This place is awesome all around..the staff-especially Stacy for the breakfast was amazing-helpful, smiling, and courteous! The room was very spacious with a separate room for the teenagers to hang out together! The pool and hot tub were perfect! My kids swam for 3 hrs straight one nite! Wow! Talk about yummy made to order omelets!!! The location is awesome! Just off the highway (but not noisy) and close to so many attractions-Cheyene Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods etc! Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean, excellent breakfast! Only drawback: need new mattresses (saggy).

Hotel was comparable to most embassy suites. But in todays world, every hotel should have free internet at least in lobby areas. But this one did not, you had to pay internet fee per computer. I was completely put off by that.

OUR COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS NOT GOOD. NOT TYPICAL OF OTHER STAYS WITH EMBASSY SUITES. FOOD WAS EXTREMELY BLAND AND COLD. WILL NOT DO ANOTHER BREAKFAST THERE AGAIN.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful service from the staff and great food!

Great hotel for the money. Our only complaint was the mattress was worn down and we tended to sink to the middle.

My stay was fantastic! The staff was really nice and very helpful. The hotel had lots of space to spread out and the pool was great (an actual heated pool). The food was also good...made to order breakfast and restuarant on site.

The pool area was extremely crowded and the Hot tub was cold. We also had to wait to get access to only 2 WiFi terminals. For such a large hotel they are not used to accommodating large masses of people.

Listened to traffic on the highway all night. Paper Thin walls - heard every word spoke by neighbors Bathroom so small, to close the door, had to Scrunch between the sink and toilet

We really enjoy staying at the embassy because we travel with 6 people and 1 room is big enough for all of us! However, there is not free wi fi : (

Even though the room we stayed in was on the third floor, we were above a very loud transformer and while our balcony with a view of the mountains sounded lovely, the balcony was above a parking lot and tiny--too small even for a single chair. In addition, the buzz of the transformer made the balcony unusable, and even in the front of our room, the […] noise was so bad that my daughter and I both were completely unable to sleep for the first two nights. The hotel staff agreed to move us, and our third night was better, but still uncomfortable. Beautiful setting, easy access, excellent breakfast, reception outstanding, large comfortable rooms and we would definitely stay again.

My stay in the Embassy Suites was only one night to allow us to visit the Garden of the Gods in CO Spings. Upon arrival we stopped by to verify our reservation 2 hours before checkin. We were checked in early and given our room keys. The faciltiy is beautiful and very comfortable and the location and access to restraunts and other facilities are almost […] in walking distance.. The room was so comfortable that when we arrived we were thrilled how much space the room provided and how inviting it was just to relax and enjoy. We made our trip to the park as planned but spent a very restfull night in the large king bed. Although the bath is tight on space, it is made up with the front living area and large bedroom area. Wonderful stay!!! Accommodations were just as requested with adjoining rooms and a view of the mountains from the balcony. Staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The embassy was and excellent value for the $$. The only issue experienced was after the first nights stay the embassy had so many guests that the maid service did not make rounds on our floor until 5pm. Other then that it was an outstanding hotel with a great breakfeast to start the day in the morning.

This is an older embassy Suites. The style however reminds me of a Orlando hotel. It is a nice place. You do have a couple of newer hotels that next door that are cheaper. I would have stayed in one them if they were available. There are several restaraunts on the hotel street. The views are nice from the hotel and the breakfast is a plus.

Embassy Suites was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in all of Colorado in terms of comfort, convenience, and most of all....VALUE. You get a beautiful suite, a full made-to-order breakfast, and a happy hour with a wide selection of liquor....all included in a very reasonable price. This is an old motel/hotel that has been refurbished by Embassy Suites. It's old fashion...rooms are dated, bed is average, but-the breakfast buffett and the happy hour socials are both excellent. It worked for us...but after five nights, my back and shoulders were aching.

Always love the Embassy Suites. This location maintains the high standards of this hotel group. THANKS for the dependability.

No customer service. Front desk and morning manager was not helpful at all. We asked to speak to main manager and they said he would meet with us, but he never attempted to contact us. The food service (chefs) and staff were more friendlier than the front desk personnel.

