This hotel is the best if you are flying out of St. Louis. The fly and stay rate is sooo much cheeper than airpoft parking and you can take the 24 hour airport shuttle which is included in the price. The BEST beds and pillows ever the most comfortable. Even spoke with staff about buying pillows from them they said they get that all the time about the […] beds. I love it! There was a HOT breakfast with biscuits, gravy, eggs (scrambled boiled) and many other choices. It was cheap, extremely clean and comfortable. Would I go back? Oh yeah!!! Great Great hotel!!!

We stayed here the night before we were to catch an early flight out of Lambert the morning. The room price included parking for the duration of our trip, which I found to be a great deal. The room was clean and sufficient, not luxurious but that's not what we paid for. The front desk clerk was courteous and checked us in quickly. We signed up for the […] airport shuttle before going to bed, and arranged a wake-up call for the next morning. We allowed a few minutes to get coffee and a muffin from the continental breakfast (we didn't eat much, but it all looked fresh). The shuttle was right on time to take us to the airport. Aside from the bargain price and complimentary parking, we also booked this hotel because the airport shuttle begins at 4am (unlike some nearby hotels that didn't start until 6am). One downside to staying here: as in previous reviews, the location is a little hard to find. Thankfully, an earlier reviewer listed the actual address (not the one on the hotel's website), and when I typed it into my GPS it took us directly to the hotel, no problem. If you use a GPS, use this address: 11250 Hunter Drive, Bridgeton, MO 63044 This hotel is convenient to the airport and worth the little extra effort to find. TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE HOTEL WAS A BIT HARD TO FIND, IT CAN BE SEEN FROM THE HIGHWAY BUT YOU HAVE TO CLOSELY FOLLOW SIGNS, THE ROOM AND AMENITIES WERE VERY GOOD FOR THE PRICE. At first arrival the desk clerk who checked us in was not rude, she did her job but was not really friendly either. You could tell it was just a job. Once we found our room & went in it was more than adequate for the price. It was actually bigger than I expected & most important CLEAN! We only stayed for one night so that we could get up early and catch […] our very early morning flight. We scheduled the shuttle at check in to take us to the airport the next morning. When we got down there they were already there waiting. A couple of minutes later another couple came that they were taking to the airport too and we were off. They take you right to your gate, which is very convenient, but I guess they all do that. Once we arrived back to the STL airport I called to let them know that we were back & would need the shuttle to come pick us up and she said that I would have to call back once we had retrieved our luggage and was at the exit because they could not wait there that long for us even though I told her we were almost there to get our luggage. I called as soon as we got our luggage and was on our way to the exit and she said that he would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes I called the hotel back just to make sure that they were still coming since all of the other people who got off their flight at the same time that we did had already been picked up by their hotels and she said that he was at another exit picking up some other people just to wait. We were very tired, it was after midnight by that time since our flight there had been delayed & we sat at the last airport for over 4 hours so it was a little frustrating having to wait over 20 minutes to be picked up by our shuttle. If they had left the first time I called they might have been there a few minutes sooner. Great stay! Good free breakfast with the usual trap- pings, cold and hot. Very clean room and bathroom. Fantastic value for the money. Ground floor room helped diminish noise from nearby airport. Hotel easy to find in daylight or with GPS.

I booked for the convenient location to the airport for an early morning flight. Hotel provided shuttle to airport every 15 minutes. Also, the hotel long term parking price beat prices of other long term parking. It was a nice, quite room. The bed was comfortable. I heard no outside noise from airport, I-70 or surrounding roads. All we needed was a place to sleep close to the airport. Check-in and -out were hassle free. Bed linens looked really clean and fresh. That's about all we required and the price was low!

Check in was quick, room was ready, breakfast was pretty good (waffle) great,,,,,check out was easy and airport shuttle was right there to take us. A little wait for the shuttle coming back in, but it was near midnight,,,,overall everything was fine. Will definately consider staying again,,,I think we have stayed at least 4 times before and the rooms […] are being cleaned better this time. Would recommend this to others. CLOSE TO AIRPORT AND THEY HAVE SHUDDLE SERVICE.

Stayed at hotel with family for a mini vacation and was not dissapointed. Outside of the bldg is a little run down but the inside is nice and up to date. Everyone says the entrance is confusing and they are right only due to the poor instructions mapquest and google maps gives. While I can't complain about the price of the room, it was difficult to access the building (we had to drive through some sort of engineering parking lot). The layout of the hotel was ridiculous; it took forever to get to our room on the first floor. We winded down so many hallways I'm surprised we didn't get lost. The address is listed incorrectly,making it very hard to find - follow hotel directions. It's actually off Hunter Dr. NOT Lindbergh Blvd. as listed. It's right across from the airport, so if you can find it, it's just minutes away. It's an older building with thin walls, so sound really carries! Close to the airport, with free shuttle. The room was HUGE. Never been in such a large room and it felt great. The free breakfast runs from 4 am to 10 am, so you can catch it even if you don't like to rise early.

