The staff was very helpful and even had extra information on the event that we were attending. The bed was very comfortable, which provided for a great nights sleep away from home. Bed was comfortable, pillows were fantastic. Room was a nice size. My only complaints would be that noise from the hallway was easily heard inside the room, which is only a complaint because there were lots of families staying in the hotel for a basketball tournement in town. The other would be the front desk staff. As someone who used to manage a hotel […] front desk, I would have expected friendlier staff as the face of the hotel. A smile never hurts guest satisfaction! The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and accomodating.

The chlorine level was so high that the air burnt the eyes of people just watching their kids. The ventilation could be improved to eliminate the adequate chlorination of the pool.

As usual they don't like early checkins, but since I work nights this is found to be universal. They agree to it when you make reservation, but then it seems to be a big surprise when you show up. Our rooms were okay but obviously not cleaned in the corners. I found dust bunnies on the bathroom counter behind the ice bucket and other supplies. Our room cleaning was inconsistent and the cleaning person obviously did not clean the toilet. On our second day, one of the small children staying with us must have used the bathroom before we left and […] forgot to flush. The cleaning person left the urine filled toilet for us when we returned. Our beds were not completely made both mornings. Our room supplies were not replenished. It was a noisy hotel as I could hear the people walking around in the room above us and we heard every person that walked past our room in the hallway. The pool was dirty with a defined ring of gray film around the edges and multiple spots were the gray had started to grow green. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable & clean (I do take the time to look for bed bugs at every hotel I stay). The sheets were not the highest quality but were in good condition and not threadbare. The breakfast was sufficient with limited offerings. We arrived late after a long day of driving. The manager was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were nice and comfortable, the pool is open late, and the hot options at the daily breakfast are delicious. OK hotel but dirty and smelly elevator as well as moldy shower curtain left us with a poor impression.

It is close to Walmart and is in the parking lot of a Burger King which is nice. It's about 3 miles South of 1-80 which is convient.

This hotel was a little hard to find because it was hidden behind another hotel. Our room had a lot of space, which was great since we were traveling with our toddler. It was very clean and the breakfast was great in the morning. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, which was nice.

The hotel was a little hard to locate but other than that it was a satisfactory experience. A good value for the money.

Breakfast needs an upgrade. The eggs need help. So do the english muffins. Easy to get to from I-80. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff very helpful with directions to places. A little dissapointed on the size of the pool but hot tub was nice.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty rooms, with horrible television reception. The pool was dirty and smelled, not of chlorine, but of other less desirables. The breakfast was a joke. Little to nothing edible to eat. I will never stay at another Comfort Suites again.

We arrived very late, and they set up our crib for us and made the check in process very quick and easy. Best continental breakfast I've ever had - lots of choices, fresh waffles, and easy to feed the kids.

We had a great room with plenty of space for a large family. We enjoyed the variety in the continental breakfast. The hotel staff was courteous and prepared for a late check-in at 1:30 am and even had our crib placed in the room for us. Although not all the perks of some hotels, this was a welcome, spacious and clean room and a great value.

We stayed in a 2 Queen Sofa Sleeper - it was wonderful! The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and even extra pillows provided without asking. The swimming pool was a little disappointing, but it was a pool nonetheless - all 3-4 feet in depth, nothing shallow. We were glad we brought life preservers for our young ones. The pool was too small, the hotel was clean & quiet though. Free breakfast didn't include strawberries & whipped cream for the waffles, like the "comfort suites" in Denver.

The staff was very helpful in making us comfortable after a long day on the road and a late arrival.