This was the best hotel that I have stayed in in many years and maybe the best ever.

Awesome place! We got the room on sale and were amazed at what we got for the money. Beautiful place... clean suite with a balcony and a mountain view which was amazing...and breakfast is not the usual free hotel breakfast...they have an actual buffet complete with omelets made to order. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the week we stayed there. The mountain side suite was worth the up charge. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak! Went with soccer team...so big lobby areas allowed us to all visit together. bathrooms too small and fridge was dorm size...

WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GREAT OUR STAY WAS HERE. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. THE ROOM WAS HUGE. THE BREAKFAST INCREDIBLE. WILL BE BACK NEXT TIME.

we just wanted to get away for the holiday. The hotel was great and was very helplful giving us directions to where we wanted to go.

We love the Embassy Suites because of the nice breakfast. However, we had the same problem at this one as we had in the one in San Antonio. Even though we had a non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. It wasn't terrible, but it was very noticeable. Since we were only staying one night, we didn't ask for a different room. They were late in having […] our room ready, so they gave us a $25 voucher for the bar, whcih was a nice gesture. However, the drinks at the bar are very watered down, so I'd recommend sticking with wine or beer instead. The room, as always, was very comfortable, great bed...and the breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. The happy hour snacks were a little sparse but the free bar drinks made up for it.

Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet at night. Room was very spacious and we enjoyed the pool as well.

I could not find one thing wrong with the place. i would definitely stay there again.

We took our two girls (ages 1 and 2) to stay for 4 nights. The suite was great - the girls could have one room and we didn't need to go to bed at 7:30. The breakfast was excellent, though really crowded. The chefs were great, but really could have used another griddle! We enjoyed the pool and the happy hour cocktails. My stay at this hotel was just what I was looking for a class act, this was a true 5 star hotel...

If you have children traveling with you, this place is great. If you are a couple or traveling solo, this place is terrifying and irritating. Kids everywhere. I wanted to hit the hot tub at some point but it was always crowded with children. They have adult swim from 10pm-Midnight so I went back. Our family of 16 stayed here as a stop on our way to our ski destination and we were very satisfied. We had 4 queen suites, the rooms are a little older but clean and comfortable. The common areas of the hotel are open and nice. We enjoyed drinks at the manager's FREE cocktail hour the evening we arrived and the breakfast the next morning was great. […] It was a hot breakfast with chefs preparing omelettes or pancakes, etc. Also fruit, hot oatmeal, and a lot more. I had booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay in Colorado Springs for my family and my sisters. Upon waking up the next morning my brother in law informed me that my car had been broken into. Since i was in a unfamiliar area I asked, as i was running out to my car, for the front desk to call the police. What i received instead was a phone number on a torn […] off piece of paper. So not only am I dealing with this alone the hotel did nothing other than to say that they have signs posted that say "Park at your own Risk" - I informed them that maybe they need to post that on their website seeing as how this obviously has been an issue with them before. I will NEVER stay at an Embassy Suites again and I wouldn't recommend staying in Colorado Springs as thieves know that cops do not even bother coming to any car thefts so they can have at it. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The room was exceptional and the staff were all curtious and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the wait. I would definately stay here on return visits to Colorado Springs. I give it a 5 star rating.

The hotel was a typical Embassy Suites - overall clean including the room; however, a few things to note: 1) the 2-room queen beds need a refresh on the bedding - our mattresses had been well used and were not the best sleeping 2) the other furnishings in the room were worn including the couch / hide-a-bed and other room furnishings - our daughter slept […] on the hide-a-bed and had to put an extra blanket down to deal with some wire poking her. 3) their system for cook-2-order breakfast (compared with other Embassy hotels) was inefficient and resulted in waits from 15-30 minutes to get your food. 4) poor room ventilation including no exhaust fan in the bathroom creating a steam sauna and condensation all over everything - coupled with an old HVAC system which in our room also worked only marginally - we had to open the sliding glass door to get fresh air into the room. 5) pool and whirlpool - small and the wirlpool was more of a bubble bath. So its a average Embassy with some maintenance needs - especially in the room. The location was good - just south of the Air Force Academy and North of the Garden of the GODS park - many eating options very close by.