Great Rates, Great Staff, Free Breakfast Daily, Very enjoyable stay! The only down side is that the address listed is different from the actual location, which makes it difficult to locate. Call prior to making the trip, this way you can find it without a problem:)

When I caught the shuttle van to bring me to the Best Western, I was skeptical as we turned into the driveway that takes you from the back of the hotel around to the front. I was concerned as to what type and condition this hotel was in (already thinking that it was not so good). The front desk accommodated my early check in (still a.m. when I arrived), which was awesome to unload bags before heading downtown on the metro link light rail system. Free continential breakfast was great. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oat meal, frest fruit, juices, coffee, bagels, etc. As for the room. Let me tell you I was astounded as to not only the size of my room but the condition it was in so much that I immediately took pictures. I was glad I did because another gal I met at the convention made a statement/inquirey about the hotel I mentioned I was at. I showed the pictures on my cell phone and she was shocked. I think we all have this impression that these "older" hotels that have been around forever are dives. I'm here to set testimony to the fact that these "old" hotels have survived the test of time, and held on regardless of the fancy big name hotels that have sprung up and offer perks galore to get you to book with them. I booked this online just 2 days before flying out, and I can tell you it was one of the best hotels I'd stayed in. Free shuttles to and from the airport - which I caught everyday to head into the downtown area for the convention. Easy to maneuver around, and always felt safe. We stay there 1 night, left our car for a week and stay another night on our return. The rooms were very comfy and nice and worth the money. Had a little hard time finding the hotel with all the road construction and even the GPS had a hard time, I recommend you call the hotel and they will give you a different address then any other and then your GPS […] will work. The first room was a little on the dirty side, look like the maid was in a hurry and forgot to dust out the drawers and found some strange plastic on the floor under the bed. It took a bit of an effort to find the entrance to the hotel, but once I figured out the service roads, it wasn't too hard to get in and out. Good: Lots of parking - they have a parking deck next to the hotel; not always easy to get from the parking to the hotel, but it's free. Clean rooms Restaurants in the hotel Bad: No refrigerator or microwave […] in the hotel room. I saw other rooms that did have them so it may have just been my luck. The hotel could use some remodeling to bring it into the new millenium but was clean. The location was not the best but not too far from food and my destinations so I appreciated that. They ran out of food in the morning so go downstairs early if you expect to eat. But for the money, it may not get much better.

This hotel was very nice for the money we paid. It was close to the interstate and the front desk was very friendly. The only complaint is its about 30 min from down town St Louis and the town the hotel is actually in doesnt have much of anything to do at night.

This place is difficult to find. Look for the blue signs. While at the desk waiting for my room key, three people called asking for directions.

The people were very friendly, the room was very clean and the price was very good so we didn't mind the drive into ST. Louis. My sister however had her luggage broken into. it was locked and her room was locked. It had to have been someone who worked there. She was not happy.

It was hard to figure out how to get to the motel with the road work all around it. The rooms were clean and air conditioned, but the hallways were almost unbearable. The pool lights weren't on at night until we went out to use the pool, and then someone must have seen us and turned on the lights. The water was quite cold. Breakfast buffet left much to be desired. The fruits were not fresh, the milk was cold and the area looked unclean. There was a pile of dirty towels visible through an open door. The room smelled musty and there were hair on my 'fresh' bedsheet.

The only bad thing is the address doesn't equate to an entrace. The address is on a major road, but the entrance is the next right, and then driving though an office park and two more rights till you see the back of the hotel. The hotel was perfect we drove in from Columbia, Mo and checked in at 7 dropped our stuff off at our room, went to restaurant in hotel ate (way to much food the portions are BIG) bed and up for shuttle. the shuttle guy picked us up when we flew back in and things were great:) We would stay there again for sure if we fly out of STL:)

It was a decent place. It served its purpose well. The roads in the area are confusing, so pay attention to the other comments and map it out well before you go. The breakfast was okay. I love the ref and microwave in room.

The hotel address posted on its website caused a big problem for the first time guests. The GPS sent us to a dead end road. It took me about an hour to figure out how to get to the hotel. When I told the front desk why the GPS couldn’t find the location, the girl gave me a different address to use as the one shown on the web would work. I asked her […] why the hotel didn’t correct the address on the web, she said this was handled by the HQ and I should talk to them, not the hotel. Why they don’t make the call? When tried to adjust the temperature in the room, I accidentally turned the heating on. A very strong odor came out from the heater so I had to shut it off immediately! I guess the hotel never clean the A/C-Heating unit! I wanted to use the hair dryer in the morning, but I saw a heavy layer of brown dirt on its inlet air screen. Very disgusting!! I called the housekeeping. The lady said they will take care of it. But when I came back to the room in the evening, I found the housekeeper took the tips but didn’t do anything to the dryer. Unbelievable! I took a picture of the dryer and showed it the front desk. The lady didn’t apologize for the bad service. She handed me a paper and asked me to write down my complain. She warned me not to post the photo on the internet or I would be sued! I have been using Best Western for about twenty years. This is the worst one I have ever stayed.
