Hotel was very clean and room rate good value. Staff were very pleasant. However food and drink was extortionate and charge for films and wi-fi overly expensive.

Understaffed. Shabby doors and carpets in room areas. Overpriced food and drink. Was charged service charges for going to the bar and ordering drinks!

very nice hotel with good facilties and good location would reccommend and stay again

Very busy reception, but very clean and tidy rooms. Wifi over -expensive, they want £28 to watch unlimited films and use the internet. I only wanted to check a few emails! Wifi on it's own is not a reasonable option. Why no free wifi, at least in reception? Otherwise, great.

The hotel staff was never available by phone, they forgot to give us our wake up in the morning and we subsequently missed our train. The pool area reeks of mold and rot. Overall not worth they visit - spend your money at another hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, scenery from hotel overlooks vast area of greenery. Breakfast could have been better, with more choice.

It was very nice to have leisure facilities in a hotel convenient to the motorway. The hotel was clean and comfortable. However the kitchen and dinning room are clearly not well run. The food was disappointing at night and in the morning and the service was simply bad.

Very nice roooms and frindly service. It was cheap and well worth the money.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights over Easter as part of a planned visit to Drayton Manor Theme Park. Hotel easy to find using a sat nav, good location right off the motorway. Arrived at 1.30pm but informed that rooms would not be ready till 2pm although when returned for check in at 2.05pm room still was not ready. Eventually got key cards for romm […] at 2.15pm so not too long to wait. Room nice and spacious and well cleaned. Beds were ok but not the best nights sleep. We didnt eat at the hotel we ate at the harvester across the road which was good value. Apart from the visit to Drayton manor which is about 25 mins drive away from the hotel we also visited the one stop retail shopping park in walsal which was good. We didnt use the leisure facilities as when we went to go swimming the wait was 30 minutes long! Overall a good base for visiting Birmingham and surrounding area, would recommend. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Just an overnight stay with my husband joining us later. Again, reception very helpful. Breakfast good, dining room organisation a bit haphazard in clearing up etc Overall good value for money.
