We were a bit worried when we saw a school bus in the parking lot, but the kids in the lobby were so nice, quiet, and polite, our fears were unfounded. We never heard a sound outside of our room. It was clean, with the new white washable covers, and the breakfast spread was the best I have had in a long time. Great selection with healthy choices.

Hotel room was good. Comfortable beds. Small bathroom!!!!! Hair dryer in bathroom did not work. Continental breakfast was very disappointing. We went down the the IHOP on 27th Street to get a decient breakfast. No one a front desk when we went to check out Sunday morning.

We stayed for an event at the Lancaster Event Center, four miles from the hotel. It was a very comfortable room, clean, nice staff, great pool for the kids, and hot tub for us! We would stay here again.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn was awesome. At the desk on Sat. afternoon was - we forgot his name - but NOT how he handled all our needs. And several hours later he still remembered our names and why we had come to Lincoln. The breakfast was very good. Thank you

This was a great place to stay. Check in and out was very fast. The beds were very comfortable as well as great pillows. The breakfast was better than I expected. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great hotel and service. Only one issue the thermostat of the heater wasn't working. We had to manually turn it off and on through the night.

As a former maint. manager for the (old) Holiday Inn in Hastings, I was very impressed with the room I had. All the little details that make a room acceptable were there, clean tub, shower curtains, mirrors, all pictures were securely fastened, bed was solid on its foundation lots of space (not crowded in) the heater/AC unit was very quiet. New furnishings, […] no nicks or scars. I can't comment on the TV as I fell asleep before using it, nor can I comment on any of the other rooms, but I could tell the motel had been renovated recently. "Free" internet is very slow and extremely cumbersome to sign on --- shouldn't take 8 to 10 minutes to do on each device.

Simple, clean, tasteful. Breakfast was quick and easy. More than enough choices to keep you and the kids satisfied before off down the road. Location was a breeze to find. Pool and hot tub area were well maintained, clean, and decent size. No complaints here. Good Job!!

After waiting 30 minutes at the check-in counter I was hoping for a nice room. The room was fair at best, breakfast was horrible, and hotel lobby was dirty.

Dissappointed in room location...ice machine didn't bother me so much - but the pool did. Its location was right next to my room. The walls were paper thin. Felt like I was in the pool with all the screaming kids.

When we arrived, I noticed that the room was clean except for on top of the refridgerator had dust. The shower curtain had a small amount of mold and the outward curving shower curtain rod made the bathroom door a little awkward (where it wouldn't fully open). We got in late, slept, had breakfast and left. This hotel is fine for that, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there any longer. Odd, industrial neighborhood location, and the room was somewhat neglected-looking. Breakfast was decent.

Not knowing about the city of Lincoln, we just blindly choose this hotel. We had nothing but a great experience as we were there 5 days and 4 nights. Breakfast was great...coffee could be stronger, but what was offered was fine for my husband and I. Hotel was just as presented. Was pretty slow the day we were there; which was very nice in the morning with the breakfast. Very relaxed feel. Front desk staff was very helpful, as we needed to have our room change to accommodate our wheelchair. They recommended a super steak house: Misty's. Shower liner was filthy. My daughter and I came from Laramie, Wyoming for a Nephew's wedding. I am from Birmingham, Alabama. I few into Denver and picked up my daughter. We drove all the way to this Lincoln, Ne. hotel and it was a oasis for us. Clean rooms near Wall Marts and gas stations and other shopping and the I-80 just up the road on Superior street. The continental breakfast […] was waffles, cereals, bagels, danishes, juices and coffee. Had a small freezer that had many kinds of egg muffins and a good variety odds and ends to microwave if you wanted that. A few bananas. But best of all a very upbeat staff that where all over that breakfast bar keeping it stocked and wiped down. I booked here because a friend says FairField's are owned by Marriott and all across the country they maintain a very good standard for everything they do. The price good, and size of the room biger with a dest and flat screen TV. They are very easy to work with. The room had a little something different with the decorations and beddingI thought it was very bright and nice and cleen. They had a nice indoor pool but I did not use it, but my collage aged daughter did some homework in there for it was extra quiet in the early evenings. I am 50 year old man and I was very pleased. Typical hotel in this price range, nothing outstanding, nothing poor.

Room was fine as was the surroundings. The bed was to soft for my liking(thats just personal preference ) but over all the stay was fine.

I could hear the people above me walking; there was dust on fixtures, especially in the bathroom; the alarm clock was broken - had to use my cell phone alarm; I asked for a room on any floor other than the first - I got a first floor room but was too exhausted to really fight it; I don't know the area that well, but it didn't seem like it was in a great […] area. I paid for the room through Hotels.com and when I got up in the morning, there was a bill for over $50 under the door. When I stopped at the front desk on my way out to the airport to question it, no one was there and I had to leave. I called later and was told not to worry about it...weird. Called before cancellation time and desk person said no problem, I get my credit card bill and was billed. Called the hotel and was told sorry

This hotel is really nice for the price and the staff was sooo nice. I had a great breakfast there and was on my way. The room was clean and nice.

My husband and I chose this hotel when traveling to NE for a wedding. The staff was friendly, and it was pretty much the same as any other Fairfield Marriott. The down side (which was a huge down side for us) is that our room backed to the swimming pool and the ice machine/vending machines. The pool was open 6am-12am so we had children screaming at […] the crack of dawn until the wee hours of the night. When kids weren't screaming to wake us up, people were getting ice and we were awoken to the crashing sound of ice or sodas from the vending machines. Neither of us are light sleepers, but we didn't get any rest at all that weekend. If the constant noise wasn't enough, our window had a wonderful view of a barb-wire fence, and a delivery dock. Vacuum the elevators & turn down the water temp in the hot tub please. This was the best rest we had the time we were away from home. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The was a nice selection and plenty of good hot coffee
