The hotel was comfortable and as expected. It was an easy walk to the tourist sites in Florence and there was nearby bus service. The breakfast selection was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed that the server would provide complimentary cappuccinos at breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again. I was desperate for accomodation so I shouldn't complain, but they gave me the worst room in the entire hotel. Ground level, right next to reception, very noisy, weird bleach smell, no curtain for shower and your room key is attached to a massive chunk of wood so you have to leave at reception everytime you go somewhere. Rude staff, air condition is not working, but they will tell you that it is working, internet - the same story, it was not really working.

The hotel lent us bikes , yes, lent us , no charge, just a deposit and what an amazing way to see Florence. In three days we did the lot and what a beautiful city it is. we cycled along the embankment to climb St Nicolas` tower and wove our way through the medieval streets. This hotel is nice for the money. The staff was helpful, and it was convenient to get to all of the "main sites." We'd stay here again.

very satisfied with all aspects of our stay. breakfast was great. room was clean and comfortable. hotel staff was friendly and helpful. location was great for walking to all sites, train station, restaurants and shopping. quiet location at night. would recommend and return.

We staly one staed at this hottel only one night and it was terrible, the room was very old and small; the batheroom door was broken and the paint on the walls was pelling. the breakfast was as bad as the room there wasnt even a cold or hot water to drink and nobady seemd even to care. I would give this hottel 1 star , 3 stars is too much.

Good location, away from the busy commercial area but close to everything with conveniant walking distance or easy bus access in front of the hotel pick up and drop off. The air conditioning in the room was terrible...I would preper sleeping on the street rather than sleeping in the room....I really can't imagine that there is an air conditioning having temperature of 27C....it's really crazy~~

Hotel antiguo, aunque se había remodelado. Personal atento. La habitación necesita remodelarse algo, no así el cuarto de baño. Muy bien situado, apenas 10 minutos calle abajo, del Duomo. La calidad del desayuno es algo floja. Volvería sin ninguna duda. Lo recomiendo.

ricevimento poco cordiale e attento al cliente,colazione scarsa direi misera. e' comoda solo la posizione non vale il prezzo di listino.

los dias que estuvimos en el hotel fueron muy comodos .el desayuno muy bien y la habitacion igual quedamos satisfechos gracias

Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã deixando a desejar, staff estressado e sem a menor cortesia, excessão ao Giorgio que sempre foi gentil e bastante culto, as demais atendentes eram bem rudes, internet paga e bem alta por sinal, uma das mais caras. Estacionamento complicado.

A janela do nosso apartamento estava com defeito e apesar de reclamado ninguém providenciou o conserto. O Ar Condicionado não atendeu às expectativas, parecendo que o mesmo era desligado durante a madrugada, o que irritava profundamente minha esposa. El hotel es correcto para ser un 3 estrellas en italia, sabiendo que la calidad de los hoteles baja. El desayuno excasisimo, Esta muy limpio y la habitación es amplia. Esta a 10 min andando del casco histórico y a 4 min de la Galeria de la academia, lo recomiendo!!

todo muy bien, tienen bicicletas para los huespedes gratis, solo dejas un deposito, pero te lo devuelven al regresarlas. EL desayuno está muy rico, los cuartos muy cómodos... Lo único malo es el servicio de internet. Te venden unas tarjetas que le rascas para sacar un codigo. Mooi hotel, voormalig paleis. Op loop afstand dan de duomo. Is netjes schoon en heeft keurige badkamers .Personeel is vriendelijk. Alleen jammer dat er op de site vermeld staat dat er parkeer gelegenheid is voor de gasten en dat is helaas niet zo. Je moet je auto ongeveer 1 km in een parkeer garage zetten tegen 18 euro per 24 uur
