The guest services were very nice and accommodating. I found the hotel surroundings very convenient for eatery and beverage distributors were right next door. Although it did not smell very bad I thought the upholstery and smells could've been crisper with a fresher or newer scent. For the price, it was a good hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I would stay there again.

wasn't there for long, as i had a connecting flight to catch, spent few hours but the short while experience was wonderful.

Stayed for 1 night. Arrived pretty late from my flight. I immediately called the hotel after receiving my lugguage from baggage claim. I soon picked and checked in. Room was small, but comfy. Only 2 I can think of to improve on: 1) invest in thicker and fresher towels for the guests. I'm a petite person, but even the towels provided barely covered me […] when I wrapped the towel around my body. 2) a better selection for a continental breakfast..Maybe add some boiled eggs and a some yogurt choices. Minutes away from the Airport and easy access to Downtown. This hotel has a very friendly staff.

Close to airport, not a quiet place because its on a busy noisy road. No good restaurants right there if you dont have a car.

This is a non-smoking Hotel. The bed was a full and should have been a queen. No bath tub, just a shower. In room Valet panel was not working. Some lamps didn't work. The room was very stuffy, and the windows were bolted shut. Very very basic, glad I was only there to catch a few hours sleep. I had to get a very early flight and it's close to airport […] parking. Fantastic....

I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. The hotel promptly picked us up (and returned us to) from the airport and check in went smoothly. The room was simple but very clean. There is a strip mall next to the hotel with multiple restaurants to choose from, which made it easy to get dinner that evening. I would stay here again.

Or maybe I should title it "lack of shuttle service"! I arrived at the airport and waited an hour for the shuttle to pick me up even after calling the hotel to advise I had arrived. The room was far from clean with someones' toenail clippings on the carpet.....it made me wonder what else I was going to find! The rooms are far from soundproof with me […] being awakened in the middle of the night with noise from above as well as the steady sound of planes overhead. The room was clean and the staff were helpful - picked me up with the shuttle and called a cab for me in the morning. On the downside, I couldn't call collect from the room and there was not pay phone, so I had to hike two blocks to the gas station to call home - a pain. I had the opportunity to stay at Oxford Inn -Houston - on my way in and out of the country. The pick up service was excellent - room clean and staff very pleasant. Excellent hotel for the price.

I only have one complaint. I had just got off the plane at 11:30 pm and called for the shuttle. I waited 40 min. and then called back and they had forgotten me. As for the stay, it was great. Slept really well. Room was clean. And of course loved the free Texas shaped waffles for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, once I got there.

Nice staff, close to the airport, Overall stay was good... It was a late check in.. and there was a subway, chinese rest and a Jack in the box nearby so i was able to get something to eat when i got in.

Walking distance to several eating options. Clean & comfortable for short term stay with in-room free wifi access and complimentary continental breakfast. Was a great low-cost option for overnight stay during business travel.

The Oxford Inn & Suites was perfect for my needs. Arrived late to Houston for a flight the next morning. So I booked a room there at the last minute. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, but worked perfect for me. If you have high standards, I would look elsewhere. This was a basic room with a comfortable bed and excellent location to IAH Airport. Continental b-fast was fair, but enuf to start the day. Front desk staff was very nice. Remodeling was taking place, but not an inconvenience.

A good hotel for overnight layover (delayed flight etc.) Clean and cozy rooms, bed and the pillows were of good quality. Fairly good complimentary internet connection. Complimentary shuttle to airport. The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy, no quality food nearby, and the breakfast is what you'd expect to see in a very cheap motel.

I enjoyed my stay. the service was good as well as my room. It was clean and comfy. The only thing Ido not like is that the vending machine only had 3 or 4 selections left. It looked like it hasnt been filled in months. They also need a beverage vending machine. I also couldnt use the business center. There were two computers and someone else was on […] one. The one I went on kept shutting down at the start screen due to a virus. Good for a pass through, Its a smaller and cheaper version of a residence in... You get what you pay for

This hotel is in rough shape. There are holes in the walls in the hall way where water has damaged the dry wall. The staff was very nice but the van driver smokes (a lot) in the vans. The pickup was prompt and courteous. The place is under new management but it is by far the biggest dump I have ever stayed in, I have been all over the world. I stayed 2 separate nights coming and going on flights. First night there were young children running and screaming in the hallway very late a night. Not good. Second night was lovely. Great location with shuttle service to the airport. A confortable clean room. Would recommend for travelers.

Dump!

The hotel is under renovation, but there was no bothersome noise. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Great value if you need a place to stay before a flight. They offer shuttle service to the airport as well.

staff very freindly and helpfull small construction project going on in reception but no real problem pool could have been cleaner very cloudy water. Breakfast buffet a plus.

The hotel worked with us to get a ride to the airport earlier than normal. The pool was nice to have as well and a nice sitting area outdoors.

El personal del Hotel Oxford Inn es muy amable, especialmente Mr. Terry. La atención supero la expectativa. Fabuloso para estar de paso muy cerca del aeropuerto.
