The Marriot is a great place to spend the week of the Boy's State Basketball Tournament. Everything you need is in walking distance. Great time!!!!

We have travelled this winter and stayed in a number of hotels. The Marriott Minneapolis was by far our favorite. There were staff everywhere and they were very helpful and friendly. We loved the location and there were great restaurants, shopping and pubs close by. We give it a 10 out of 10.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Marriot. Nice breakfast buffet. Our room was not large but was adequate. Staff was very helpful. It has easy access to the skywalk which you can take to most of the venues. The only complaint I had was the hair dryer was crappy so take your own if you need one.

make sure you get twin beds if you need them, we got a king for 3 of us and they brought us a roll away, you don't want to go there!

Parking is extremely inconvenient, and it take three elevators to get to your room. Location is great and security made the place seem extra safe. Would recommend for location but pay the extra money for valet.

We enjoyed our stay at the City Center a lot. It was much more than we expected.We have stayed in Marriott hotels all over, from Miami, Atlanta, New Orleans, St. Louis, even Marriotts in London, England, on more than one occasion. location is very good. Queen beds are to small No pool for the kids No continental breakfast with the room rate

This hotel has on site parking for their guests but they do not reserve parking for them. Because of this we had to park 2 blocks away wasting 45 minutes of our time. The receptionist failed to tell us about their valet services. Would not stay there again unless it was our last choice.

The front desk associates were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and the associate provided us with our room immediately. The hotel is very convenient to where our son lives and works. We would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a Vikings game and this was an ideal place to stay for nightlife, shopping, and walking to the stadium. I will definitely return for future stats in Minneapolis.

Charged for Internet access in the hotel room. It was free (wired/ wireless) however in the lobby area. I don't go to hotels to spend time in the lobby area or to be charged for internet access.

Satisfied with all the rating factors except found it a little stuffy in the room. Also didn't expect a $5 daily charge for a fridge in the room.

We arrived at 6:15 pm and were told our room was not clean yet. We went to our daughter's room to wait while they said it would only take a few minutes to get our room ready. We waited 1.5 hours before we could get in, which made us miss our dinner reservations. We finally got the room and when we entered we were put in a room with 2 double beds when […] we requested 1 King bedroom. We waited another 30 minutes to be put in the correct room. On check in they tried to charge our full room rate, plus incidentals on our credit card when we had already prepaid the room on hotels.com. It took us 2 hours of arguing and finally reaching the general manager to straighten it out (which he did graciously). We literally wasted the entire first night fighting with the front desk or waiting on rooms. We ended up not eating that night. Absolutely horrible attitudes from folks at the front desk. Great location but the hotel entrance and general initial appearance of the hotel looks like a parking garage. Enter on the 1st floor and lobby is on the 5th. Plain jane lobby but hotel is located in the middle of everything so that is a plus.

The staff was friendly, our bed was very comfortable, and we were within walking distance to great restaurants and bars! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to downtown Minneapolis.

We had a Girl's Night Out for dinner and a concert. Trying to get parking was HORRIBLE. They only had Valet left because they had let non-guests park in the hotel parking lot.... So I had to park a couple blocks away which isn't terrible but it was raining and I had a suitcase with me. Then Check-In was very disorganized. And I had to wait quite awhile […] before I was acknowledged. Once I got to the room though - it was BEAUTIFUL and the bed was super comfy! The workout room was nice too - very crowded though. A good experience over all and i would recommend to others. My only 2 critiques would be they need free wireless and the Valet charges $30 per day.

This hotel was so convenient. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. We were able to park in their ramp at a disounted rate and leave the car. We walked everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Minneapolis for a Twins game or concert at Target Center. Very short walk to both!

Perfect location for Target Center activities

We stayed on the 31st floor in a beautiful, classy two-level suite!! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the Mpls. area. The front desk staff was very kind. We had a wonderful night out!

A great location for our first trip to Target Field. I lovebthat we were able to walk to Target Field. The proximity to Nicollett Mall with all of the great restaurants and shops was a plus. Would definitely book this hotel again.

we enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. Pleasant staff, good prices, good breakfast.

Only thing that was not up to par with this hotel is that the down comforter had some sort of stain on it that didn't sit well with me nor my boyfriend. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

My friends and I got this room for my birthday celebration and it is walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown in MPLS. Amazing rooms with a view that allowed us to catch the Twins game in our room. High end upgrades all throughout the rooms, they were both standards. Amazing time.

What really stood out during our stay was the great attitude of all the staff. Everyone was very friendly, requests were handled expeditiously and small problems were dealt with efficiently. The only inconvenience is that the parking ramp is not directly connected to the hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean. It was less than 1/2 mile away from target field and many resturants in walking distance too. However for the price you pay for room you have to pay for wifi and parking in the hotel ramp as well. We will not be staying there again.

I would recommend this hotel. It was a great location right downtown. The only problem was we wanted 2 queen size beds and once we got our room with the 2 doubles we were told they didn't have queen size. why were we then asked when we booked if we wanted queen?

Location was good although very busy as there were two ball games that weekend. We had extermely noisy neighbours next to us, music singing and doors banging till 2AM. We were ready to call the front desk when I guess the party ended. Over-all our stay was not to bad. Not sure we would stay there again.

Perfect location for any event in downtown Minneapolis. Within walking distance of Target Center, Target Field and the light rail. The hotel offered a spectacular view, if you stay in the upper floor rooms. I will most definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I decided to get away for the holiday weekend and go to a few Twins games. The hotel was decently priced for a holiday weekend and was in a great location, just a few blocks from the ballpark. It was within walking distance of the light rail (which was convenient to get to the airport) and many restaurants. A couple blocks away was a […] little shady, but we just stayed away from there. On Sunday night when the hotel was pretty much empty, we decided to go the the restaurant for dinner. We waited at the hostess stand for 5 minutes and nobody came even though the sign said it was open. We asked an employee for help and he said to just sit down by the bar at a table and we would be helped shortly. We sat down for about 10 minutes and were never waited on. I don't know if the bartender was waiter too but he never even looked out way even though there was only 5 people at the bar. Overall, the hotel was good-clean room. However, the triangle shape of the hallways makes for a very echo-y sound and loud as people come in late at night. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
