The hotel is good if you can get to it. The location is so hidden and took me almost half an hour to find it.

Reasonable rates, great covered parking for your car.

A very good value for the money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Provided free parking and shuttle service to airport. Nice continental breakfast. Only complaint is that hotel is difficult to find, especially at night. Would help to have a couple directional signs posted near the hotel. We were leaving out of STL for 1 week in Mexico and wanted a parking option with the hotel. The Best Western was perfect. The price was right for one hotel night and 1 week of parking. Can't beat it. The shuttle was on time and courteous. Our flight was at 7 so we left at 6 AM. Breakfast was ready and the shuttle was prompt. Would recommend it!!

It was hard to access this hotel. You could see it, but it was round about to access it. It would be better if they listed a Hunter Rd address.

The staff is very friendly and caring, do what ever they can to help make your stay comfortable. Great shuttle service. Knowledgeable about sights, how to get there, safety for women traveling in a group. good suggestions for things to do. We were pleased.

Perfect location for us leaving St Louis airport. The folks are always nice and the rates are very reasonable considering you get a little breakfast.

We arrived at night and we could see the hotel right off the highway. The street to the hotel is shared with businesses so it looks like you might be going the wrong way. Also the sign pointing to the street you need to turn on is not lit at night. The breakfast was more extensive than one might expect however the breakfast area was small. The cable […] channels were fair to poor. Disappointed that there was no NFL channel to watch the game in the room or the bar area. Also the rooms are split into a couple of buildings so you may have a bit of a uninsulated trek to and from the main lobby if you are in building 2. This hotel is quite close to the airport and has decent shuttle service to and from and can be used to connect with the Metro light rail to downtown St. Louis. The continental breakfast wasn't great.

My stay was for one night before flying out before 6 AM. I left my car on site while away. I arrived around 8:30 pm, checked in, they told me to park in the parking garage on 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor. Good rates, good breakfast, clean rooms. The directions from mapquest were difficult at night: street signs do not match web sites, and directions are outdated. Study the map carefully. The exterior doors are typically not locked at night, which seemed alarming. But really, who is going to go out to a remote airport vicinity to do some mischief. Couple items layout of facility (northend) was very confusing as it connected with another building. I end going up the wrong steps a couple times to end up in the wrong building. I like the Indian Palace restaurant with the great view adjacent to the property and the quick drive on a seldom used side road to the airport. Everything else is comparable to other properties that are a few dollars higher. They should cut the long walk to some rooms by allowing guest to cut through the pool area.

Right off the interstate, but make sure you map it...it is kind of tricky to find the entrance and the signs were very small. We booked to go to the World Series Cardinals game. THE CONVENIENCE OF THE SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT ALONG WITH PARKING WAS WORTH IT.

The lobby of this hotel is nice but the rest of it is "seedy" and in a dark and secluded/scary location for night-time arrival. The hotel does not have an elevator to get to the second floor. This was a pretty big problem because we have young children. The hotels second floor is only accessible by two interior stair cases. Other than that the stay was fine.

This hotel is the best if you are flying out of St. Louis. The fly and stay rate is sooo much cheeper than airpoft parking and you can take the 24 hour airport shuttle which is included in the price. The BEST beds and pillows ever the most comfortable. Even spoke with staff about buying pillows from them they said they get that all the time about the […] beds. I love it! There was a HOT breakfast with biscuits, gravy, eggs (scrambled boiled) and many other choices. It was cheap, extremely clean and comfortable. Would I go back? Oh yeah!!! Great Great hotel!!!

We stayed here the night before we were to catch an early flight out of Lambert the morning. The room price included parking for the duration of our trip, which I found to be a great deal. We allowed a few minutes to get coffee and a muffin from the continental breakfast (we didn't eat much, but it all looked fresh). The shuttle was right on time to take us to the airport. Aside from the bargain price and complimentary parking, we also booked this hotel because the airport shuttle begins at 4am (unlike some nearby hotels that didn't start until 6am). One downside to staying here: as in previous reviews, the location is a little hard to find. Thankfully, an earlier reviewer listed the actual address (not the one on the hotel's website), and when I typed it into my GPS it took us directly to the hotel, no problem. TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE HOTEL WAS A BIT HARD TO FIND, IT CAN BE SEEN FROM THE HIGHWAY BUT YOU HAVE TO CLOSELY FOLLOW SIGNS, THE ROOM AND AMENITIES WERE VERY GOOD FOR THE PRICE. At first arrival the desk clerk who checked us in was not rude, she did her job but was not really friendly either. You could tell it was just a job. When we got down there they were already there waiting. A couple of minutes later another couple came that they were taking to the airport too and we were off. They take you right to your gate, which is very convenient, but I guess they all do that. Once we arrived back to the STL airport I called to let them know that we were back & would need the shuttle to come pick us up and she said that I would have to call back once we had retrieved our luggage and was at the exit because they could not wait there that long for us even though I told her we were almost there to get our luggage. I called as soon as we got our luggage and was on our way to the exit and she said that he would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes I called the hotel back just to make sure that they were still coming since all of the other people who got off their flight at the same time that we did had already been picked up by their hotels and she said that he was at another exit picking up some other people just to wait. We were very tired, it was after midnight by that time since our flight there had been delayed & we sat at the last airport for over 4 hours so it was a little frustrating having to wait over 20 minutes to be picked up by our shuttle. If they had left the first time I called they might have been there a few minutes sooner. I booked for the convenient location to the airport for an early morning flight. Hotel provided shuttle to airport every 15 minutes. All we needed was a place to sleep close to the airport. Check-in and -out were hassle free. Bed linens looked really clean and fresh. That's about all we required and the price was low!

Check in was quick, room was ready, breakfast was pretty good (waffle) great,,,,,check out was easy and airport shuttle was right there to take us. A little wait for the shuttle coming back in, but it was near midnight,,,,overall everything was fine. Stayed at hotel with family for a mini vacation and was not dissapointed. Outside of the bldg is a little run down but the inside is nice and up to date. The address is listed incorrectly,making it very hard to find - follow hotel directions. It's actually off Hunter Dr. NOT Lindbergh Blvd. as listed. Close to the airport, with free shuttle. The room was HUGE. Never been in such a large room and it felt great. The free breakfast runs from 4 am to 10 am, so you can catch it even if you don't like to rise early.
