been staying here for 24 years.

The azaleas on the walking trails around the hotel were breath taking! Close to interesting shops and Starbucks. Had a wonderful evening. Every thing was great but the check in. One of the same clerks checked us out and she was great on Saturday!

I always stay at this Doubletree because I like the location. There are some good restaurants nearby and I like the close proximity to LaFortune Park. This trip however there were a few problems, mostly with housekeeping. The toilet dripped, the bathtub did not drain properly, there was grass on the carpet,and they forgot to leave shampoo. The hotel was nice and the valet, housekeeping staff were very nice. However, the front desk check in staff were terrible. It was like we inconvenienced them by checking in. The rooms were nice and clean. Also there was plenty of room for our family. The hotel grounds were beautiful with a beautiful park.

The hotel was completely wonderful. The staff was absolutely great and treated us as if we were the only guests in the whole hotel, even though there was a HUGE wedding taking place that weekend as well.

Decided to treat myself to a nice hotel for my bday and it didnt disappoint. really enjoyed the tea kiosk in the lobby!
