Beds were super comfortable. The deciding factor for me is always the bathroom and it was big and clean. no complaints. Great for 3* would recommend it

This is a very nice hotel in the midst of downtown Washington, DC. We certainly would stay there again the next time we travel to DC. Each item that I rated a 4 above, I would have rated it a 5 except for the fact that we had neither heat nor air conditioning the first night we were there. To the hotel's credit, they reimbursed us for one night's stay […] when we checked out.. This was a no-frills hotel with complementary bkfst and was in walking distance to the mall and museums. Very convenient.

We were in town for the Police Unity Tour during Law Enforcement Week and had no issues getting around to all the sites. The parking is valet only but was one of the cheapest rates in DC. Staff was very friendly and eager to help you with your problems. The breakfast was good as well.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The room was decorated with a modern decor, bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that the window to the outdoors did not open, so no fresh air could come in. I thought the room had the slightest "locker-room" odor, but not enough to turn me off. It was very close to the Verizon Center which was nice for going to the Caps game. The only thing I did not like was leaving my car in the turn lane on the street waiting for the Valet to come and get. Also when we went inside the man at the front desk messed up our room and gave us a room key that belonged to the lady in front of us. The room was nice […] and clean but a lot smaller than the pictures I saw of it on the website, also our window faced out to a brick building. The website also said we would not be getting free breakfast in the morning, but we ended up getting it andit was very good! When I got there, they had only two rooms left, a handicap-accessible, and a tiny room on the second floor. Since we were prepaid, we got the tiny room. Breakfast was fine, and location was good.

We stayed over after a Washington CAPS game at the Verizon Center. Loved the convenience, staff and especially the hot water temperature and pressure!

I booked a room on your site that was described as having "two queen beds and a sofa bed" -- there was even a photo. I have two teen sons and they refuse to sleep in the same bed, so I specifically was looking for something that would allow them each to have their own sleeping space. When we walked into our room, it had only two queen beds -- no sofa […] bed. I immediately called the front desk and they said that their hotel ONLY has sofa beds in their king rooms. My new favorite hotel in the DC Convention area. The Fairfield is completely renovated and lovely. The breakfast is great and the hotel is so convenient to everything in Chinatown and around the Verizon Center.

I was disappointed the the room i had for a $179plus tax ,$204 it was a handicap room with less accommodation the the other rooms i wish u was told me it was s handicap room upon checking in.

Stayed here for a concert at the Verizon Center and the location was excellent. Nice bar/restaurant on site. Room clean and comfortable.

The hotel says accessible parking...but upon checking in...valet infirmed us that their parking lot was full and we had to find our own parking blocks away and pay 30 dollars to do so! No mention of the parking issue on website...next time I will go to hampton inn...hotel was clean and room was just right..would have been nice to not haul our own luggage […] blocks away...disappointed to say the least อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We came to D.C. for a concert and I found it very confusing trying to find the hotel and a place to park. The staff was more about business than customer service. It was a great location for where I need to be, but just too busy and loud.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and professional. I stayed for 3 nights and the second night there was no hot water due to a hot water pump breaking. They refunded my first 2 nights stay and did everything they could to make the stay pleasant. Nice restaurant and Irish bar at the hotel!

Served its purpose as a hotel near the DC convention center. Free wifi a plus. Would recommend upper floor room to avoid street noise.
