Even though this was simply a "get away" across Lake Champlain.....we have many times taken the ferry to Vermont and spent the night in Burlington, always at the Hilton in Burlington. The proximity to Church Street and night life activities has and always will be attractive to us. The amenities and accomodations of the Hilton are clearly second to none.....the […] staff is exceptionally friendly and the view from our lakeside room was breathtaking. Great hotel with fabulous location! Walking distance to everything and great pool!

My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we come to visit Burlington. It is clean, comfortable, close to everything and has unbeatable views of Lake Champlain. We love it so much we recommend it to everyone we know! The Hilton is our go-to hotel in Buglington--the pool and jacuzzi are great too!

Nice location right on the water front. Strange hotel layout and only one working elevator. bedroom was just bare essentials - not even a mini fridge. Price good, but you get what you pay for.

This hotel although in a great location, is not well maintained. Dirty elevators, stained linens, baseboard coming off walls. Beware pets are allowed, had a barking dog next door.

Very comfortable and clean room. Great location for downtown. Shame there is no free parking.

I have stayed at Hilton at several locations and was always comfortable about my stay. This one was a mess. The parking lot required an additional $10 for each day and you could not take it directly to the floor that you were staying on. You first had to exit at the mezzanine and go to another elevator to the floor your room is on. Next the room had […] wall paper that was falling off of the wall. The heater did not work properly, it blew cold air after it reached temp instaed od shutting down. The light in the shower was flashing and I am not kidding you the bathroom was the size of a closet (I expect that in NY, but not Burlington). Stayed overnight to see a play, had a beautiful room overlooking lake champlain. The bed was the absolute Best!

Overall good, the rooms are outdated, in need of maintenance, humid with fogging windows, blocking the beautiful view on the lake. Pool is great

For the amount we paid for the room, i expected maybe a robe. If that's reaching a little far, at least some complementary wi-fi. The place made you pay somewhere around 15 dollars a night just for internet!

My husband and I live in eastern VT (an hour away), and took a one-night trip to Burlington to have a celebratory dinner and a mini-vacation. The Hilton lived up to our expectations -- a quiet, clean, comfortable room with a beautiful view, and the hotel had very friendly service. Before going out to dinner we decided to have a drink in the hotel bar […] -- the bartender (Lakme? sp?) was wonderful -- he gave great service and was very personable. The first problem we had- check out was at 11 and at 830 house keeping was BANGING on the door and tried to enter, came back again at 1030 and knocked once and tried to enter again. The other issue was that the window leaked my boots got completely soaked and are still wet 3 days later. Over all ok.

We were told that the hotel had a shuttle to and from the airport. We called from DC to confirm before boarding and were told it only runs till 10 PM, we weren't arriving till 12, but they would send a cab for about $6. cab was $15 All rooms are supposed to be non smoking, our room smelled like a cigar bar, back down to lobby for a new room. Next morning […] I asked about shuttle to airport to get rental and was told it leaves on the hour, I came down at 5minutes to 10 and was told that it left already and that I had not signed up. This hotel was not clean and the from had a musty odor that was unbearable. I travel to Burlington quite a bit and will never stay at this hotel again.

Clean and affordable, with brand new flat screen TV's. (They were installed it in my room when I checked in).

Everything about the hotel was fine, though the restaurant was a little pricey for what you get. The most disappointing aspect of the restaurant is that there is no beer on tap when there are so many great microbreweries in the area! Everything about our stay was fantastic, from the parking lot to check out. Super friendly staff, amazing view of the lake, convenient walk to entertainment, food, and shopping. I would definitely recommend anyone stay here.

Our trip to Burlington over the Thanksgiving weekend was our third to the area but our first time at the hotel, and I can say that I will definitely stay at the Hilton again. For starters, it was the first time we traveled with our dog- something I was nervous about.. It turned out to be no big deal at all, and I felt that the pet surcharge was fair. Since […] we requested a room with a lake view, I was a little disappointed when our room turned out to be on the second floor and considered asking for a room change but changed my mind. Nevertheless, we had a decent view of lake and witnessed a couple of beautiful sunsets. If you want a spectacular view, I would suggest requesting a view on a higher floor. Upon arriving, we ordered room service once- just for a snack- and the food and service were both good! We also had cocktails at the lounge, and I think that their prices were reasonable and the wine list admirable. Although we did not use the health club, it looked clean; it also appeared to have plenty of machines. (The weather was beautiful, so I suspect most people ran outside.) The pool and hot tub were both clean and inviting. There were tables around the pool which seemed like a nice place to hang out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Hotel was easy to get to from the airport. Hotel is within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend a room with the view of the lake. I did not like that I had to pay for overnight parking.

This hotel has the MOST comfy beds ever!

For the first time, I brought my dog with me and I found this hotel is very dog friendly. I saw a lot of dogs everywhere, parks, streets, and even restaurants. If you are looking for the pet friendly hotel, this is the great place to stay.

We selected this hotel because it was close to Church Street, the pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. It was only about 3-4 blocks away. It was also just across the street from Lake Champlain. The hotel staff provided us with a city-walking map. Parking in the hotel parking structure was $10-15 a day.

Notes on my stay... Pros: - view of Lake Champlin was great. We got a lake-facing room on the fifth floor and the view was perfect. Sunsets were spectacular. - staff was very helpful on places to go and things to do. Cons: - lobby may be nice but the rooms need updating. The a Hilton in both Tucson AZ and San Francisco CA make this one look like a […] 1980s version of the hotel chain. Bathroom showed mold and a lot of wear-n-tear visible on walls and carpet. - walls are paper-thin. Both nights we heard all neighbors conversations, singing, whistling, and nocturnal activities very, very clearly. Also meant probably heard all of our conversations so we kept our voices low to keep some privacy. Needs more sound insulation and good luck on a full night sleep if you have "active" neighbors. - housekeeping needs to pay better attention to bathroom vent. Ours had easily 6 months of dust and dirt on it. It was filthy. We clean it ourselves. NOT the quality Hilton is (or was) known for. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Great location, quick walk to everything. Room was on the small side, but big enough for luggage, dog crate, and baggage. Plenty of room to walk dog. Parking garage is a little difficult to access and get luggage.

Excellent customer service. I had paid supplement for lake view but Hotels.com had failed to pass info to hotel. As they did not have a vacant lake view room when we arrived they gave us free breakfast for both nights of our stay and changed our room for the second night so we had the view we had requested.

overall it was a very nice room with a wonderful view, the only negative was that the room smelled of cigar smoke

Staff and facilities at the Burlington Hilton were excellent. The room AC/heat unit was exceptionally quiet. Views of Lake Champlain were exceptional, and location to the water front was within 100 yards. There was a plumbing problem in the bathroom, but it was resolved quickly. I would stay there again.

Summer stay for one night. room was nice and service was great. Got a refrigerator for the room within 5 minutes of calling front desk. Having to pay for internet access, even in the "business center" seems archaic by most current Hotel standards. We got to our room and discovered our bathroom was covered in black mold. Called the front desk and they were not helpful. I plan on contacting the corporate office. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have stayed at hotels in Burlington for half the price and they were much cleaner.

We had a lake view room and it was very nice. Walking distance to shopping and dining on and off Church St. I thought the additional charge for parking was bit over the top, considering the cost of the room, but it was a very nice hotel
