I will say this is the best hotel i ever stay in HK, although the room is small. But comfort level is beyond my expectation.

i've stayed here several times. location in the thick of TST is excellent. price at about USD 200 per night is great for this location in HK. room is tiny, like really tiny. staff is good, rooms clean. if you're not travelling alone or planning to spend much time in the room might want to re-think. its that small.

Best thing is location, Rooms are very small, even in executive suites. Room service evening meal was cold on arrival even after being delivered in heated trolly. Quality of food was poor compared to what is generally available in the area. Regard as a budget Hotel

Great location to be at so long you dont spend anytime in the room of some150 SQF (13 SM).

Location is a big plus. With the Peninsula Hotel, Hewitt House and Vintage 1881 right next door, you are right in the middle of the colonial Hong Kong atmosphere. Star Ferry is very close by, and the free K2 shuttle bus to the Airport Express train stops right in front. Decent coffee in lobby. Great hotel and location in Kowloon district. Club lounge was excellent. Breakfast was very good with good variety and selection of food. If you are looking for a great overnight business hotel then the kowloon hotel is perfect

The most I've paid for a room in HK and far from the best. Overall the hotel is very nice, but the bathroom fixtures are old and have a lot of calcium/rust buildup around the faucets and drains. The furniture is due for replacement also.

Excellent location, room and furniture well maintained, exceptionally clean, quiet; no drawer space for unpacking. Paid for room upgrade with view. Modern, very Chinese, hotel in the heart of the Golden Mile. Only downside of the rooms is that there is virtually no storage - one small drawer and limited hanging space. I had to live out of my suitcase which is unexpected in an expensive hotel

We lodged a complaint to the front desk on the absence of daily complimentary supplies like bottle water, soap, bath gel and even toilet paper refills. My wife and I stayed 6 nights and we only had full supply of these items on the first two days. Disappointing service in the restaurants. Free breakfast a barely acceptable continental served with a prison caffateria level of attention. Rooms very, very small.

Great location. Rooms are too small, especially for two people. No place for luggage in the room. I've been in phone booths bigger than the bathroom.

The location was good and the price in comparison to other hotels around was good, but the rooms are very small. I've stayed in other hotels in this area before and this was by far the smallest room I've had. Perfect location! Just behind the big Peninsula hotel. Good location at a good price. The beds are hard as a rock. But the bathroom is clean and most of the staff speaks English. There's also a Grayline tours counter at the front desk and they can everything for you. Airport Express Shuttle also drops off in front of the hotel.

The rooms are very small. only one person can be in the "hallway" at a time. The bathroom door is glass and a bit see through. Not ideal! But the location is amazing. Right above Tsim Sha Tsui Station - just catch the airport express and change at central. Very easy. so close to the harbor. Location isn't bad, but I think if I went back to Hong Kong, I would stay in the expat area...near Soho, in the Central part of Hong Kong island. Kowloon is the place to stay for a more economical hotel. The metro is only steps from the hotels front doors, and w/public transportation being so fast & cheap (about $9 to $11 Hong Kong dollars) to go on […] their high speed metro, getting to Central Hong Kong can take minutes. Great location. Take Airport Express train to Kowloon Station, then free shuttle bus number K2 drops you off right outside the hotel (same bus takes you back to Kowloon Station). Walk to Victoria Harbour and tons of shops and restaurants... and MTR subway station right around the corner.
