Great value for quality of hotel. Outstanding location that has a walk ability factor of 10. Elways restaurant is a great place for happy hour and breakfast. Really enjoyed both!

Valet parking is overpriced at $31. Gym is great. I got a wake-up call at 6 am even though I had not ordered one, but hotel compensated by waving valet parking fee. The clocks at the elevator in 5th floor was set for the year 2024.

The service was good. No complaints there. I more dissapionted in the rooms and food. We ordered room service. When it arrived it was cold, and very expensive. I felt like it was sitting down there a while bf they delivered it. The rooms were ok. Truly one of the best experiences I've had while staying at a Ritz hotel. This hotel is managed well with a service training program that should be sought out by other 5 star hotels.

All was great except i have 2 teenagers and they were not allowed in the exercise room and the basketball court even in my presence which I think is very family unfriendly. For only adults its great!

Other than the valet service being $31 a night this hotel is great. The rooms are very nice and the staff if good. The lobby is connected to Elways and the room service comes out of that kitchen. The fitness center is AMAZING. 3 floors, tons of equipment, a hot tub, pool, full basketball court and there are even trainers if you would like. The 16th […] street mall is close by with lots of shopping and eating but don't be surprised if you are asked for some cash on more than one occasion. On this particular trip we were asked, we don't normally carry cash anyway, and told the woman we didn't have any cash and she told us there was an ATM right across the street. Who does that? Staff was very professional and treated me with the upmost respect. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel overall was clean and well kept. The hotel oversold and did not have the same quality room for me. If you travel then you need to understand that these things happen. As long as the hotel is willing to do something to ensure your comfort then a traveller should be flexible about these things. They provided me an alternate room - it was fine - lower floor, twin beds instead of a king […] - but it was fine. They offered to buy me breakfast. I don't eat breakfast and asked if they'd buy me a drink. They bought me dinner at Elway's -- great restaurant. It was a very nice ting for them to do. Most important - "They gave from the heart." They were so nice about it and so genuine. It wasn't like pulling teeth. They expressed real concern for my comfort and it was heartfelt. I thought it was great. Very luxurious place. Great room, lots of space, marble floors, keurig-type coffee/capuccino maker. All the staff were very friendly. It is a bit out of the beaten path for downtown Denver - a little more west than I would have liked and 3 blocks away from 16th street mall. All-in-all, a very nice place to stay.

Ritz-Carlton properties are always amazing, this is no exception. There were no issues with our stay and nothing we could've improved on. Check-in and check-out was fast, Valet was great and considering parking costs in Denver and the location of the hotel, it's value for money as you can park and walk about town all day. We had booked a one bedroom suite and upon arrival, we were put into a deluxe room. I checked the email on my phone, called the desk and pointed out the problem. Staff at the hotel were great!!! Only complaint was the meals took a long time, service was slow there. The food was worth the wait though.

Our room was large, well-appointed and mostly comfortable. However, it didn't have a window to the outside. Instead, the window looked into a funky artificial grass covered space of unknown use. It made the room seem claustrophobic and closed-in. In retrospect, we should have asked for another room. Also, the air conditioning was not cold enough.

Hotel was fabulous in every way. Suite so clean and comfortable from the soft and warm robes to the suite area to the spacious bathroom, bedroom and closet to the most comfortable bed and pillows. Staff attentive to every need. Bar fun and relaxing and I recommend the pomegranate martini and Asian ribs from the bar menu. Surrounding area close to everything […] interesting in the city limits. Came to Denver from Philadelphia, in part, to see the Phillies play the Rockies. What a fun surprise to have the Phillies staying at the same hotel and seeing them around the hotel and town. Special thanks to Cody in guest services who made me feel like he was our own personal concierge and all he did to make our outings and anniversary dinner extra special. We spent the last night of our vacation at the Ritz. Our family of four drove all day from Cody, WY, and we were tired and hungry. The hotel staff greeted us warmly as we pulled up and helped us get ourselves organized and into the hotel lobby...no small feat. The friendly front desk staff had us registered and up to our large, comfortable room in no […] time. In a standard double queen room we had lots of space, super comfy beds, a very large bathroom (great towels and robes!), and a personal espresso machine with several complimentary espresso pods. The desk staff helped us with directions and ideas for dinner. The hotel is within easy walking distance to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Definitely enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Denver. Overall it was great, though there were a few things that I was surprised by. The fact that they have no airport shuttle service at all is really a downside. Considering the Ritz is more expensive than most Denver hotels and that the airport is 30 minutes away, they should provide a shuttle service. Stayed at this property with 3 other girls for a ladies trip to Denver after staying in Vail for a week. We were very impressed with the service of the staff. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly and made our stay a pleasant one. The hotel is only two blocks away from 16th St and they have a house car to take you anywhere within 5 […] miles to explore downtown Denver. Only con was the condition of the spa. We went later in the afternoon (2 hours before closure) and we were told we would have to pay a $25 fee to use the whirlpool/steam room, even though we were guests of the hotel. While the spa is nice enough, it was not luxurious enough to warrant a fee for usage. The whirlpool felt tight with only 4 women inside and the steamroom was equally as small.
