We were initially put in a room with two double beds for four grown people. Two adults would not have fit in one bed. I had an 17 and 14 year old with me as well. Very nice property. Wish they had 2 queen beds like most hotels because it was hard to sleep in such cramped beds w a family of 4.

- The hotel is well situated between the airport, Coconut Grove and the downtown area, leaving little to be desired -- likewise, a three minute walk places you in the heart of the Miracle Mile. - Self-parking was well-lit and easy to use if you check in first; the Front Desk attendants will load your room card with the proper credentials, saving time […] and a little coin. - It was very enjoyable, everything taken into account. Self parking was in the basement of the hotel and was about $15/day which was reasonable. The pool was secluded for a downtown location and had a nice deck for reading and a casual lunch. "Grieving comfprt"
Great location. Central to everything. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Only thing I did not like was the room was a little humid. Grieving because I was there to bury my Father.

the rooms are located in a occur way. The TV is on the right of the bed and the only way to watch TV is to have your neck all the time turn to the right and you end up with a terrible pain in you neck. I call the supervisor and she told me that ALL the room are like that!!! horrible experience!!!

"Hyatt Regency Coral Gables"
Excellent hotel in a great location. Very near shops etc. Quiet, safe area of Miami. Nice pool and not too crowded.

Close to airport. Used taxi, don't know about their shuttle. Nice grand hotel - without being stuffy or gawdy. Saw people in all sorts of dress - shorts and flipflops and also suits and ties. Staff is friendly. Restaurant was okay, but pricey.

"Comfort and location"
Nice and quiet hotel in the cool area of Mirecle Mile in Coral Gables.wlaking distance to the famous boulevard with all the restaurants and pubs. Hotel people are very nice, self parking very convenient and not as expensive as it is in Miami Beach or other areas...but, even when you ask in the front desk about the parking, people do not instruct you […] about how you should use (to make it more convenient)...after a day or so i learned that i needed to validate my room key instead of using parking tickets every time i get in and out. Plus, after paying the bill, nobody tells you that you should keep the key to leave the parking...that cost me 5 minutes waiting by the parking gate, because the cash operator would not let me go thru without the ticket or the key, even though i had my hotel bill with me. No big deal, unless it takes a little more time and you are late to catch your flight, return your car, etc...not my case thou. Another "no big issue", but kind of a downside is that the pool bar closed at 4 or 5pm...with the beautifull and long days in Coral Gables in this season, you want to stay longer in the pool (and you can, pool closes at 10pm i guess), but you want a bar!!!! "Wonderfull"
This place is great. Very proffesional from the doormen all the way to the wait staff. the hotel is beautiful, also the pool is great. loved the bed. people at the front desk were great, also the bartenders were like family after a week long stay. don't hesitate to stay here !!
"Totally wonderful"
My husband and I had a lovely four nights in this hotel. The bed is extraordinarlity comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a wonderful location within walking distance from the Miracle Mile and nearby to other shops and malls.

"room comfort"
The hotel is great the only problem is that we were in the suite and the side of the suite that the bed is in does not get sufficient air conditioning. This was our second stay there and both times were the same problem. Next time we will try a regular room.

"Exemplary In Every Way"
My stay at the Hyatt was very last minute and the rate I received was exceptional for the Jr. Suite I received. The room was meticulously cleaned and maintained and had a balcony overlooking the pool on the 5th floor. "great staff..easy to walk to great reataurants and shops"
Never really thought i would walk alone at night in Miami, anywhere, but i did along the miracle mile area 10-12 pm, no problems at all. Easy to reach for this hotel.

Friendly staff, good location close to MIA and good value for money. I would certainly stay here again.

Considering price, quality some improvements is needed in cleanliness of the carpet in the room (my wife got sick), need to stand up to turn of light next to bed, no center light, parking is extremely expensive. "Great Place"
The hotel was better than I had expected. The rooms and location were great. I normally stay in the miami beach area but not anymore since I have discovered Coral Gables. I was within minutes from many attractions. I enjoyed my stay and will return in the future.

"Outstanding Hotel"
We enjoyed our first night as newly wed. Since we were dressed as recently married, we got upgraded to free suite terrace and free champagne and strawberry and chocolate. We loved the hotel and the service

Hotel bonito, bem localizado. quarto de bom tamanho, camas minusculas! travesseiros péssimos e escassos. carpete mal limpo. café da manha a la carte, muito bom, preço justo. valet parking muito caro! "pessimo hotel"
pessimo hotel, com qualidade de serviço de arrumação de quarto deplorável e atendimento ao cliente horrível, nunca fiquei em um hotel para ter um tratamento tão ruim em toda minha vida, fiz check-in no dia 28 de dezembro, depois de exaustiva viagem acompanhado de minha esposa e meus dois filhos de 11 e 04 anos, logo ao chegar no apartamento a porta […] nao abriu pois estava travada por dentro, o trinco de segurança interno travou a porta impossibilitando de abrí-la, depois de esperar um funcionário a porta foi aberta e entramos no quarto, no dia seguinte ao depois de passearmos por Miami retornamos ao hotel à noite e qual não foi nossa surpresa ao verificarmos que a porta estava de novo travada pelo trinco interno, nova novela de chamar funcionario, e ao abrir a porta vimos que o quarto não havia sido arrumado, pedi na portaria que provideciassem a arrumação do quarto e responderam que naquela hora da noite ( 11horas) não tinham serviço de camareira disponivel, dia seguinte ao sair do quarto encontrei com a senhora que arrumava o quarto e solicitei que fizesse tal serviço explicando que no dia anterior não havia sido feito, quando cheguei à noite adivinhem? o trinco de novo travado e o quarto não arrumado, arrumaram algumas toalhas limpas e disseram que o serviço de camareira não estava mais disponivel naquela hora, resumindo paguei por um serviço de 4 estrelas e tive prestação de serviço sem categoria descritível.Ao fazer o check out falei sobre o problema e tiveram a brilhante conclusão de que o problema todo foi causado pelo trinco que estava travando impossibilitando à camareira de adentrar ao quarto. Ora depois de tanto reclamar na recepção, o que concluo é que o minimo que deveriam ter é comunicação interna e consertarem o bendito trinco logo no primeiro dia e não me fazerem de palhaço como me senti.
