Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel - บัลติมอร์

I was a little disappointed with this hotel. I figured since it was a Sheraton it was a safe bet. This hotel was older which was fine but it felt grungy. There were stains on my towels and bedding. The area is not walkable. However the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was incredibly friendly and honest. We called on our way in to ask about parking and they told us immediately that we could do Valet at the hotel, or there was public parking right across the street that was cheaper. We arrived early and they gave us a room right away (HOURS before check-in) and the woman at the front desk was incredibly nice […] even though it was 7am. We don't do room service but they still left us a bag of fresh towels and shower things (like soap and shampoo) hanging on our front door. All in all they were wonderful. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

the biggest missing thing in a room on the 25th floor is a refrigerator.....so important. It influenced my overall rating. I did not have a refrigerator in my room.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Was a little surprise of the street noise being 9 floors up.

If you called the front desk, you were put on hold for an extended period of time that I deemed unacceptable. Sometimes would hang up and just take the elevator down to speak face to face. One of the bellman had very little knowledge of restaurants in the area. Made us feel bad because we didn't want to eat at the restaurant in the Hotel.

Mix ups with rooms Booked (6) rooms and confusion over billing. Front desk gave several different answers about billing questions. Not at all happy. Will not stay there again

We had a great time in Baltimore and at the hotel. The room was clean, the people were helpful. Unfortunately the pool was under construction so my kids were disappointed. Once that is fixed, it's a great family hotel. It was 3-4 blocks from the Inner Harbor but that was easily walkable. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was great and very helpful. It was clean and located close to the ballpark. Rooms were very comfortable and the view from our room was great. Beds were very comfy.

It was a nice enough hotel, in a convenient location. The room was small, the furniture quite old but well maintained. The cleaners did an OK job at first glance, but there was a half-used soap at the corner of the bathtub that they never removed, so I'm thinking they were careless about other things, too. The staff was not downright rude but quite […] unfriendly, there was no concierge and the receptionist was completely unwilling to answer any questions that were not about the hotel itself. This had to be the smallest room I think I've ever stayed in. There was a desk chair and a bed. Also, there is no WiFi in the rooms. Pretty disappointed about this as well. The restaurant could use a good cleaning. It's not very attractive nor it seems well maintained.

This hotel is really trying.... but falling short. The hotel staff are really great, very pleasant and helpful and one of the only good things. Quality of furnishings was okay but the room was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in anywhere, even Manhattan.

This is the best place in Baltimore to stay. The price was right and the service was SUPERB. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean when we arrived and the staff very helpful in suggesting local restaurants. My only issue was that they kept the air very dry which was uncomfortable especially with over our 5-day stay.

The hotel is a little run down from age, but the room was comfortable. The price seemed high for the condition of the hotel, but I don't have a basis to compare prices in Baltimore. The fitness center was well equipped.

I have traveled all over the world on business and pleasure trips and have stayed at many of Sheraton's competitors and this was hands down in the top 3 of all the hotels I've stayed in. The customer service and friendliness of the staff was above and beyond, I was approached by multiple staff just to ask how I was doing, if there was anything I needed, […] etc. There was a gentlemen by the name of Juan who went above and beyond his job and instead of just telling me where the gym was he gave me a tour of the facility and he was the epitome of customer service and sincerity!!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I was disappointed that we had to wait over half an hour before a room was available to check in. The staff was very friendly,knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs. I was surprised at how cramped the room was, but the corner room view made up for it!

Great staff. The rooms are what you expect in size for a downtown hotel. Small, but the hotel did the best they could with the space they had. Clean and safe, two things that are very important in Baltimore.

The staff gave great service from valet greeting us at car assisting with bags. Front desk service was excellent at check in and departure. Really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel staff was great and location to the harbor is good. The only problem was the king and queen size rooms are too small. We switched to double full size and it was much bigger. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was great. The valet parking is a little high but they are very prompt. I will recommend getting a double bed room.
